3	Served with papers on Friday, only to find out she's requesting full legal custody... I filed and filed a TRO to prevent relocation. Finally comes the temp hearing and my attorney lets the judge know we’re requesting a county and ISD restriction. Wife says she has no job, no family in area, no money and no vehicle. Judge asks if she has looked for a job or place to live in area. Wife says no. Judge grants TJMC and gives her exclusive rights to determine residence only with everything else being joint. 1	What happens if I move out before divorcing So my wife appears severely unstable both emotionally and mentally. Shes starting to throw out the false accusations (regarding our special needs daughter as well as feeling unsafe) because I’ve been recording every interaction for my own safety.
