I don't think men with options are in this sub. 🤷 Anyways..... The question I responded to was about posting here. And while yes, the discourse is about gender dynamics. My comment was specifically on why I post here and what elements of this sub I find fascinating. I could talk about gender dynamics and many other avenue. But here...this is an especially fascinating pocket of fhe internet.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 01:08 AM

Aren't most the women here in ltr relationships/marriages? whereas their healthy counterparts don't : What do they do then? What of my healthy counterparts should I aspire to?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 12:46 AM

I'm not looking for any meaningful conclusions. I don't expect them to occur in this format. It has no impact on me if they stay the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 12:41 AM

To discuss gender dynamics. I'm fascinated by the binary thinking and the "mountain out of mole hills" conclusions. I'm fascinated by RP die hards and their egos about their knowledge despite a woman never sticking around them long. I'm fascinated by the misinterpretation of feminism. I'm fascinated by the idea that women shouldn't have a reason to engage here.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 12:21 AM

Right? Don't these men want the same things? Do they not want someone who doesn't need them and instead just wants them around because they like them? Can they not imagine all the fun and enjoyment that comes with hanging out with someone who is a true friend AND a lover?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 09:37 PM

What fiction books have you read lately? There's so many books on my TBR but I love to add more. Here's a few of my recent reads: Tourist Season, The Phoenix Keeper, A Botanist Guide to Parties & Poison, The River Has Roots. I tend to favor a lot of historical fiction, mysteries, and witchy themes.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 09:28 PM

What do y'all think of bobs? The haircut?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 09:04 PM

Your sn seems to contradict yourself because you responded to my comment. And your response implied that men are somehow better at showing their emotions. So...yes, I did see your sn and thought, "isn't that ironic".
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:47 PM

It's a debate sub. The comments are debating the argument brought forth by OP. So.... of course, people disagree with him. Disagreeing doesn't mean they aren't taking it well. It just means they disagree and responded as such in a debate sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:44 PM

Feel free to start a thread and let's discuss it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:35 PM

You've personally witnessed more than 5 different women throw drinks at men who rejected them? Or a man randomly getting verbally attacked by one of a woman’s friend when he approaches a girl in the friend group and not her. Do you have an example? And when the man reciprocates with the same energy that when women then say “he can’t handle rejection” Well, if he's rejected first and reciprocate with insults.... yes, he can't handle rejection.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:22 PM

I'm not watching some random YouTube video. Sounds like your only examples is scripted online content. Makes sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:02 PM

So what is he saying?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:58 PM

How do they handle it far worse? I'd love to see an example.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:58 PM

How frequently do women react like that? What are the numbers?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:57 PM

You're telling me that you've personally witnessed more than 5 cases of women throwing a drink on a man after he rejected her? Because I highly doubt that. I worked in nightlife and still haven't seen that happen more than 5 times. I've seen women throw drinks at men. A lot. But they were always couples who came together and usually left together or chasing the other.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:55 PM

Are you seriously comparing alcohol and acid? 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:49 PM

So you're saying that because a woman might say, "you're gay, you asshole", that is a far worse rejection that a man saying, "you fat bitch whore." Am I understanding that correctly?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:48 PM

shows that women feel more negative emotions and feelings when being rejected Probably because women are better at their feelings and expressing them. 🤷 Idk how women can take it worse when they aren't throwing acid, shooting people, etc for being rejected. They just feel their rejected feelings and answer that honestly in a survey.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:40 PM

That's great for the women who want that without commitment. Why do y'all think that every woman is going to want the exact same things? Every man doesn't want the exact same things.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:13 PM

My husband is committed because he's not needed, he's wanted. I want him, he wants me. Thus we decided to build a life together. I'm not with him because I need sex or money or the trash taken out. I'm with him because he's hilarious, smart, adventurous, sexy, and I want to be around him doing anything and everything.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 06:59 PM

Self awareness about what? There was no logic. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 06:08 PM

This coercion discourse really highlights how the men here actively do coercion tactics and don't see anything wrong with it. It's bonkers how much they'll twist themselves in knots to defend coercion tactics. It's like they view it as the only way they'll get laid. And then they probably go on and on about how it was "raw desire" because she gave into him after repeatedly saying "no".
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 06:01 PM

woman who was the casual lay of some guy This is the insecure bit.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 05:57 PM

I don't get the insecurity behind it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 05:41 PM

Nope. I was responding to your "get it?". Your first statement. HTH.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 05:39 PM

No. I don't get it. 🤷 It sounds like someone upset by fan fiction they made up.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 05:34 PM

Exactly. When I was single, I'd be going out and drinking in spaces with out slutty people. Hell, my friends and I played games to see how many dudes we could kiss in a night. 😂😂😂
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 05:18 PM

So....I fucked men while single. Or I'd be in a monogamous relationship, fucking that guy. more sexually adventurous or uninhibited period before settling into a long-term relationship. Literally just me being single. No "uninhibited period" just being single and having sex. Once y'all stop thinking that women can only be in relationships or sluts without relationships, you'll understand that there's all kinds of paths. I don't understand comparing sexual experiences. And when y'all stop compari…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 04:57 PM

Ah that is very interesting.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 03:40 PM

Best I can gather is that some men want to be wanted for their paycheck so they can boss a woman around and say things like, "I worked all day, I can't be bothered to take out the trash, play with my kids, or wash the dishes." Tradmen reduce themselves to a paycheck and a bodyguard because that's exactly when they feel the most powerfully, successful piece of masculinity.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 03:37 PM

Multiple centuries would disagree. As would rock/emo/goth, theater, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 05:50 AM
2

So you're willingly going to believe something that isn't true because it takes sense to you to believe something that isn't true? Is that what you're saying?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 03:45 AM
1

Just have a work buddy start calling you Joe, Tom, Tony, whatever.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 11:37 PM

If several women feel that way.....maybe the analogy was bunk.

That toddler on his dad's bike is so dang cute! I don't want him to get his own bike. 😂🥹 I love parent content on Tiktok. Especially the big families, like 6+ kids. It's so joyful to watch. I love kids. They are so curious, smart, and the best teachers.

How long do you think it takes to read????? "Plenty of fish in the sea" which implies there's always more people to meet. Not that dating is like fishing. Hey man, if you want to see women as fish and yourself as bait. Go off. Have fun.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 11:00 PM
1

Ah yes, the PPD classic, "you don't understand me, so you must be dumb". 🙄 Your concepts don't make any sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 10:49 PM
0

Oh look you went back and edited to have the correct use of projection. Good job! Though, I'm married. So are you suggesting that I'm bitter because I don't agree with you and find the whole "looksmax" discourse to be ridiculously pathetic? You are presuming that I believe my own argument is bullshit? No. I believe you think your argument is correct. I believe that you view dating as you being the lure/bait and trying to catch women.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 10:33 PM
0

Fishing and dating aren't alike. 🙄 So....you're not using "projection" correctly. Do you want to try another tactic?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 10:28 PM
1

Certain women? Lol. You mean women with experience who don't fall for bullshit? Makes sense that some men don't listen. Catching fish and dating aren't the same thing in the slightest. Viewing it that way is why so many men are single and bitter. Projection of what exactly? Please be specific.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 10:02 PM
0

Women in aggregate act very different from how women as individuals claim to behave. Why is this a surprise? Like....no shit. Women aren't fish. So that doesn't make any sense and really highlights my point. Y'all don't see women as people, y'all see them as fish to catch. And then wonder why it's not working.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 09:45 PM

I didn't misunderstand. And no, she wouldn't be worse off.

Probably what you mentioned earlier. Another cosplayer.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 07:48 PM

So much of this discourse is men wanting women to act like them. It seems like some men think they are the default and everyone acts/thinks just like them. They refuse to accept what women say and act like they are more informed. It's fascinating.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 07:13 PM
1

Yes, it's better to be single than in an unhappy relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 07:04 PM

It's literally the whole point. The universe where it's 50/50.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 06:02 PM

Right??? There's so many in this sub. It's so funny. They still sound like men in their comments.

