What makes you think men want to but aren't? Most of these jobs will have been dominated by men in the past. I think when people are given free choice, we won't find 50/50 splits in anything. If we look at the women's side, they have tons of advantages, but still avoid stem. Expect biology, psychology, and some others. Why can women get to 80 percent of psychologists but not in physics? Why isn't this women exercising free choice? Why should we reshape people to be how you want?
