Single at the mo. Quelle surprise! Get bored after a couple of months of sex and I realize their bedroom skills are lacking. Tell me you're a 14 year-old virgin without telling me you're a 14 year-old virgin

Why else get into a relationship? Tell me more about this "relationship" you have with whatever poor soul is servicing your needs.

Many man prefer ... Literally never mentioned preferences. A distinguishing trait, which I did talk about, isn't a preference.

Everything is more than just physical attraction. But height is a distinguishing trait between men and women so a tall man suggests masculinity in a similar to which broad hips and fuller breasts suggest the feminine.

I’m not as the personality traits are the same Again, no. You’ve not actually provided evidence I have given what - for a Reddit thread not a college paper - is quite a lengthy explanation, illustrated with examples. The point we agree on (here) is that there are Alpha males and Alpha females. What we disagree on is this: An Alpha man is Alpha relative to other men, likewise, an Alpha woman is Alpha relative to other women. But an Alpha man is no more interchangeable with an Alpha woman than an …

I’m saying the alpha men you describe are identical to alpha women. I know. I heard you the first time. And you're wrong. Same characteristics and qualities Repeating the same point you made already is not a way to persuade me if that's what you're trying to do. Ignoring the explanation I've offered in the reply previous to this one helps even less.

As you described, alpha people ... No, for three reasons. First, I was describing Alpha men, not Alpha people - the latter is something you've added - which you're welcome to do, but let's be clear that that's your proposal, not mine. Second, 'owning the room' was an illustration that hopefully most people recognise for an essential quality that everyone knows when they come across but few can pin down. Third, I was quite clear that the behaviour of an Alpha man is not at all the same as the beh…

They are similar enough to be the same No. They're really not. Not even close. ... nothing about alpha implies penis That's almost wholly irrelevant. That you'd even bring it up shows how little you understand.

I can see how you could have drawn that conclusion, but no - or certainly not in the way I think you meant it. There are Alpha women, yes, but as far as I'm aware they don't get discussed very much by red pillers. But - and this part is my understanding - while there are Alpha women just as there are Alpa men and while they necessarily share some traits in common (charisma, for instance) - they're not the same. A woman who is Alpha wouldn't behave in the same way a man who is Alpha would because…

Then none of the men I’ve been with are alphas by your definition. That's what I'm suggesting, yes. And also that is (though in my own words) the definition rather than mine alone. ... he was on the sexual assault team ... That's creepy predator behaviour 101 (think Harvey Weinstein types and so on). I'm sorry you had to find out in the worst way imaginable. But still, again, you evidently came through it and are happy now.

Nothing more masculine than taking what you want when you want it. How fascinating! And to be clear, I don't mean that sarcastically, I am genuinely fascinated that you've declared that as a the sine qua non of masculinity. It implies a sustained pattern of alphas for years until looking to settle down and then going for a paycheck not an attractive person That's only partially correct, but it's quite wrong in the particulars. I may not subscribe the red pill outlook, but I at least know what it…

Alpha fuck implies that it was a sustained pattern and then I went for a man who I was wholly unattracted to for his money That's not what an Alpha is. That would at least explain where the confusion comes in. Yes he was a rapist as he raped me. I'm sorry to hear that - it must have been a painful experience. Nevertheless, I'm somewhat surprised that your first answer OP's question was: Dominant masculine traits as a whole That's not the phrase I would have used to describe a rapist.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/22 03:35 PM
1

How do you have questions Well, for instance: I had a partner who an incredibly alpha male and when we first started dating it was what I thought I wanted Exactly. So when you said "I didn’t alpha fuck" you were having a momentary lapse in memory. Then I experienced life with that man and I realized he was a terrible human ... Specifically, you said he was a rapist. m[e]n with similar traits are all the same So, your current partner excluded, "all men are rapists"?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/22 02:54 PM
1