Great..most men are ugly. And most women are beautiful. I can call women beautiful and not be attracted to them. You do know that right?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 05:43 PM

If you think most men are attractive, you're probably a gay man. It's okay to be gay nowadays.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 05:38 PM
4

Did you seriously just say that a c-section is a lack of "unconditional love"? 🙄🙄🙄 No babysitting?? JFC. What a horrible experience for the mom. No wonder women don't want children. Sheesh.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 04:06 PM
0

They are.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 04:04 PM
1

They say "opposites attract" for a reason. I never really sought someone out because they were better at xyz than me. I think more in terms of how we compliment each other. And that often means, I have something he doesn't, and he has something I don't. Personally, if we were the exact same that would be pretty boring and stale. It's nice when there's differences because you can teach other and have fun together.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 04:03 PM

The fact of the matter is that you were also likely being catfished by 1 or more of those 4. I don't think a catfish profile is evidence of anything other than someone lying. And because you can't follow through due to catfishing it doesn't prove anything. It might prove that dating apps are full of catfish, bots, and scammers.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 04:01 PM

I think that RP could learn a lot from this quote.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 04:12 AM
6

Actually, when did I say demand? The first sentence in your OP.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 04:12 AM
4

Great. If you feel the way, that's fantastic. I'm guessing it works really well for you. I hear "demand" and I picture a man who views dating as a transactional act. My husband, met me after I "hit the wall". But sure.... go off. If he's cheats, we divorce and that's a win win. and only have high standards. I don't know what you're referring to here.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 01:46 AM
4

The Webster Dictionary definition. Great. I hope you have these conversations when you're planning the second dates. It's not nice to demand anything. But I'm guessing this works out very well for you and you have many successful second dates.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 01:30 AM
1

Yes. They'll complain about that.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 01:14 AM

He looks like a regular dude. I don't really rate people. Doesn't make sense to me. I'm sure plenty of women find him attractive. Who is he? What's his significance?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 01:13 AM
5

Definition of what? Great. Win win, if you don't want to date her again.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 01:11 AM

Depends on the context. Wearing a white dress to a wedding is a faux pas and can be upsetting to the bride. A random woman who happens to be in the same outfit? Funny, cute, let's take a photo.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 12:58 AM

Oh yes! I've been looking for a long black robe like Sue wears in The Substance.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 12:48 AM

I have a long white nightgown that I love wearing. Makes me feel like a Victorian ghost. I love hiding in the closet or hovering behind my husband when he's video gaming. Especially when he's playing spooky games.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 12:40 AM
1

We'd see them complain about the same things, ie raw attraction, desire, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 12:36 AM
11

It baffles me how so many of these scenarios can be addressed with a conversation. Not to mention that this is never going to be a one size fits all. My husband didn't let me start paying until our 5th/7th date. I once bought a round of drinks and that was his concession. 🤣🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 11:03 PM
13

Ladies, never go on a date with a man who demands something from you. True Dutch is you pay for yourself, they pay for themselves. People shouldn't date if they can't communicate their expectations without demands.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 10:38 PM

Jumping to conclusions is bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 10:27 PM

And yet, they would jump at the opportunity to coerce someone into sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 10:25 PM
2

Hey man, if you want to feel like you coerced someone, maybe you did. If you can't understand the nuance between a lie and genuine, that's not something I can fix. Good luck kiddo.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 10:24 PM
2

The definition of coercion does not. If you can't tell the difference between lying to get sex = coercion and being genuine, that's something to work on. Unless you participated in this study, nobody was talking about you specifically. Or genuine scenarios.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 10:19 PM
1

Sure, if you mean they are beautiful. If you don't....that's lying and a fucking weird thing to do.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 10:11 PM
6

I think women need to start lying to men more for sex. "Yes, your dick is so big." "Yes, I'll go 50/50 with you." "Yes, I like sports." Just tell them what they want to hear, get off, and ghost. These men want to be pumped and dumped. Just hit it and quit, gals.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 10:10 PM

I didn't see that listed. Can you quote what you're referring to.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 10:07 PM
1

I'm here to hear your first hand experiences as a woman. Are you able to engage in the debate you started?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 09:57 PM

Not really. A study is still just a small portion. Theories can be theorized but that's it. And it's kinda worthless thing to study. 🤷 But if it's something you feel passionate about, you can conduct the study.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 09:54 PM

They are described in the OP. Feel free to read that. HTH.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 09:49 PM

Sitting on the basement floor waiting for the washer to finish before I do anything else. 🤣🤣🤣 The joys of activity paralysis.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 09:37 PM

I consider 90% of PPD men to be pathetic/toxic/weird/entitled/rapey. Based solely on their posts here. Generally, I do think it's both. Some men are. Some men aren't. Some men were and aren't now. Some men aren't now but will be in the future. I think men have the opportunity to learn about coercion instead of defending it.

/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 08:09 PM

50/50 isn't a shorthand for adjustments. Those demanding 50/50 aren't reasonable. That's the point.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 08:09 PM

yeah but again that's arbitrary IMHO And that's why the study was done. Thank for echoing the sentiments of the study.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 06:37 PM

In the middle of nowhere, the rational answer is the bear. The random man who unexpectedly appears in the middle of nowhere is sketchy as hell. Nope nope. I'll take death by bear. Not whatever the random man in the middle of nowhere has in mind.

A well paid escort or a guy who buys Women fancy clothes or takes her on vacation in exchange for her sleeping with him is not coerced The escort isn't. But a regular woman, who isn't a sex worker, that is coercion.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 06:32 PM

Fake nice guys are manipulative. Real nice guys are more than just nice. It would tell you the method needed. Women say the methods every day in this sub. They are ignored in favor of listening to other single men. Which makes zero sense. But I guess, y'all prefer to hear from men. Even if they are also single and unsuccessful.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 06:13 PM

"Tits to the neck" was able shapewear. 🙄 It's okay if you're fooled by purple eyeshadow and shape wear. It's still not coercion. And comparing it is immature and really highlights the issue. Y'all refuse to acknowledge this happens, defend the behavior, and then blame women. It's so damn predictable.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 06:05 PM

If a man thinks that women naturally possess purple eye shadow or tits up to their neck...... he's got problems.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 06:01 PM

I think y'all are misunderstanding how wealth is used as coercion. It's not "making it appear wealthier" like your makeup comparison. It's using money, that someone needs, as a means of coercion. HTH.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 06:00 PM
3

It's not on the woman to end the friendship. It's on the man who wants more to end the friendship. Sheesh y'all see men as these incapable creatures who can't walk away from women who rejected them. Y'all really view men as pathetic but somehow worth applause. It's quite fascinating.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 05:51 PM

The aversion that some men on this sub have to cleaning makes me wonder about their living environment. Makes me wonder if I'm just responding to a bunch of Pig Pens from Charlie Brown.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 05:30 PM

The thread is limited to sex. If you'd like to start another discourse, start your own thread. And yes, everything outlined by OP fits within the definition of coercion.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 05:18 PM
2

Cooking is necessary 50 percent of the time. You're demanding a 50/50 relationship. That means you'll be responsible for cooking 50% of the time. Cleaning is something that women insist on and as such since they are the ones that want it done they can do it Great. So according to your 50/50 mandate, you'd be eating off dirty dishes and wearing dirty clothes. Because she's only going to do her 50%, not yours. This is what you wanted. Women taking their equal share. I don't subscribe to the nonsen…
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 05:17 PM

Why not stay on topic. These analogies aren't comparable. If you're lying to get sex, that's coercion. Glad we cleared that up.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 05:09 PM
4

Fair share of what? So if it's 50/50, does this mean that you as the man will cook and clean 50 percent of the time? Notice how my breakdown wasn't gendered. Notice how you didn't actually define anything. Notice how you just jumped to insulting women for wanting to be in relationships with men who care about them? How many women have you lived with? How many relationships have you gone 50/50 and how long did they last?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 04:51 PM

Lol. I'm an adult I don't need my husband to tell me what to do. What does 50/50 actually entail? Please enlighten me.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 04:45 PM

I don't understand what you're trying to say. I understand analogy just fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 04:34 PM
-1

Nope. The reality that 50/50 isn't sustainable and that things change over time and relationships need to be flexible. Sometimes it's 80/20, sometimes 70/30, sometimes 50/50, sometimes 60/40, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 04:34 PM

50/50 = splitting every penny in half If you want a dual income household, just say that.

