Love tall guys! Maybe instead of asking her if you can kiss her, look into her eyes and say, “I really want to kiss you”. That way she feels desired, women love to feel desired!!! But if she doesn’t want to she’ll find a way of making that clear. But if she doesn’t back away, go in softly.