... I didn’t alpha fuck ... My second bf was very alpha ... He also was a rapist ... I've just got so many questions right now about this. If you say "I didn't alpha fuck" then immediately follow that with "My second bf was very alpha", it does make it sound like you're not quite telling the truth here. And why did you first answer OP's question with: Dominant masculine traits as a whole When it turns out that what you actually meant by this was: .. very alpha in personality ... also ... a rapis…

So to recap: Until you personally experienced it, you desired men with Dominant masculine traits as a whole And since that is practically the definition of an Alpha, presumably, then, you must have been with one. Or at the very least felt a strong desire for one. my current [partner] the most attractive and I make more than him. Beta doesn't mean unattractive. And the bucks thing is just a mnemonic. So basically, you're telling us that you've settled for a partner who lacks masculinity and who i…

Really? To me well-bred would mean well-groomed in terms of hair, nails, scent, well-dressed in terms of stylish or one who wears clothes in a way that seems stylish to others and - above all - someone who is charming and a good conversationalist. Fit and good-looking are entailed in that, but not white (or any ethnic group).

Do you agree? Slightly strange question to ask in a CMV post(!) On one level, your point seems unarguable since you spend a long time basically saying the following: The more attractive and the more well-groomed a man is, the more likely he is to find a partner. Well, yes - on one level - that is a "No shit, Sherlock" statement. But on the other hand, I don't agree and may even be able to change your mind. Anyone who’s been through a weight loss journey will surely have noticed a difference in how they are treated. True. But it's only true to a certain degree. I've had this experience, but it only really makes an impact on first impressions. One is a psychological coping mechanism with destructive effects and the other is an erotic act. One is about trying regain control over oneself, where the other one is about handing complete control over to someone else. Compulsively taking a razor blade (or similar) and cutting deep lines into the flesh of your arms and thighs over and over as way of ritually taking control over a portion of your life when everything else seems oppressively chaotic is not an erotic act. A polygamous society would NOT mean less sex for average joe. [ ... ] Average Joe is getting NOTHING anyway. Women Accepting Polygamy Will Make Everyone Happier? Are you insane? I just want to propose a theory that the reason women pre-select is because they know women think alike and that what one women looks for in a mate is by in large what other women look for as well. This is bit crude, but I think one thing that's looked for - perhaps not consciously - is a working penis that can satisfy all the parts other penises (peni?)) just cannot reach. Clearly, I'm limiting this comment to physical desire, but I think the point still stands. The Czech author Milan Kundera s…

You think deep down women don't think they're wrong? I'm not OP so, no, this isn't really what I think - but I do think he has a case to make - but for different reasons. As I said above and elsewhere ITT, I think the difference is not so much in what kind of lie gets told but in the kind of relationship to the lie and lying. Basically, and this is a very broad generalisation so if you want to find exceptions there are numerous ones, but I think men are more likely overall to lie after the fact …

As this is CMV: Putting aside the fact that this is a very broad generalisation, I think the distinction you've missed is when the lies happen. What I mean is rather than men lying to women and women lying to themselves as you've suggested, I think it's more likely to be something like this: Men tend to lie as a consequence of a past change in behaviour that's already happened - i.e. the cheating, or even just the intention to cheat, comes first - the lying is almost an afterthought to escape de…

Women do this as you've noted but men do this Yes, but did you also notice that OP said this? when a man cheats and lies to his gf/wife, he usually knows what’s going on and he knows deep down he’s at fault They're not denying that men lie, but that their relationship to the lie is different. And although it's obviously a sweeping generalisation, to a degree I think OP has a case to make there. Because women can be part of a good looking man's harem easily? Where do you live? Are you saying that average and below average women are struggling with sex? Define "struggling"? Because I don't see that at all. OK, here's what I see. Of course women are attracted to the most desirable men - it's completely logical. But in my general experience, I would say that women are far better at estimating their own attractiveness relative to other women (and all women are better at this than men are). …

