Move, or ignore it and try not to let it bother you. If new people show up, make the first move and introduce yourself. Show them that those dickheads are full shit, if they are. However, If you can't handle it and are considering violence, it might be your best bet to move.

I have a lot of experience with living in small towns. despite what many people will tell you in this sub, if you're not a complete sociopathic redpill junkie it can definitely backfire on you.when i first got into trp i had a very successful year with women, 3 years later and i still lose out on dates with women because of word-of-mouth, and i stopped my trp game after my first year. Use trp theory, but also make sure to be a decent human being and not a complete scumbag

thats actually really valid, maybe ill use TRP less now, (which is only about once a month) I always felt that its issues were the diehards who used TRP as an instruction manual for life, but now i see that its problems run deeper than that

i don't think telling him to abandon the sub is good advice. i'll admit it is a bit oversaturated with redpill zealots, but using TRP is still beneficial, if used as more of a guideline, not a rulebook.

If i do, then cool ill take it, im definitely not a "slave" to it though. and for the record, its been a long enough time, and he broke up with her. if he gets worked up about it then thats his problem. Having previously dated a girl doesn't give you exclusive rights above all your friends, once you dump her she's fair game the way i see it.

all these tips are fine and dandy, however the most important thing of all is getting the discipline to drag your fat-ass the gym every day.
