Sounds like you aren't actually hitting on any of these girls. If they're all showing interest like you say then you need to nut up and and throw some game at em. I'm not sure what else to say. You're obviously good at making conversation. It seems like you just have no ability to flirt and move beyond friendly conversation.

I disagree. Personally I don't like overly aggressive women. There's a subtlety you need to have as a woman. For example I was with this girl once, first date, and we're driving down the highway and she says, "Do you like tits?" I said, "Um, yeah?" and she lifts her shirt and shows me her tits. I mean, on the other hand I've been told me and my mother are a lot alike. By multiple people. Like the other person said, its not perfect and as with any rule there will be exceptions. Obviously a person should use their best judgement here.