People often here makes the case that as a guy if you want to have casual sex with women you have at least average height and be quite attractive facially. That basically rules 3/4 of men out of the game, while for women sex seems to be as easy as walking into a supermarket. There seems to be a contradiction here - how can it be "as easy as walking into a supermarket" if the pool of "supermarkets" worth walking into is less than 25% of the whole?* Wouldn't that make it more not less difficult? …

Men tend to be more competitive with each other than women. Regardless of whether it's true or not that's wholly and utterly irrelevant to your view and my argument against it - you do realise that I assume? Your point is that WAWE is real. I'm in agreement only up to the extent that women behave in that way because they can afford to behave that way and because they are rewarded for behaving in that way.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/20 07:06 PM

Women are on average nicer people than men. Good lord! Where to begin? Here's an idea - women appear to be 'nicer' because: they can afford to be when faced with a man (potential mate and/or platonic ally) they can't afford not to be when faced with a woman (rival) In other words, women can be nice to men because they rely on men to be less nice on their behalf. This won't work with women - especially a Queen Bee / Mean Girls kind of woman - so it pays to be nice in advance. This pattern repeats…

Could a lot of sexist men be that just because they are hyper focused on sex? IMO, no. In fact, I think this may be confusing two different kinds of thing. For instance, a thirsty sex-starved guy who spends half his time talking to women's boobs without even realising he's doing it is not really "sexist" although in a very real sense he must be thinking about women as a kind of sex object on some level. But then that raises the question of what you mean by sexist. I could quite reasonably that m…

Women can and do get friendzoned and complain about it. Happens all the damn time, and yet somehow everyone seems to think this is dudes only.* *And I'm not talking about where a woman throws herself at an unavailable guy so often that he eventually gives in (after which she spends years thinking that it means they're meant for each other rather than he just could not turn down sex another damn time). I do mean women where not even that happens.

If that were the definition of hypergamy, it would render it meaningless as a concept. Seriously, if all it takes it to start seeing someone else that's not hypergamy. There's no marriage / long-term bond involved for a start.

OK, I can see that might be what they meant. It's just from past experience, it often seems to be the way that people who say that men have fragile egos kind of strongly hint that it's both pathetic and mostly men.

Maybe this is just an accident of your particular word choice, but ... how fragile the male ego is and how easy it is to make a man feel emasculated To me, someone with a fragile ego is someone who gets upset at the drop of a hat. Being emasculated - literally degendered from their identity as a man - doesn't sound to me like a case of being fragile. Or at least, if that is an example of having a fragile ego, then you ought really to accept that transpeople also have "fragile egos" for getting u…

Sex education was split into two parts - one was part of science/biology and the other was part of a thing called personal and social education (PSE). In science, all I remember is the lights going off while the entire class pretty much spent 30-40 minutes desperately trying not to burst out laughing. In PSE, all I remember really is: a C-list TV actress telling us that sandwich wrapping your cock won't work as a cheap condom and trying to douche with Pepsi after sex won't make you unpregnant. t…

... do you think this story represents a fair anecdote about the dangers of being a woman and rejecting a man, ... ? No, I don't think it does. The angle seems especially perverse in this case because she was with a man, Kyle, who got his ass kicked by all three of them after she'd been punched out. In that sense, they were evidently equal opportunity scum.

No If not, why not? Because it's just not important. It's not really how many that matters, as who and - occasionally - under what circumstances. If the number is one, but that one person turns out to have been a Tom Hardy or Bradley Cooper look-a-like then there are grounds for me to feel insecure in the same way that some women have to deal with a current partner who clearly had (or still has) oneitis for someone else. And if the number was fairly low, let's say somewhere between 12 and 20, bu…

"more or less" allows for a lot of leeway, but so much that it's hard to say just what is more and what is less and whether or not it makes a difference.

