Biology is science brother! OP already has tons of energy stored in his midsection, and intermittent fasting is one of the best known ways to use that fat for energy. If he stayed “carbed up” all the time he would never get rid of it. It’s sounds like you want OP to go on a bulk, when he’s actually asking for a cutting regimen?

I practice IF on 16/8 basis and in the morning when I haven’t eaten for 12 hours I am able to train just as hard as at night when I have eaten. Sometimes science can be counterintuitive.. That being said I’m genuinely interested in reading any articles that counter IF I just can’t find any.

I suggest you use something that exists nowhere near you. For example, asking where the beach is when you're in the middle of the country. Ask with a sly smile so that they know you're joking and just making an excuse to talk to them. Don't actually pretend to be looking for directions.

Lately it has been a bit of a crap shoot and pointless picture posts, but the main philosophy of MOST of the members is to not give a shit about stuff that you have no power to fix, or the stuff that wont matter X hours or days from any given time. Focus your energies on bettering yourself and your life, much like seddit. I know it's hard not to make generalizations based on what's been posted lately, though. Oh well.

Forgive my ignorance, but why not? I don't have facebook, but not too long ago a girl I had just met told me she doesn't give her phone number to guys she just met, and that I should "find her". Naturally facebook would be the easiest way to say "found ya!" since we share mutual friends, but I'm not going to sign up for facebook just to talk to one girl. Plus, it seems like most girls are put off when I tell them I don't have a facebook, like I'm the weird one!? Anyways, haha, what's your gripe …
