In my country, and most, resisting arrest is illegal and you will be punished for it. As is an attempted prison break. And I agree completely with both rules. I for one respect police officers and would never in my right mind even think about kicking one. I think this woman is very lucky the cop DIDN'T use excessive force to apprehend her such as a taser, which is more than likely what a male would have got in that situation. There is no context to this gif. Meaning anything could've happened prior. She may have fought, kicked, punched etc. being arrested. But then again the cop could have been overly forceful and arrest her for a shitty reason, causing her to kick out. But from what we see, it's a person handcuffed while an officer is writing out a report of the situation. He doesn't provoke her to kick him. You did it again. You said 'woman'. There is no reason to state that she's a woman. If equality is what we're aiming for, it's just a criminal assaulting an officer. Nobody should be able to get away with this.

There aren't many situations where it's okay for cops criminals to be kicking people police officers in the head at all (or kicking people in general, really) and anyone who thinks this is one of them is a moron.

Agreed. If this was a guy it would be on /r/justiceporn, but because it's a woman, it'll only get seen here, because apparently equal rights still means women get the privilege to kick an officer and not be hit right back.