It is very much true. Just because these drugs exist doesn't mean they were developed with women's health in mind. They were developed for profit and reinforcing the beliefs that women over a size 6 are fat/obese, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 03:24 PM

It's so silly. Because if you asked a fish, it's going to tell exactly what it likes to be caught. But some men seem to think they are experts on anything and everything, especially women. And it's usually the men with the least experience pontificating about what women want. Just look at RP. It's a bunch of losers, wannabes, and rejections talking bullshit about women because they have no women and women have zero interest being around them long term.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 03:05 PM
4

Every single thing you listed is a coercion.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 03:00 PM

I see no problems. I'm all for a declining birth rate. Opportunity for innovation. And people have choices. People aren't forced into parenthood. And that's good for everyone. Honestly, it seems less like men actually care about birthrates. And instead, are mad that can't just knock a woman over the head and take her back to his cave.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 02:56 PM

Probably because we're told we're fat if we're a size 6. 🙄 But sure, it's all women's fault. Women exist in a vacuum.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 02:54 PM
2

Why do you suspect that?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 05:07 AM
4

I literally asked, "what your reasoning was for the probably." Because I was curious to understand your perspective. To me, her lack of interest was obvious, in that car scene. If she wanted to, she would. So I was curious your perspective. Sheesh.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 12:31 AM
3

What's your reasoning for probably? It's my understanding, it was shot/acted in a way that can be ambiguous and interpreted either way. It wasn't outright interest. So...that's the question, did she or didn't she? And people will interpret it differently depending on their perspectives. It's quite lovely filmmaking. The best kind of horror has you wondering while also making poignant social commentary.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 12:14 AM
2

There's nothing to be defensive over. 🤷 But that's an ironic statement given that your can't describe "better" treatment. Good luck with your fan fiction and imaginary women.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 10:53 PM
1

Better? Better in what context? Date, have sex?.... It’s also on the guy to recognize this too. It's 100% on the dude. Like it's so obvious that women are going to date the dudes they are attracted to. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 10:43 PM
3

Huh? I don't even know what you're referring to. This seems wildly different than your first comment about a woman's "rules". What exactly are you trying to say is the solution? What exactly do you want women to do. Please be specific.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 10:39 PM
3

So it's not really rules then...... Women aren't interested in those men. Why would they have sex on the first date or fuck the coworker when they aren't interested. It's not rules. It's not be interested in those men. but most of the time they say these things to men they don’t like all that much. You've answered your own question. They aren't interested in those men.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 10:35 PM
0

What rules? Are you talking about the book, The Rules?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 10:24 PM
2

So you can't share any of your own experiences? This is your debate, you're making checks you can't cash aka you can't back up the things you claim, even with your own experiences.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 10:04 PM
1

So share more about your experience. I'd love to hear a first hand example since you've experienced what you're describing. Can you share an anecdote, sweetheart?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 10:00 PM
1

Because that's who makes up fan fiction. Just look at RP.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 09:51 PM
1

Please tell us more about your experience. You're a woman, correct. So are you speaking from your experience?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 09:50 PM
-1

Lol. Incorrect. 🤣🤣🤣 It's 2026, people are marrying and getting into relationships with the person they are sexually attracted to. This reads like bitter RP nonsense.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 09:26 PM
3

Incorrect! Idk who started this rumor but it was certainly a scorned man. The men I've had sex with the "quickest" were just there when the timing aligned. Not because they were so ridiculously hot that I had to fuck them right away. Because I was drunk, they were there, connection and chemistry occurred, and beer goggles.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 09:25 PM
2

Are you saying that women who wait to have sex are choosing the wrong men?? And the right men are the ones they have sex with immediately??
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 09:21 PM
5

Men seem to be influenced by boob size or dat ass and expect women to have the same attraction for their male parts. So much of the looksmax discussion is men being upset that women don't reduce men to the sum of their parts, the same way that men do to women. And they seem very jealous that men view women attractive based on their sexual attributes and women don't do the same. They ultimately want women to view them the same way as men. They think that there's nothing cooler than being desired …
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 09:02 PM

Huh? Who is saying anything on morality when it comes to virgins?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 07:30 PM
6

Lol. Hey man, you've got all the answers. So idk why you're not having success.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 07:07 PM
5

I have no idea what "remained passive" in this context means. You seem to have more information that you aren't sharing. So it's hard to give accurate responses without all the information. My desire to have a relationship with my husband started because I liked spending time with him. Why? I guess, because of his actions. Ie spending time together not lurking in the shadows waiting for me to notice him.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 07:00 PM
31

Distant & reserved isn't having daily sex with you. 🙄 Also, this is you choosing someone specifically for sex. Sounds like this woman choose a man who wanted her for more than sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 06:47 PM
10

Lol. No, that's not how it works. Idk all the details. I don't know these people. I do know that making sweeping generalizations about dating or genders from being rejected isn't helping anyone. Rejection hurts. But it doesn't mean there's some one size fits all solution. Dust off and move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 06:38 PM
23

Huh? Obviously, if she didn't know him, she wouldn't choose him. But that doesn't mean she'd choose you. It depends on if she likes the guy and wants to be in a relationship with him.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 06:34 PM
14

She liked him. That's it. That's the answer. She likes him. Nothing to analyze. Nothing to reflect about women. Take the L and move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 06:32 PM
23

I don’t think he was necessarily better-looking, more interesting, or more compatible with her. It's not up to you. It's up to her. And she knows herself better than you. So....women will pick the person that makes sense for them. Women aren't picking their partners based on the approval of other men.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 06:16 PM
2

Depends on the job and the woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 11:55 PM

They do in fact learn marketable skills. Leadership, negotiation, research, project management, time management, and more. There's no reason to suggest that SAHMs have no skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 11:25 PM

Most people don't have rich parents. 🤷 No reason to think that women are somehow worse at something or more judgemental. We're our own worst enemies.

Have y'all never talked to someone at like a party or event? I'm struggling to understand because....I just socialize and conversation happens. 🤷 It's never that black and white. It's sometimes them, sometimes me. Again, depending on the scenario. If he's not near his place, I'll invite him back to mine. Idk. I asked my husband to get together for a work project...that ended in a different direction. 🤣 He asked me out for an official date shortly afterwards. So....we both kinda approached in dif…

Awesome. People can save AND do things. It's not one or the other. Again, people have all kinds of resources. You don't know their expenses. Not everyone wants to own a home or have children. We have zero desire to buy a home. Or have children. Not saving isn't a gendered issue. Acting like it is foolish.

Like a woman will sit in an air conditioned office built by men, working for a company owned and founded by a man, using software and a power grid built by men, to say “Why do we even need men?” Those men didn't invent or create those things in a vacuum with no women. Every single one of those could be traced back to a woman who was involved in some way. I wouldn’t be compatible with a blue collar woman off of that alone, but professional women tend to look down on these men and not even see the…

Why do you assume that you can't travel and save? Why do you expect every woman to want to same things as you? If a woman wants to spend all her spare coin on traveling. That's awesome. She's my compatible for you. Why not focus on the women who do differently? Idk why people feel the need to judge other people's spending. People talk about money so differently. People who have money in savings but $1.73 in their checking will say they are broke. People who have the means will complain about spe…

I'm asking about the link you shared and what of it's contents backed up your claims. This is your claim, it's on you to provide supporting evidence for your claims. How much is this bigger portion? And what are those categories? So many questions. I'd love to read your supporting evidence.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 08:05 PM
8

What in that research is backing up your claim?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 08:00 PM
5

Yup. It comes down to them being upset that women spend money on themselves (clothes, healthcare, hobbies, etc). It's okay for them to spend money on their interests. But women are supposed to never do things for themselves. Everyday these dudes show why they are single. Who wants to date the guy that is going to judge and criticize my spending because I wanted a fun drink with my errands to the doctor's office, car dealership, Home Goods, and grocery store.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 07:51 PM
13

Lol. 🤣🤣🤣 Y'all are so predictable. Anything to insult women. And yet somehow, women are buying houses because they're so fiscally irresponsible.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 07:45 PM
19

Yes, they are so bothered by women spending money it's so weird. They act like because they are happy with a mattress on the floor, TV on a crate, and 1 towel that women should be the exact same. And if women aren't, they are harpy consumers.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 07:35 PM
6

