He might actually agree with everything you just said, but it seems like you are making the assumption that he doesn't.

The problem is that people correctly point out that OJ is clearly guilty? Is he being crucified? Oh just more hyperbole from a moron.

you think that being accused of sexual assault is less harmful to a person's reputation than being charged with murder? what planet do you even live on? I mean i realize i'm in the belly of the deluded man-child beast at this point but come the fuck on bro

Have you ever heard of this fella named OJ Simpson? The legal system is required to operate under a presumption of innocence - the rest of society is not. Spoiler alert: OJ did it.

I wouldn't have such a problem with it if these people weren't punished so much before they are even found guilty. Men are tossed out of universities without any say, and lose so much more - many commit suicide because of how bad their lives have gotten simply from accusations. Let's just be clear. Yes or no: people charged with murder, assault, terrorism, etc should have their names withheld from the public record unless they are found guilty? Unless you want to argue that being accused of thos…

It's the lowest form of evidence and it's not all that reliable. It's not enough, and should not be used solely as a way to make someone appear guilty. Originally it seemed as though you were suggesting that witness/victim testimony wasn't even evidence. Now you've backtracked to downplaying it as "the lowest form" when the truth is that all forms of evidence are contextual and have reliability issues. Even DNA evidence is questionable if a lab conducting tests has a history of errors or fabrica…

Did you know that testimony by victims and witnesses actually is a form of evidence? And if you are charged with a crime your name is part of the public record for that case even before you are convicted or exonerated. It’s part of how we don’t try people in secret and all that jazz. Just a couple of FYIs.

That's cool. You should have no problem coming up with a citation for that claim then. Just check your post history. Look at the filth on this sub, and the obvious cross-over with redpill and all the other trash on this site. You asked me if I had any other questions and so I asked you what concrete things you actually do for men who are involved in custody disputes - no answer from you. Not surprising. All talk, no action like most of the internet SJWs. but in reality, most mra are broken men, …

Yea lots of questions. You are basically a full time men's rights social justice warrior? "Advocate?" Right? Do you pay rent? Aside from "spreading awareness" the only concrete thing you mention is helping men obtain legal counsel for custody disputes, what exact roll do you play in that process? Many if not most of the people drawn to the men's rights movement basically alienated white guys who have finally found a form of victimhood identity that they can rally behind.

And aside from contributing to circlejerks like this one what the fuck are you actually doing to support legal reforms? Do you think more money should be spent on mental health issues? What are doing about it aside from pretending to be a moral crusader online?

They need to hit rock bottom as complete losers and completely rebuild their psyche from the ground up as stable, mature adults who can actually handle reality. Currently, they are basically alcoholics who are going to the bar to seek treatment. Same with the red pill losers.

Looking at the exchange it's a lot more like "give me some facts and arguments so i can feel more confident discussing the convictions I already hold." If you aren't ready to proselytize your ideas, just don't do it. If you don't know the ins-and-outs of a concept enough to develop an argument organically you probably shouldn't be spending your time trying to convince others of your view point and should spend more time figuring out why exactly you believe what you do, and whether or not you mig…

Is this cartoon supposed to represent an intelligent argument? Why not just make a fucking argument? More overtime - are we complaining about that?
