I'd say it is rather an indicator, or signal, that you are rebuilding yourself the right way because you now offer high value. Build a better yourself is that, it's getting high value whatever your life is. If you get high value, then you'll get women. Thus, indeed, the main focus isn't women.

Same here. Tinder was the last straw. I understood that wasn't healthy, just cowardice, hiding behind a screen so I would not have to go and talk to real women. So I decided to stop all this shit, and spend all the time talking to flesh and blood women instead of tipying all those messages in vain. And guess what ? I feel better. :)

Thank you very much for the pointers. Went to gym yesterday, got applauded for doing the same training as the uber muscular dudes (if you don't take into account I made half the moves they did) and now I can't move as my legs and arms's muscles are screaming. Years of excessive time spend working in front of a computer changed me into some human blob. I did not saw it until I went to IKEA and saw myself in full in front of some mirrors.