I'd want my husband to hand over the money. And if my husband was physically assaulted I'd be worried about getting him care and remembering details to press charges. I'm not going to lose attraction because he was assaulted. Daqfurk.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 07:25 PM
2

Again, that makes zero sense to expect the exact same timing. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 07:16 PM
4

Idk. My husband is nice. He's also dominant. And he can be aggressive if the situation calls for it. Again, y'all think that niceness is a singular thing and people don't have any other emotions. The truth is people can be nice, dominant, aggressive and 16 other emotions in that day. Also, BDSM is an entire community, likely of nice people, who consent to sex with pain. Fifty Shades of Gray is 15 years old. Y'all need some updated sources.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 06:57 PM

Yes, men complaining about bad boys because they don't understand what women mean when they say, "bad boys". Women's view of bad boys is completely realistic. Because again, men are talking about criminals and women are talking about dudes who wear leather and ride motorcycles.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 05:56 PM
2

That doesn't make any sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 05:38 PM
2

Friendzone is made up. A situation can be left any at moment. So....again, y'all are like that Spongebob meme in handcuffs.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 05:37 PM
1

My definition is what women view as "bad boys". It's real life. When women say, "bad boys" they aren't talking about evil men. They are talking about leather jacket wearing "bad boy".
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 05:36 PM
2

Not true. Again, it's not this complex strategy. Y'all make things so unnecessarily difficult.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 04:57 PM
2

Seriously! It just reinforces how much of RP is them making up fan fiction in their heads and thinking it's reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 04:37 PM
3

I'll never understand the men who expect a one size fits all approach to sex. The idea that the sex had with Steve should be the exact same (timing, location, moves) as with Trevor. That sex is some act that is consistently applied to every lover. It's weird. Idk if it comes from lack of experience, insecurities, porn brain, or all of the above.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 04:26 PM
0

Nah. If there's mutual romantic interest, the conversation adjust accordingly. Y'all are searching for some formula that can be applied again and again. That's not how people work. This is why friends are so important.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 04:07 PM
0

Again, if you're friendly in places you visit regularly approaching doesn't really happen. Conversations happen naturally.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 03:39 PM

I don't want children. I don't view someone wanting children as something negative. Not wanting something in a partner doesn't automatically make that a negative.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 03:29 PM

Right? Like, okay sure. 🤷 Yesterday, someone here called me a bum because I'm not working and my husband still does chores like taking out the trash and cleaning bathrooms. So let's add, "toxic" to the list too. 🤣🤣

25 and 55 are different levels of grown adults though.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 03:25 PM

The issue I have with age gap is the power dynamics. I also find it fascinating how men here fight so hard to be respected by those who think age gap relationships are suspicious. What's toxic is caring so much what strangers think of your age gap relationship. Go forth and live your relationships. Who cares if strangers are laughing at you? Seriously. It's weird how often y'all want older women to applause or feel jealous. Older women aren't going to be jealous that someone they aren't interest…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 03:23 PM
3

Incorrect. "Bad boys" are motorcycle driving, leather jacket wearing, anti authority type, etc. It's not literally a bad/evil person. No wonder men online have such issues with "bad boys", they are talking about a completely different scenario than what women are referring to when we say, "bad boy".
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 03:19 PM
12

I think expecting a one size fits all solution is the problem. Y'all always seem to focus on the cold approach. This is why friends and socializing are important. Because when you're out with friends or whatever, there's less approach pressure and more just hanging out/meeting people by nature of being outside. Instead, y'all want women to approach strangers they find attractive. Problem is, women aren't just interested in some random man because he's attractive. Honestly, if you want to feel sp…

Same! Some originality would be great. So some creativity.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 09:10 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 07:38 PM

Why do you feel sorry for my husband? Because he works and does chores? Idk why y'all think that having a job means you're exempt from keeping your household clean. Yes, I do work.

Yes. It's a tool to hinder voting. If you disagree that's fine. This moves to a completely different conversation. A different context, if you will. Have a good one.

The Save Act. HTH.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 06:09 PM

It's a threat that is actively happening within American politics. Saying, "I support women's rights and wrongs", on a Tiktok clip of Black Widow isn't the same context. It's like y'all don't understand "context" and just keep using the word back to me. It's weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 06:06 PM
2

Do you have an example of this "shameless self-centeredness with no guardrails."
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 05:35 PM
3

It's not bad faith when someone disagrees with you. Still waiting to hear what I'm supposedly bitter about.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 05:06 PM
5

You're valuing staying with the mom as worth $10k. That tells me all I need to know. Thank goodness I married a man who believes that his household contribution isn't dependent on his income. Best of luck. I hope you find the relationship dynamic you seek.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:52 PM
5

She didn't say "all". She said, "women in general". See the difference? Bitter about what? My husband works and contributes to the household. Idk what there is to be bitter about. I don't see any truth to what you're saying. 🤷 I do see that it is your truth but I don't agree that all women or women in general act as you described.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:41 PM
6

Again, what happens at work was at work. Now, you're home and your home has responsibilities also. Regardless of what happens at work, the full trash can still needs to be taken out, the kids need a bath before bed, etc. What you're suggesting is taking advantage of the woman, who doesn't work and thus should be available to cater to your every whim. Yuck.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:31 PM
7

You do realize that you're anecdotal stories don't cancel out her anecdotal stories. You can't say her experience isn't real and your experience someone beats hers. I've been in relationships and know damn well that men can work AND contribute to household chores.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:15 PM
-1

It doesn't. You're suggesting to inflate your ego by having sex with someone you consider ugly. That seems like pathetic behavior to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:12 PM
10

Again, this paints men as incapable of anything other than working 40 hour weeks. If you want to view men as weak beings incapable of caring for their own kids or loading a dishwasher, that's your perogative. I personally think men are capable of working AND changing a diaper AND running the vacuum over the floor. Your family cares if you live or die but you can't bother to care for them. You only care about showing up for the corporations that don't care. How masculine.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:11 PM
0

That still doesn't tell anyone how having sex with someone you're not attracted to helps with relationships...... Seems weird, rude, and distasteful to waste someone's time for sex to build up your ego.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:04 PM

I don't need to critically evaluate feminism. I'm not the one misunderstanding feminism. Good luck out there!
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:03 PM

I did and still have questions. Are you able to answer my previous question?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:01 PM
12

A man having a job doesn't excuse him from household chores or child rearing. Y'all act like having job is the hardest thing possible and that men are incapable of doing anything beyond going to work.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:01 PM
1

How does casual sex with a person they find ugly help someone be less willing to stay/get into a bad relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:57 PM
1

I can in fact use critical thinking skills whenever I want and call out others who aren't doing the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:57 PM
1

How does having casual sex with someone you're not attracted to make someone better in relationships? Quite frankly, I'd find someone who had sex with people they found ugly to be quite pathetic and not worth a relationship with. Or even casual sex with. People who have sex with people they aren't attracted to have very different values than me.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:52 PM
-1

Do you have an example of the "self-centered and narcissistic" behavior? What "deep" topics do you want to discuss? Idk y'all act like men being single is having some negative impact on women. It's like y'all say, "men are staying single", like women are supposed to be shocked and go crawling back to the men they rejected.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:50 PM
3

What do you think women should be concerned about?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:46 PM

Except women are the target of such comments. Idk maybe don't take internet comments from strangers as a personal attack on you.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:28 PM
1

Incorrect. I've been chronically online since before adulthood..... Again, the context matters. I'm not suggesting everything is a joke. I'm suggesting the sayings shared in the OP are jokes.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:27 PM
0

Again, different context and nuance.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:25 PM
3

Again, that's a different context.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:24 PM
5

It's not a one-way street. It's critical thinking.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:24 PM
1

The context and nuance when it is said. Feminism isn't some thing with a clear leader. What one feminist does isn't a representation of all feminists. Ignoring the context and nuance of the quote you posted is just further proving my point. Context and nuance matters. Y'all taking Tiktok comments as a personal insult isn't because of Feminism.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 06:17 AM
3

That's a different context. And yes, that one I'd consider a slogan of the Me Too Movement. Which isn't feminism either. Feminism isn't some nebulous thing wondering what men think or don't think.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 05:35 AM
2

