Man, if she's seeing someone else, you should really pull the plug... She's playing jailhouse games with you and it's not fair to you or the kids for that matter. I'm willing to bet my last bottom dollar that if you really just fell back and let her do her, she'd change her tune real quik. At the end of the day, you don't want her to think that anything is permissible with you. She's not and probably doesn't have much respect for you at this point. It's really, really hard to fight against your …

Yes sir, that's the name of the game. Keep fighting... Life is tricky, it can change in the blink of an eye. The key is having a substantial amount of resilience. Humans are survivalist, and so are you and me as well. You'll be aight in the long run.

People tend to think that we as men don't have feelings but that's far from the truth. The truth is that it freaking hurts like no other pain. As time passes, you'll get stronger my friend. I'm looking forward to hearing from you 6 months from now. My heart goes out to you my man.

This is very interesting. So even though you're remarried, you still think about your ex wife sometimes? No judgment on my end because I understand how life works. I salute you for being honest my man...

Her admitting it doesn't matter one bit. We all have a built in gut barometer that tells when something is wrong. I sympathize with you, I really do but you'll never have closure if it's up to her. Know when the show is 9ver and swiftly move on. I'm a proponent of marriage but your situation is a little different. On the other hand, if you feel like the marriage is salvageable then by all means go for it. I will admit that something is up with her and it's not for you to decipher. Give it some t…

If it were me personally, I would try to see if I could ignite the spark again. I didn't read anything about her that was too egregious and I think that often times, we're never happy because of our own internal reasons. I would try spending quality time with her. You said she stuck with you throughout the tough times, maybe you should return the favor. Sometimes we as people get tired of things too quick and we devalue the simple things in life because we all have Adhd. See what you can do to m…

Good thing is that you're taking accountability for your wrong doings. Unfortunately, it seems that you have issues and made some mistakes that are going to affect you in multiple ways. Stay off those pills and do some soul searching.

Come on man I'm in the same place and I'll tell you what, suicide is not an option. Just breath my guy. Everything is gonna work out for the best in the long run. Time will ease the pain but you just gotta stay strong and fight those mental demons. Come on, let's get it!

I spent it by myself for the first time in a long time also. It really, really sucked. No two ways in putting it. This whole separation is kicking my ass. Lol

I'm in the same boat as you my man. Me and my wife are preparing for separation however, our separation is due to her kids. Just can't do it anymore... Dealing with disrespectful, manipulative, sociopathic kids has really come in between our marriage. She and I are cool but we agreed that we'd separate so that she see to it that they graduate/turn 18 which would be next year. I'm staying in the matrimonial house and she's getting an apartment. Like you, I've struggled with all of the depression,…
