Im 6 3 maintenance is like 3.5-4k depending on if my metabolism is slowed from cutting :( My hack when bulking is half&half (the milk product) where 1200 calories in a quart is under $2. Using these quick liquid calories I can hit 5k in a day without too much issue, makes bulking pretty easy.
