To be honest, a good option is friends and family members. Not saying you should use the eggs of your family members, but IVF with a donor egg then implant into surrogate. IVF, egg donation and surrogacy aren’t cheap though. Pretty sure nothing actually prohibits a man from wearing leggings except men choosing not to wear them though. If there ever exists a law that only prohibits males from wearing leggings, you could always claim to be trans and never specify which gender.

Hey, men absolutely have the ultimate say in if a pregnancy gets completed as long as they have a uterus. Although, I’m not sure if you realise, surrogacy is already a thing? It’s like organ donation, uterus for rent if you will. People will do it out of the kindness of their hearts or for money but no one can force another person to give a kidney just because it would save a life.