I'm Millennial. And chronically online. So yes, I do have exposure. "Not all Men, but Always a Man"; "Man vs. Bear" Gallows humor often used in response to a man's violent (or non violent but still horrible) actions towards a woman. I see this commonly on the content I described. "Kill all Men". Gross behavior. I'd call this out as inappropriate. Though, I see men here complain about this one. I haven't seen it commonly, or really ever.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 05:32 AM
2

Yes. Sometimes. And sometimes they are just poking fun at nonsense.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 05:18 AM
3

Those are different remarks. Again, context matters.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:52 AM
5

Context and nuance matters. When someone says, "I support women's right and wrongs" on a Tiktok clip of Beth Dutton or whatever, it's not literal. It's a joke. It's silly online slang.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:43 AM
4

Again, y'all are taking internet slang way too seriously. It has nothing to do with feminism. It's just silly nonsense. It's fun. It's joyful. It's not literal.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:41 AM
6

Literally just said, they aren't feminist slogans. 🙄 They are sarcastic comments about nonsense. As I said, stop taking internet jokes so damn literally.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 04:40 AM
4

Those aren't feminist slogans. They are internet comments made in jest about nonsensical internet content. For the love of God, please stop taking social media content so damn literally.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 03:53 AM
1

What's it about then?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 10:43 PM
1

I disagree. I think most people marry their dream person. I don't think most people marrying someone they don't want. Why spend more time with someone you don't like?? Makes zero sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 10:34 PM
2

You said, "men know this to be true". And I asked for examples. Do you have examples of "men know this to be true"? I didn't react. I'm not angry. I asked for examples in a debate sub. Can you share any examples? Idk man. I grew up on Ursula, Maleficent, and the Evil Queen. I'm well aware women can be toxic.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 08:25 PM

I don't understand what you said. I'm not sure what you're asking. I said some women do and some women don't and some women are learning. It's not a math problem
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 08:13 PM

How do men know it to be true? I'd love to hear some examples.

Huh?

So excited Masters of the Universe is now streaming. Enjoyed it so much in theaters. Hollywood is really profiting off elder millennial/young gen x nostalgia.

Some do. Some don't. Some are learning.

Ooh goodie, another thread upset that women have standards. Why does it bother y'all so much that women want to be attracted to the men they date? Why does it bother y'all so much that women want to date men who are financially responsible? It seems like because some of y'all would date women you're not fully attracted to or don't have an income......that you expect women to act the same way.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 07:20 PM

Okay cool. Some women. Big whoop. My point still stands.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 07:00 PM

It's very wrong. 🤷 We would see all kinds of successful manosphere men if it was any kind of accurate.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 06:22 PM
4

Nope. Still no guarantee. I just said, "try different actions."
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 06:12 PM
5

An average woman can’t have casual sex with a high value man and expect an average man whom she makes wait for sex to be happy with that What? What exactly is the difference in the men? What makes one man high value and another man average? Women just need to treat all men whom they want to be potentially intimate with the same So I should be having sex in twin beds and cars because that's what I did at 19.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 06:07 PM
3

If you're taking action and still not getting anything. Try different actions.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 06:02 PM

So men are dehumanizing themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 05:59 PM
3

Nope. That's not what I think. But I appreciate you being such a fan and hanging on my every word.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 05:58 PM
3

Omg. This..... is.... You put all women on a pedestal because you were taught to honor and protect your own mother and your sister. I can't imagine someone who doesn't really like their wife to be a good husband. Seems like they initiated divorce because they didn't want to be married to someone who wasn't enamored with them. My goodness. What a wild read. Also, first graders can't flirt. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 05:57 PM

It's all wrong. Every single theory, myth, rant. It's why the manosphere bros are single or divorced. They aren't selling relationship happiness. They are selling rage and snakeoil. If you want to defend and follow it..... that's your perogative. But it's dumb nonsense. Blue pill isn't real either. It's just anything that disagrees with RP. Both of which are taken from a movie written by transwomen. The irony.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 05:34 PM
0

Let me be clear, manosphere content is wrong. And yes, some men fall down the manosphere hole because it's easier to blame women than acknowledge their lack of actions or how their actions are ruining their opportunities.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 05:23 PM

I'm 5'4. Majority of men are taller than me. But sure, go off on your manosphere height rant. We've all heard it before.

That's great for your work. I can see why you have your bias. Can we acknowledge that your work isn't a representation of everything or everyone? Are you seriously asking how traveling works???? My guy, you have bigger issues if you don't understand traveling. Sheesh. No wonder there's a struggle. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 04:24 PM
-3

Ah, more manosphere beliefs. Nah, more men are single for believing in nonsense and acting like experts on something they have no experience with.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 04:11 PM
5

Not really. High school is high school. You go to school, you learn, you graduate. What is changing? People wanting more in life than just to get married and have babies by 23. Men are believing everything else but refusing to take accountability for their own actions. Social media has been around for nearly 30 years. Y'all can stop blaming social media now. It just reinforces my point that y'all refuse to take action and just believing nonsene that keeps you angry and alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 04:10 PM
10

They lack nuance and context. And then whine that nobody wants to be around them.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 04:08 PM

Ooh so you're responding to every single comment of mine. You really want my attention. That explains a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 04:07 PM

It's going to differ couple to couple. Some meet at work, some meet at school, some meet through friends, some meet traveling, some meet through family, some meet online, etc. The opportunities are endless. If need ideas go watch a Hallmark movie. They are super fun meet cutes.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 04:07 PM

It's not y'all looks that are repellent to women. It's the whole vibe of this comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 04:05 PM

Cool. That sounds about right for high school. I'm not saying anything about high schoolers.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 04:04 PM
10

You used it in every excuse back to me. So..... it does seem like you believe it. You're 23. Nothing has been proven. Other than you thought taking not actions would lead to dating success. Idk why you're focusing on marriage, at 23, when you've said you can't even get a date. Idk dude. Plan a trip with your friends. Go to a festival. Go do shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 04:03 PM

I'm not going to call people who regularly interact with big crowds or people in a work capacity charismatic. Because they are putting on a mask. It's like calling a waitress or customer service person charismatic. They are just doing their job. He strikes me as very politician playing a part.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 04:00 PM

Huh? I don't understand what you're referring to.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:56 PM

Stop listening to manosphere bullshit. Stop believing manosphere bullshit.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:55 PM

Because it's not to be taken literally. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:53 PM
5

At some point it becomes practivally impossible to meet people and let feelings develop naturally. No, it's not. It's pretty possible because it literally happens every single day. is it realy weird to see their desire as a reward Yes. Because dating isn't a competition. And viewing it as such is an action that leads to a lack of success.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:52 PM
-4

just them not making a strong romantic first impression on women. This doesn't make any sense. Believing nonsense like that is an action that is ruining opportunities. Bill Clinton Is 79 years old. He's not charismatic. He's a former politician. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:51 PM
-3

what are the actions to blame? Believing in manosphere content. Taking accountability for yourself instead of blaming others. Is there a point at which you'd agree that some people have legitimate struggles in modern dating world that are not results of their actions or personality? No. It all comes down to their actions or lack of action.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:47 PM
-3

Again, because of their own actions or lack of actions. In what you described, it's a lack of action. It's not women's fault. It is their own issues that they need to deal with and address. Women are advocating for men to fix their own issues instead of asking women to fix it for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:45 PM
-1

Nope. But if their automatic response is "looks" because of their believing manosphere content...... That's an example of their own actions causing issues.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:42 PM
6

Again, these are different groups of women. They aren't the same women. I'm older and have learned through experience how to spot things. Not all women have the same experiences. Because they are younger or just didn't have the same experiences. Again, stop thinking that when 1 woman says something that's the same for every single woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:41 PM
5

Here here. They seem to expect a woman to meet a man and never leave that man. They don't view women as whole beings with their own wants, desires, needs, etc. They view women as an extension of themselves. Like an extremity or piece of furniture. Then they blame women for their shortcomings. Get all emotional about women's standards. As if expecting an adult to be an adult is some kind of impossible standard.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:39 PM
10