Is that casual? Naturally, not. But your reply does raise an interesting conundrum - well, for me at least. My guesswork was based on your original reply, which was this: I would never consider having casual sex with anyone. To me, and my guess would be quite a lot of other people although I could well be wrong on that point, this suggests that you are in the market for and available for casual sex, but not interested. As you go on to say: I would never sell it that cheap. But not that you've to…

women don't just want sex the way men do. Women want emotional connections Hello? Hello? The 19th Century is calling for you - it seems it's missing one it's priests and thinks you might know something about where to find him...

Naturally, I don't know you IRL. But based on experience, my suspicion is what you actually mean by that is that you do in fact have what other people consider casual sex, but that you don't. To you it's explained away as something with a higher meaning in your personal journey or some other kind of pseudo-mystical claptrap. As I say though, I don't know you from Adam IRL so perhaps you actually do behave in literally exactly the way you describe it. It's just speculation.

I'm not a Marxist, ... We would be forgiven for being sceptical of the fact given your account above. ... Marxists are not wrong that material conditions affect culture, that much should be obvious. Yes, it is obvious - but that's the entirely the problem. Since no culture can exist at all without some form of material basis, the point is so banal as to be not worth making. Literally everything "became a thing" in the presence of "certain material conditions". What is more important is what it -…

I'm not sure that's the case, actually. My impression is that most people think of it as something like working for Green Peace. That's why I think you get all those survey results that come back saying only 7% of the population are feminists. My guess is what they mean is I'm not one, but that doesn't mean I'm not happy to know that other people are - at least a lot of the time (the Grid Girls thing being a very big exception).

Yes, it'll make a difference. Besides, your face you can't really change (or not without surgery, which I don't recommend), but your physique you can.

Sort by top. Hit all time. I have yet to find ONE that doesn't point women out to be the bad guy. Controversy tends to strike people as more interesting in a sub dedicated to debate. There's very little energy to be generated by a post no one can find an objection to. ... every time a woman says something that makes sense ... Somewhat of a subjective measure, but do go on Men attack her, and say she's a feminazi. And call her a troll. Well, some users, sure - and probably men are quite a few of …

More or less the same: The last man: His sperm would be collected and used to hopefully impregnate as many women as possible in the hope that more boys would be born. The last woman: At least some of her eggs would be extracted and frozen until an effective artificial womb could be developed; in the meantime, they would be trying to determine ways of not only getting her pregnant, but specifically getting her pregnant with female children - even if that meant developing techniques for manipulati…

You think people communicate different, have different mindsets or have different interests? I haven't said anything one way or the other on that score - so far all I've suggested is that it's far harder to distinguish men's from women's speech as both you and OP seem to believe. Do you think being assertive or figuring out how people communicate have fundamentally changed or evolved? I couldn't possibly say - although I would certainly admit the possibility. Memes, for instance, are similar to …

No, I hadn't. You know that was written in the 1970s though, right? Not saying that things written in the 1970s can't still be good, but it just seems odd to pick a book so old - especially as it would have been written long before the internet and smart phones

Give me the transcripts of a bf and gf or a husband and wife and I'll easily tell you who and why And if I show you a transcript of a wife and a wife or a husband and a husband as well and ask you to pick out which is which, you'd still be as confident right?

He didnt say that this specific example proved anything. Well, not only did he in fact do that, but it's the entire basis of the thread. What on Earth do you think "Women are not better communicators" means if not that?

I don't think it's obvious at all. If I showed you a transcript of a work meeting or a townhall meeting or whatever and instead of the names you just had A, B, C, ... etc. I guarantee you that unless one of them actually say something like "As a woman ..." you wouldn't be able to say with any certainty what the gender of the speakers were.

I've always been told women are much better at verbalizing and communicating, yet so many are utterly incapable of ... You can't apply the statistical likelihood of a trend in the general population to the actual people in your life as if they were instructions in an operating manual called Women: A User's Guide for Dudes. That's not unlike complaining Mary Barrra must be fictional because you've "always been told" men are the majority of CEOs,
