@Reflog1791 Thank. I did what you suggested and I had an emergency hearing today. I got 50% custody back and she dropped her restraining order because I also had an emergency one on her. So they canceled each other out. I was able to file the paperwork myself and I enpower every father to do the same.

I'm starting to see it now. When you are deep in it things like this seem normal and you just want them to stop happening. Thank you

I would file a motion for an emergency custody hearing after getting a lawyer and carefully documenting her attack including filing your own police report and restraining order. Today I filed an emergency restraining order and was granted it but it did not include the two biological 4m boys. She has a stay away from me and the house and my other kids. So I then filed an emergency ex parte and have court tomorrow am.

The welfare of our children has always been my utmost priority. Regarding the incident involving the accidental disposal of breast milk, I assure the court it was never my intention to cause harm. In the chaos of caring for two crying infants, amidst multi…

Her response to most recent abuse. Did the police come? ☐ I don't know No ☐ Yes (If the police gave you a restraining order, list it in 4.) f. Give more details about how the person in 2 was abusive on this day. Details can include what was said, done, or sent to you (examples: text messages, emails, or pictures), how often something happened, etc. After being up for most of the night attending to our twins and pumping breast milk, I went to bed around 4am in my daughter's bedroom. After I awoke…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
