Sounds like depression. Get your sleep right first and then go from there. Dont be afraid of benzodiazepines.

Haha as Alec Baldwin said in the departed, “a wedding band is good for your career: it lets the guys know youre not a fag, it lets the single girls know u have money, and it lets the married girls know your dick works”. But it all seriousness, being single is a burden at work. They target you bc you have one or two less excuses to call out at any time.

It is very personal. They are telling you that they don’t like you personally and insinuating that no one likes u too. Bluntness is subjective and they are rejecting your manner. And it sounds like u want to do the right thing. Jordan Perersons new book speaks to this very thing and he says dont do what you hate, so id just keep doing what youre doing, but also start looking for a new job and hope that there is some justice in the uinverse.

Oh like office politics? If u ever win at that when women are in the mix, it will have been by dumb luck, but I see your point. grey-rocking office politics is not a good idea, bc you have to at least have a group. If theres any people that your work supports, and maybe that they might even appreciate, try to be allied with them. dont go too far, but if you ever get caught up in anything, you can always say they liked you bc they depended on you for something. On linkedin, if you can passively m…

And if my aunt had balls, shed be my uncle. Sure when youre married w kids, you are less likely to gamble, but theres no law against it. We have enough laws against us, we dont need to be assuming some. if I was married and hated my wife, I might want to lose big. If I had a kid, then yeah I’d be playing the long game in the market, true. Anyway, congrats.

Almost every show i watched as a kid made a mockery of the nuclear family. Threes Company, Too Close for Comfort, Busom Buddies, and others. Was so confusing lol.

Haha I liked it but they need to turn supernatural to make it plausible. I thought they were going that way when someone kept hitting bullseyes on the dartboard.

I know mgtow should not be concerned with image (I think), but having female friends or “being in the orbit” or “friend zoned” is ok with me. It reduces questions about why no gf, gets you treated more nicely in public (when there was a public), and deceives stranger women.

I worked at a career I hated for 14 years. It took till about year 8 for me to shut my mind off and just not let it matter to me one way or they other. Id remember to leave myself at the door. Thankfully I attained FI and don’t have to do it again.

I’m in a large city, am pretty streetwise, have money, and still cannot even find an escort ad since craigslist took them down.

Its gonna be tough if u are averse to science. My usual advice is to go to college in a science/healthcare field that u know will pay >$75k when u graduate and be prepared to toil away for a decade, making aggressive investments in the stock market all the while, and hope that it will hit enough so that you can retire or at least move to doing something u like in the end. Alternatively, look for a trade that may pay close to $75k if u can and do the same thing. The trade may be even better bc yo…

That for 2020 and 2021, you can withdrawl from your ira penalty-free.

that all sounds great. just a reminder that the for last 2 years allow u to withdrawal from your ira without penalty. If u can keep your income low, you should look into obamacare.

I retired when I was 37 and am FI and must admit that in a kind of reverse way, i enjoy my retirement more seeing others go to work. looking out my window in the morning watching them leave gave me a sense of superiority and knowing people were stuck at work made weekdays even more fun. I know this is kinda silly and not along with mgtow necessarily, but since covid, knowing that others are home (even tho they still have to work) detracts from my own satisfaction with FI. Sorry if not related, b…

I agree. Always went, but never really liked. Since I became FI though, and before the world ended, Id kill time at sports bars during the day. a chick bartender will pretend to flirt with you, and theres only alcoholics or cheating couples to talk to. once in a blue moon there is a cool employee or patron to befriend. just my 2 cents.

Congrats on having a few months cushion. That shows the mentality is there. I’d just like to remind everyone in America about obamacare since med insurance is part of FI. Its worth the time to read the law, and its a big part of my FI and will probably only get more generous. Also, I keep a mortgage even tho I can pay it off; and just want to advise that refinancing your mortgage right b4 you leave your job can free up some cash for you, and its not something you can do without a job/income. Goo…

Im in the US, would like to find an escort, but dont know how to find one since Craigslist stopped listing them. Many times, I’ve just googled escort and my city, but the results never lead to a white woman who can be contacted. Once in Vegas I clicked on the first thing I saw and did whatever they said, and got one to come to my room, but she had nothing to do with the pic I saw or what we discussed prior. Maybe I’m missing something or not trying hard enough? Help appreciated. I live in a majo…