Yes, people can be single with hobbies, friends, fitness, hygiene, and a generally good character. However, when someone is single for a long time. Like many many years. It's obvious that person is single because of their own actions or lack of action. Men don't want to admit that their thoughts, beliefs, and actions are ruining their chances at relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 03:36 PM
2

How do you spot a promiscuous woman? Pretend we're people watching at the mall. You get a pretzel bite with every sighting I agree with.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/26 11:50 PM

Depends on how he feels about hanging out with a female friend one on one..... Friends come in all shapes and sizes.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/26 08:08 PM

They are the same just different fonts. 🤷 My husband is the first "athlete" I've dated. They are the same as "musicians" just different mediums.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/26 07:30 PM

My husband works full-time and still has the mental acuity to know if we need more toilet paper or supplements or a food item. I can't imagine marrying a man who thinks that because he works he doesn't need to know what's going on in the household.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/26 06:03 PM
2

No. I don't think so. And I think people who view it that way have never traveled and have a fundamental misunderstanding of sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/26 05:31 PM
4

Ew. I'd never even have sex with a man with multiple baby mamas. Yuck.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/26 03:56 PM

Got my workout done for the day. Now, time to pick a corner, cabinet, or cupboard for organizing. Maybe I'll do the bathroom cupboards. 🤔
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 08:33 PM

I've never thought women were innocent. Women are capable of evil things too. Like.....have y'all never seen a Disney movie? Most the villains are women. Idk crime stats aren't collected to display women as innocent. They are collected to provide data on crime. Furthermore, y'all continue to ignore context and nuances that go into sentencing. Intent goes a long way in sentencing.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 06:56 PM
3

Everything.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 05:29 PM
1

No, it's because "adulthood" has different stages. A 42 yo and a 60 yo are in very different stages of adulthood. I think that's creepy too. 32 yo and 50 yo, also creepy. Again, adulthood is massive with multiple stages.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 05:29 PM
3

No idea who or what this is or what you're talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 05:15 PM
3

Who?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 05:11 PM

Go ahead and read again, "the men I've had sex with". I've never had sex with an uncircumcised penis. My god.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 05:08 PM
3

Brah, respectfully your comprehension sucks. I said, "less than 5". So check yourself before trying to go after someone else.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 05:02 PM
6

When I read men complaining here....I usually just laugh. Most of the time their complaints are caused by their own actions (or lack of action). It's like watching The 3 Stooges or something. Very slapstick comedy.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 04:37 PM
3

I had a lot of casual sex. Sometimes it was worth it. And sometimes it wasn't. The sometimes were rare. I never used OLD. I always picked up men at bars/clubs/parties. I found it easier in person because you could gauge interest, sexual talent, and safety. Granted, Gen Z men seem like selfish unprepared lovers. So I'd probably skip having sex with them too if I was a Gen Z woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 04:35 PM
2

Really??? That's so strange to me. I think I've only seen a few uncircumcised. Like less than 5. If my back of the napkin math is correct, it's like 0.1% of the men I've had sex with are uncircumcised. Circumcision seems pretty common where I'm from.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 04:20 PM
2

They want women to do the work for them. This thread is full of excuses. Same with when you ask why they can't have friends or travel. It's always some lame excuse
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 03:04 PM

There's nothing to be sour about when losers are doing losery things. Age gaps will never been normalized. They'll always be met with judgment. Because the older party is a creepy weirdo.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 02:57 PM
2

Yup. They can be rich and creepy weirdos. And yup, I already said my opinion doesn't matter. It's just my opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 08:11 PM
4

Sour grapes that I wasn't picked for an age gap relationship? What is there is be sour about?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 08:08 PM
4

Yes. That is correct. Those are creepy weirdos. And I'd tell them such. 🤷 I wouldn't consider it aspirational. But y'all can. I'm gonna laugh at the creepy weirdos.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 06:37 PM

Ugh. I hate it too! Just use a website. An app is completely unnecessary.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 06:11 PM

I already shared some examples: careers and children. HTH. I'm treating it as more valuable insights than someone who isn't 40 and without experience of the topic.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 06:08 PM
1

The difference in life stages can create a power imbalance. Yes, we disagree. I'm so glad you've finally understood. I've answered your questions. I'm almost 40 and have had age gap relationships in the past. Perhaps my lived experiences gives me insights that yours doesn't. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 06:02 PM
-1

It doesn't make it moot because someone else had kids younger. 🤣🤣🤣 And yes, reaching a career peak in your 40s does indeed matter. Why? Different work loads. Different work expectations. The difference is the same. The life stages just look different.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:53 PM
2

Oh I don't care. They can do whatever. I am laughing at the older person though. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:47 PM
-1

It is that weird. I have a different opinion than you. No authority. Just a different opinion. They're at very different stages. At 40, they could have a newborn or toddler. At 55, they could have college age or high schoolers. At 40, you're hitting your career peak. At 55, you're preparing for your career descent. I get that y'all are young and don't see the different stages of adulthood accurately.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:44 PM
1

Do we? I'm not sure "we" do.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:37 PM
-2

55 yo and 40 yo is weird too. Also in very different stages of life. Yuck.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:35 PM
0

Holy life experience. 🤷 Stay mad. Y'all seem really pressed.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:19 PM

It's always a sugar daddy thing. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:13 PM

It's creepy and weird. 🤷 Yes, she's happy to use his resources until she gets bored.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:03 PM
1

43 and 26 are two very different adults. Maybe you'll understand when you're older. Maybe not. Again, do whatever the fuck you want. It's weird to seek approval from strangers.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:02 PM
-3

It's creepy and weird. And if that was my bestie, I'd tell her the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:59 PM
2

Because 25 isn't 43. HTH. Maybe you'll understand when you're older. Maybe not. My stance is pretty clear. If you don't understand that's a comprehension issue that I can't help with. Again, if you want to be a creepy weirdo. Go forth. Have fun.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:58 PM
2

Yup. They know they are dating a creepy weirdo.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:51 PM

I laugh at 43 year old men dating 26 year old women. Yup. Every single time.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:50 PM
3

I didn't dodge it. I answered it with my "it is specific to age". You know, the conversation at hand. Idk how old you are. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:46 PM
-1

Men limit themselves. 🤣🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:44 PM
1

Cool bro. Do whatever the fuck you want. I'll be over here laughing at the losers. It's peak entertainment.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:43 PM
3

Because you're not 43. I get it. It's hard to understand when you're 25 and think you're so grown. But you're not. You're just starting out you're adult life. It is specifically about age. Look, y'all can do whatever the fuck you want. But a 15+ age gap will always be fucking weird and the older person is the creepy weirdo.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:42 PM
3

Idk how many times I have to repeat, "The older person is the creepy weirdo".
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:39 PM
2

Nope. As my comment stated, a 43 yo and a 26 yo is creepy. The 43 yo has more life experiences and more just life than the 26 yo. The 43 yo is a creepy weirdo. Y'all want to be creepy weirdos. So go forth. Do so. Have fun!
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:32 PM
3

Okay.... let me repeat.... The older person is the creepy weirdo.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:30 PM
6

Nope. Feel free to read again. If you don't understand, that's your own comprehension issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:25 PM
4

Go ahead and reread my post. You seemed to have misunderstood my comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:24 PM
7

Go ahead and reread my comment again. The very first sentence gives it away.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:23 PM
6

The older person is always the creep. Even women. A 26 year old will never have the same life experiences that a 43 year old has had. The older person is always the creepy weirdo. If y'all want to be creepy weirdos and date younger women, do so. I'll think you're a creepy weirdo but who cares. Do you boo. It's weird how often men here bring it up. It's like they know it's creepy but they want to do it anyway. So do it and stop talking about it. Eta - ooh my comment really upset the creepy weirdo…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:18 PM

Healthcare is "goofy as hell"??
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 07:26 AM

You think your child's birthday can be forgotten? You think your child can miss important appointments, games, other kids birthday parties, etc. Wow...... but a lot of ya’ll just doing some extra shit that no one even asked for. Such as? I'm still waiting for an example.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 07:15 AM

And you think that's something that can be ignored or forgotten? Important dates, can easily be forgotten or something that shouldn't be taken on?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 06:43 AM

Can you? And why can't he get himself out of the basement?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 06:21 AM

