Feminist Bookstore Closes From Lack of Sales, Blames White MenInequity is a state of mind. There's absolutely no reason, in a western democracy, that anyone can't aspire, work hard and achieve their goal in life. I know this sounds cliche, but we as individuals, are our own enemy when it comes the believing we don't have opportunities. | /r/MensRights | 13/06/18 12:06 PM
Feminist Bookstore Closes From Lack of Sales, Blames White MenYes we have entry level jobs all the way to the senior executives. But anyone doing the same work gets paid the same rate regardless. All pay is graded on an hourly rate. We all sit within set pay scales. Our pay scale works from 6.6 being the lowest to 3.1 being the highest non executive pay scale. First number is the pay group, the second number is the banding, ranging from 5 (lowest) to 1 (highest). I'm data analyst at pay grade 4.4, another data analyst on the same grade as me gets the exact… | /r/MensRights | 13/06/18 02:25 AM
Feminist Bookstore Closes From Lack of Sales, Blames White MenThey really are a delusional lot. When will they learn that inequality, inequities, patriarchy etc. just doesn't exist. I sit in here in the office at work and look around at the diversity of people I work with - male, female, multicultural people, LGBT - we ALL work harmoniously, we ALL get the same pay! My world just flies in the face of the BS they're preaching. | /r/MensRights | 12/06/18 09:15 PM
Accused of "nonconsensual sexual behavior" by former coworker, struggling to deal with HR investigation. That's a weird system you have to contend with, I feel for you. I can only say get a lawyer. | /r/MensRights | 12/06/18 04:39 AM
Accused of "nonconsensual sexual behavior" by former coworker, struggling to deal with HR investigation.I still fail to see the relevance. Lots people meet at work for drinks and dinner, some end up starting a relationship, getting married and having kids - just like my co-worker. At no point did they have to seek the employers approval, and it astounds me your employer thinks they have a right to intervene in your case. If it didn't occur on the worksite, or at a work sponsored event, I'd be politely telling them to mind their own dam business and fuck off - through a lawyer if need be. | /r/MensRights | 12/06/18 03:49 AM
Accused of "nonconsensual sexual behavior" by former coworker, struggling to deal with HR investigation. This might be my lack of knowledge of the legalities in other countries, but why is your employer involved when the incident happened outside of work? | /r/MensRights | 12/06/18 03:35 AM

Labor switches tax cut battle to question of gender equity | Australia's main left-leaning party goes full feminist, whining that men will benefit more than women from a proposed income tax cut (because men earn more, on average)Its bullshit. The ATO own stats show the actual hourly pay gap is less than 1%. The fact men are earning more is they work MORE hours / year than women. Women spend MORE hours doing volunteering work. | /r/MensRights | 07/06/18 12:37 PM
Article blames Men's Rights activists for Disney's Star Wars female actresses receiving harassment!I have one question to this whole saga ... where is the evidence she was harassed? I've looked at over dozen articles about this online and I'll I've seen a statements, not one article has shown ANY screenshots or evidence of this harassment. | /r/MensRights | 07/06/18 04:39 AM
