Pretty sure if you watch from 4:57 you can see he has 1 hand on her wrist and applied force to that same arms shoulder to get her down, he can then be heard audibly grunting from the use of force used to bring her down, maybe he is just old/out of shape though. And it doesnt matter if it was the nose/head/mouth, she shouldnt have hit anything hard enough to cause that much blood hell to even cause blood at all. I doubt it, considering its pretty clear and straightforward what happened. She tries to leave the scene and the officer while he was right to detain her, he used excessive force in this instance resulting in her head being split open from being slammed to the ground and blood gushing out like she just took a chair shot to the head in a WWE PPV.

Yeah because he was 100% justified for slamming a girl into the pavement face first when he had radio for backup and there were officers near him.