Why can't he take himself out of his mom's basement?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 06:17 AM

I don't understand this thought process. So y'all only want relationships with women because women are supposed to cook and clean? .....
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 06:14 AM

No. I wouldn't be willing to take a man out of his mom's basement.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 06:05 AM

You seem to misunderstand the comment. The comment I'm responding to is about a relationship with a woman. The comment I'm responding to is about a man and woman being in a relationship who are great friends and care about each other who can spend time with each other doing things other than sex. Go back and reread the comment I was responding to.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 06:03 AM

Huh? I don't understand what you're trying to say.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:56 AM

Better at what?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:51 AM

What women are you referring to? Is there someone you're specifically referring to? Almost without exception, I do not know a married woman my age or younger who cooks, and they proudly proclaim it. So there's exceptions. Glad we cleared that up. What's your age? How many married women do you know?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:51 AM

It's not hypocrisy. They don't have capacity for love. Because if they did then they'd be willing to cook and clean. They wouldn't be relying on a woman to do those things. Maybe they'll love a goldfish or a dog.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:45 AM

the ability to be great friends who care about each other who can spend time with each other doing things other than sex This is the part that they don't get. And it's sad because that's the best part. Obviously sex is great but not that great in comparison.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:23 AM

My comment or OPs.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:18 AM

Do you know what "managing family relationships" means? Like can you think of an example?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:11 AM

Someone who works in marketing or HR isn't trying to become a billionaire CEO. JFC. What a childish thought. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:07 AM

You know the world operates on capitalism right? And doctors put more money in the pockets of billionaires? Lawyers put more money in the pockets of billionaires?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:04 AM

And then backtracking because AI didn't work like that thought. 🤣🤣🤣 But sure, bub. Keep enjoying the benefits of those industries.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:01 AM

I must have missed the handbook they pass out to wives. I didn't realize there was skills involved in being a wife. Where in my vows did it say anything about cooking or cleaning? Huh. I don't have any disdain for men. I do feel sorry for the men who think like OP. It's unfortunate they don't have capacity for love.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:00 AM

You seem to have a false sense of superiority. You're generalizating an entire industry and it's fucking weird. They are in fact teaching the future, HR absolutely saves lives, they protect communities, and have real value that you benefit from everyday. Once you get off your high horse maybe you'll discover that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:56 AM

If someone wants to be anti family, they can. You're not the authority on what other people want to do with their life.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:51 AM

They aren't BS. And companies are already discovering that AI isn't replacing them. Honestly, y'all come off incredibly ignorant dismissing industries you benefit from daily.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:51 AM

With all due respect, they really are. Marketing, HR, and other white collar jobs are full of people with ambition.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:49 AM

Marketing, human resources, and other "white collar cushy jobs" are of real value to society. Full stop. Mostly, those who want children are more than welcome to have them. should take a long reflection on why they feel that way. She doesn't want to. That's it. That's the reflection. I'm a wife. I don't want to be a mom. 🤷 I'll never understand why other men I've never met seem to have a problem with us not having kids. Weird things to worry about.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:37 AM

No, those opinions don't. It's not practical to "measure your worth" based on others. Have your standards. Keep them high. Put yourself in places and opportunities to meet people who meet those standards. No use in letting the fears and insecurities of others who disagree with your standards ruin your opportunities. If I listened to the opinions of others, I'd never have moved to a fabulous city. A city where I ended up meeting my husband. If I listened to their opinions, I'd be bitter, living i…

Dude idk what you're saying. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:20 AM

Ya...the peanut gallery. Why would I take feedback from a potential partner who didn't make the cut???
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:12 AM

Huh? It doesn't matter. Honestly, why listen to the peanut gallery?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 03:50 AM

The topic of caring about the opinions of others regarding dating standards. People will have opinions about your dating standards. That's great. I don't think there's any reason to care about those opinions. If you care, that cool. Go for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 03:19 AM

Not a single preference has been listed. So even when asked, they can't directly answer. Idk why I expected more. 😕 That's on me.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 02:59 AM

I'd argue it's useless to care what others think about your dating standards. Stay on topic.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 02:54 AM

Personality isn't the only thing but it's certainly a priority.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 02:45 AM

Huh? Stigmatized by who? Again, why care about the opinions of others?????? Y'all seem way too reliant on the peanut gallery.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 02:43 AM

Sure but why listen to what someone else has to say?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 02:16 AM

Even having the idea that asking is acceptable is a deal breaker. This exactly. If someone asked me my weight, I'd end the conversation right there.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/26 05:50 PM
5

What lies protect my feelings? Why does my partner need to know my weight? I've never known a man's weight. A man has never asked me my weight. Who is going around asking about abortions? I think debt only needs to be shared, if a couple is living together. And even then, I think plan and results is more important. Idk I can't think of any scenarios when I lied to men.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/26 05:26 PM

logical choice happens to be for him to drop you for another woman, What's the logical choice here? Do you have an example. I'm not sure what you're referring to so I want to be clear. The fantasy is that one day he will. One day he will what? Ask her to start bringing in income? Ask for her support to explore a career pivot.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/26 01:19 AM

No. I actually preferred men who had different tastes in music. I have a very broad music taste. My partner likes completely different music. And there's some overlap. Makes for fun road trips. We graduated high school the same year so we know a lot of the same Top 40 from those high school > college years.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/26 12:25 AM

If someone is on a date with you, they think you're attractive. All you need to do is be yourself and see if y'all vibe. You can't make anyone be anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/26 12:03 AM

I understand they are different. But the mechanics, the concepts are very similar. Especially when you consider the first dates that start from warm connections. People who already knew each other. Not all dates are from OLD. Yes, this is a debate sub. You gave a reason and I gave a counter to that reason. That is a debate.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 11:25 PM

I implore you to extrapolate on the challenges you're describing. I don't know what you're thinking. In debates, it's helpful to share examples or details so the other party can better engage.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 10:54 PM

Because I didn't claim everyone in a relationship means they have good advice to give. So why did you make those statements that I did? It's very similar to going on a date while single. Conversation occurs, sharing of information and each other's life, time spent getting to know each other. Honestly, I feel like our first date never stopped. 🤷 But that wasn't every relationship. And that's what makes people over 35 worth listening to about dating. Because they've seen the good and the bad and t…

Satisfying about doctor's having sex? Have you not heard of Grey's Anatomy? Or countless other shows, movies, etc of doctor's fucking.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 10:50 PM

This is exactly what I mean. Thank you for proving my point. I encourage you to look outside yourself and see the reality of similarities. Not the hyperbolic manosphere boogeyman. Dating is a challenge for everyone. Stop thinking it's just men. Roll up your sleeves and try again.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 10:48 PM

Same obstacles. Y'all thinking that you're the only one to experience things is part of the problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 10:44 PM

More results.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 10:41 PM

Being single and no experience doesn't mean you have good advice to give. Being single and having limited experience doesn't mean you have good advice to give. People who have been in a relationship for a long time are very in touch with relationships. People in long term relationships are still dating each other. Great. You can believe that. I don't think anyone my age is giving that advice because it's fucking obvious.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 10:40 PM

Dating isn't some niche concept. Your examples are so niche, half the words don't make sense. That's not how dating works. I still date my husband. You don't stop "the rigors" of dating because you're in a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 10:37 PM

They don't seem to understand that apps existed in the 2010s and even 2000s. They seem to be romanticizing the early 2000s. As if it was some kind of dating Utopia. But even 2000, we had the internet. We had social media in it's infancy. MySpace came out in 2003. Where we ranked our Top 8 friends. The way dudes complain today, they couldn't handle the ranking of MySpace. 🤣🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 09:42 PM

They're very much the same. I still use the "skills" I used in finding my partner as I do maintaining our relationship. What skills do you think are different?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 09:20 PM

Exactly. Why wouldn't you take advice from someone who dated and found a relationship? Unless....you're just looking for advice on how to get quick sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 09:19 PM

People who are 35 today, were 7 in 1998..... I was 12 in 1998. I wasn't dating in 1998. Based on the younger generation inability to do simple math, I feel very comfortable giving dating advice. As someone who dared for decades, I feel very comfortable giving dating advice. As someone who has had hookups, relationships, and everything in between, I feel very comfortable giving dating advice. But if y'all would prefer to listen to advice from single men who have limited results.....I mean that's …

Lmao. My high school experience was great. I dated a lot, I had multiple boyfriends, I was on the dance team, I was in AP classes, I was popular, I went to parties, etc. By your logic, I had a world class high school experience. I'm just not going to live my life based on high school. Hilarious that someone studied this and kinda proved my point. People who are still obsessed with high school after high school are the only people who care. The rest of us, don't care about high school. Because so…

Lol. High school? No way. What a limiting perspective. So many people thrive after high school. Looking back at my high school peers, I don't know what any of them are up to because it's been 20 years and nobody cares. What I remember from our 10 year, the hot jocks were divorced dads; the nerds were happily married; the quiet loser found himself at college; the unattractive ones found unattractive partners, etc. High school is the least important point for someone. Thinking like this is how you…

I don't ever say it to my friends or whatever. I only say it to match the energy of some man whining online. Frankly, it's not as simple as people try and make it appear. There's a lot of nuances at play.

