I said that feminists treat certain crimes with zeal knowing full well that it is impossible to do so, as that is unrealistic And that diminishes the fact that their efforts can be effective at preventing the crimes they wish to prevent. If you do not acknowledge that their efforts can prevent some crimes and you say that they cannot prevent all crimes, what other conclusion can I draw?

Yes and saying that one should stop trying to prevent all crimes for the reason is black-and-white thinking. That is exactly what you implied here: That aside, I find it curious how feminists treat rape with such a zeal that they think that they're one day going to be able to completely eliminate it. There will always be criminals. I could just the same say why it makes no sense that you have such zeal for men's rights when they will never have them perfectly.

Laws do not dictate social hierarchies in most societies. Besides, if you have never seen a family where the father is the chief decision maker and keeps the kids in line, you probably have just never met anyone's family or watched TV/movies.
