I don't know of any female only groups that are mgtow like but alot of philosophies overlap with mgtow beliefs like individualism, motivational philosophy and the no fucks given philosphy. You don't really need a group to go your own way in life though

Times have changed alot due to social media and the party/drug culture that is encouraged today. Most people don't really seem like they want love it seems they just want to look good on social media, or get an easy dopamine fix through drugs or sex. I think this goes for both genders but it's kind of encouraged with woman so they can be "free" even though they just become slaves to drugs and urges.
