Yeah. I'm not sure if I have information to agree on this. In my book, as long as it doesn't interfere with your job, it's my professional duty to ignore your personal opinions. Once your personal opinions impact your job negatively multiple times, it's a very different thing. Note that I don't have experience as a leader in a profession that can risk death of a client. I'm not sure how to decide there.

I'm not suggesting that the KKK has anything worthwhile to say That shall be judged based on things the KKK says, not what they might say. Free speech requires people to be smart about what they hear and to reflect about it - and that's probably a big problem to some people.

Honestly. I'd use "Man up" to tell people to toughen up, "women up" to tell peopel to get used to their emotions and "grow up" as a succinct version of "man up and women up at even and adequate amounts". I need to women, no, downright girl up a lot more, seriously. Then again, I also think that people need to learn that it's a good thing to learn that giving - and receiving - snarky shit about everything is a good thing. It keeps people level-headed.

I resist the addition of restrictions, unless these restrictions are necessary to stop silly humans from doing unwise things, like murdering someone in the face. Literally no one understands the difference between responsibility and guilt though, especially in traumatic crimes. It's frustrating to the point where I don't care enough to try anymore and wait for people to get hit by a care, because they don't have to look for cars when the pedestrian light is green and they can just blame the driver, so all is good. If I recall right, a german court ruled that implied consent exists without being explicit. As far as I remember, the case in question was a lady which accused someone of rape. Both of them were drunk at that time and the girl was flirting hot and heavily. The judge decided that in this specific case, the lady clearly implied the desire and consent to have intercourse with the man despite not explicitly stating so and she didn't try to stop him explicitly. The part where I disagree with the judge: The victims (ha, gender-specific pronoun avoided) clothes were torn off. It wasn't an intention to rape, it was a rape in progress which was merely stopped by unfortunate physical conditions. The only way this would not be rape would be a very strict choice of words in the legal definition of rape in the country in question and in that case, this decision could be a very nasty edge case for trangendered people.
