During the week since I am usually busy I causally meet girls here and there through small talk. Master the art of small talk and you will go places! I think you have the right idea from what you posted. However, I tend to do more cold approaches when I'm out at a bar or club. 1	I know I can but, I don't think this whole thing is worth it any more During the school year I am surrounded by women on campus so there is no issue. However, during summer its dead here so I do Coffees shops/bookstores/ maybe twice a week. During the weekend I always plan ahead and drive to the city with friends for some festivals/clubs/bars. Your 18 so can't hit the bars you can do other stuff to meet girls. Do some dancing lessons, improv classes, cooking lessons, stuff you find interesting and will have access to females. Its great that you set goals but maybe you picked a heavy load and your expectations are high. Instead of thinking about achieving goals, how about forming habits? Habits are long term achievements that provide life long benefits. Also, try to meet girls at places where you have fun. Make your enjoyment the priority.
