I'm in the US and I haven't put forth the effort to go on a date in the last 5 years. I've been married once and engaged once and they both cheated and left. Its not worth the effort.

well She was going to be my wife at one point we were a month from it.. its hard for me not to still think of her as the person I decided to spend my life with. I can't comment on that all I know is my ex-wife who did jack shit and an ex fiancée who split after i told her she needed to pay her half of the bills. From my experience I see the not "holding up their end". What is "most marriages" and where are the numbers coming from. Does this include the over 50% divorce rate or just the marriages that survive too?

Its not that she has to be submissive its that she needs to be able to be willing to submit sometimes and sacrifice sometimes to make a marriage last and so must the man. Part of that is helping out and cooking and cleaning etc. You don't have any idea how many women don't want to do this but still expect you to do all the yard work, fix stuff etc. and then don;t hold up their end expecting to be doted upon like a princess.

Yeah its hard. Its also nice, when I have girlfriends i'm always amazed at how sensitive i am to being touched. Just having someone place their hand on my shoulder is noticeable and appreciated because outside of girlfriends that is a form of contact i don't have wit people. It does create an issue with me when find girls who aren't very touchy though; because that i guess is the way i have grown to feel affection more so than through nice words or little gestures.

I don't normally touch people much either. My family doesn't even hug much etc. its just how i was raised. But you just have to do it if you want to help along picking up someone. Just see your goal of getting the girl, grit your teeth and do it. The more you do the less you will care. In fact i suggest that you not care what she thinks about it and assume she wants you to touch her politely.

Its not contact that tells you its the dilation of her pupils that does. Eye contact is good yes but it also lets you see her unconscious cue. Edit: Down vote if you will but if a woman in into you her pupils will dilate. Thats why people at an unconscious level like girls with blue eyes; you can see their pupils better.

in my case it changed because i bought a house for us and had not income and at the same time she lost her job. Before i was taking her out from trips overnight on weekends and going all sorts of places. I just couldn't keep that up with little to no disposable income. Supposedly she wanted the house but i think she wanted the cake and to eat it too.

This is really the most plausible explanation. I turn away a lot of women without a second thought because i am not into them and i know that we are not what each other wants. However there are times when emotions overrule my logic and i end up crushed. In retrospect i know they weren't ideal for me or for them but the fact that I get dumped all the time while i am dedicated try to make things work hurts all the more regardless of weather they were right for me or not.

Well one was physically and verbally abusive and the other one I have been told is so neglectful that he wont speak to her for weeks while he locks himself in his room and plays video games. The really abusive one had more connections in the area we lived in and had a large group of friends for which she was craving. The looser i looks like an aids patient and I cant see why he'd be attractive besides the fact they both love cars and i think they are to get from point A to point B.
