That said, it's a deadbeat discussion as soon as anyone pulls the 80/20 card. 80/20 is a natural law of power, and can be found anywhere. Some examples: - Lack of assertive behavior? Beta. - Lack of confidence? Beta. In my eyes, everyone who is not actively trying to be a better self for themselves is a beta. I've found not giving two shits to be a pretty important puzzle piece. When you don't really care, and don't just use a facade, self-improvement is one of the easiest things to do.