No nerves touched. It's a debate sub. 🤣🤣 Y'all say shit and someone will respond. I have tattoos. But that's it's from that list.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 06:19 PM

Lol. More like women are more likely to seek treatment for their mental health. Meanwhile men online think that BMI is an indicator of anything. And act like 27-29 BMI is 600 lbs. Instead of a normal healthy active body. And complaining about tattoos as if their opinions matter. But sure... the average woman is so bad. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 05:33 PM
5

Precisely!! I think it's the womb envy that some men have that makes them think everyone wants to be a parent. If the Queen of England never wed and had children, why should I? I am married, 9 months ago. 🤣🤣 But we're childfree. No kiddos for us. Ever. Hooray!
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 05:30 PM

Great thing that women can have jobs too. Almost like those men created their own cage that could easily be solved by their wife working or making better decisions. Sounds like those men aren't logical or good decision makers. They should have thought about their well being before deciding to have multiple children on one income.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 05:17 PM
6

That's great that 50% of women between 24-44 will be single and childless by 2030. Good for them. There's more to life than being in a relationship and having kids. Especially at 24 - 30. And yes, based on the replies about being asked to take out the trash, there is a shortage of quality men. Based on that, I'd guess that many of those single women are too good for those single, musty men who can't take out the trash. Eta - not everyone wants to be married or a parent. Expecting a 100% marriage…

Women are "allowed" because they have their own bank accounts and jobs now. Because they have more autonomy. Not because of evolution. Do you seriously think that women never ever were attracted to men until 1972? Like.....
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 04:58 PM

You're not explaining anything. Dating has always been a challenge. Dating has always been about finding the best partner for you. If you want an honest debate, let's acknowledge the lack of actions on lonely men. If you want an honest debate, let's hold those lonely men accountable for their lack of action. Women wanting to date men they are attracted to, who are interested in the woman as a person, isn't some major conspiracy against men.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 04:50 PM
3

The way women treat men they are attracted to and men they are friends with are not the same at all. No shit. I don't want to fuck my friends. Starter girlfriends happen in elementary school. Otherwise, it's just your first girlfriend.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 04:48 PM
2

Honestly, lonely males continue to be lonely because they spend their time looking at data to find reasons to blame women. They are lonely because of their own inability to do anything with others. They are lonely because they spend all their time alone. They are the cause of their own loneliness. And it's easier to blame women than address their own lack of action.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 04:42 PM

Jesus Fucking Christ. My friends don't offer me anything. What the actual fuck? Again, this is y'all making your own issues. No shit you can do it solo. That's why you have so friends!!
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 04:24 PM

But what "certain experience" are you referring to if not sex? Can you answer? People have romantic experiences at all kinds of different ages. There's no singular path. JFC. Y'all make everything so damn difficult. Make friends. Hang out with friends. Socialize, travel, live life. Men who lack experience do so because they lack socializing.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 04:20 PM

"Starter" girlfriends happen in elementary school. If that didn't happen for you, that's okay. The next step is just "first girlfriend". And yes, women get crushed by boy behavior early in life and carry that hurt through life. Almost like being hurt isn't a gender specific thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 04:12 PM

I asked multiple questions. Can you answer those? But there is a certain experience you can’t get unless a woman takes a chance with you. Sex?? You literally cannot comprehend a scenario you were never in. what scenario????

Nah. Just a minority of men. And best I can observe, those men who care about little things like stretch marks or cellulite are single and/or divorced and/or never been in a long term relationship and/or don't see woman as people but rather naked bodies that must be perfect for the duration of life.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 03:02 PM

Exhibit A - Ozempic, GLP 1s being used by people of already healthy chic Exhibit B - "heroine chic" in the early 2000s, which is coming back radically in the late 2020s. Exhibit C - stretch marks can be caused by growth spurts. Not just weight gain.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 03:00 PM

The 2010s were post the 2008 housing/economic/crisis. And wars. And evil corporations. Again, Gen Z isn't the first generation to have wars or economic crisis. Shows how little Gen Z knows about anything really. And how poorly they understand history and critical thinking.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 02:26 PM

Every time I see them say "jester" it reads like they don't want to have an actual conversation with women. They don't want to hear about their interests or hobbies or where she works or whatever. They just want to jump straight into sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 07:15 AM

It's been a shit show. Gen Z isn't the first generation to date. 🙄 Eta - lol. Y'all don't want to start that. Because we can match that energy. 🤣🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 07:10 AM

How do you think I got a husband? I dated men. I dated lots of men before my husband. I'm far more qualified to talk about dating than dudes who haven't had any dates or can't get a relationship to stick.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 06:51 AM

Those 2 things can be literally anything. You like space, she likes constellations. You like lighthouses, she likes traveling. You like video games, she likes puzzles. Whatever.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 06:48 AM

Idk who Phillip Glass is, but my husband is into Dune and I'm into Olivia Rodrigo and Bridgerton (not Love Island). Why do we need to have the exact same interests? So no, I don't get your point. You watch Love Island, she watches Dune (or falls asleep cuddling on you).
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 06:41 AM

Idk why y'all expect women to think and act and do everything the same way. Some women will only date men who make more than them. Some women will date men who make equal or more. Some women will date men who make less than them. Some women will date men with no job. Some women will date men in prison. Some women will date women. Point is, what's a humiliation ritual for men is the manosphere. It's believing that other single men have any insights on romance or relationships. Manosphere can hard…

That's not a situationship though. If either don't want to be in a relationship, that's fuck buddies. If someone wants more. Or it's this weird ambiguous situation....that's a situationship. That's what the tweet is saying. A lack of nuance for all the many ways that romantic relationship happen.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 12:23 AM

I disagree. Not all situationships mean someone wants more. But lots of times a situationship occur because someone wants more. That's why it's a "situation" as opposed to a defined fling, fuck buddy, boyfriend, etc.

The original tweet agrees. The original tweet is referring to nuance.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 12:15 AM

Yes. No shit. Situationships aren't long term. They are the ambiguous period that are short term because it either ends or becomes a relationship. If it's long term, it's a fuck buddy. An agreed upon arrangement. Again, nuance matters like the tweet was saying.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 11:28 PM

A situationship can have someone who is pushing for more. A situationship can have someone who isn't pushing for more. Like the tweet said, nuance. Meaning, what works for one person (push for more) might not work for the next person (not push). It's not nonsense. It's highlights the ignoring of nuance.

Millennials has dating apps and social media. Gen X had dating apps and social media. Boomers had community and socializing. Political views have always been important. That's not new. Asking someone to take out the trash, in the home you both live in, isn't an order. I don't even have to ask my husband. Because he's an adult who has eyes, nose, and hands. How would you know an ex is giving blow jobs in her next relationship??? I've had a lot of sex in my life. And I've never known the sex life of an ex after we ended things. Hell, I didn't know their sex life before either. If blowies are so important to you, don't get into a relationship with someone who doesn't want to give them. Again, y'all create your own drama. The drama must be intoxicating because y'all never seem to stop.

I've never had to ask a man to take out the trash. I've only lived with men who do chores without asking. Because they have eyes and noses and can see the damn trash can is full and needs to be taken out. If I had to ask a grown man to take out the trash, that is a sign we aren't compatible and I'm dumping his ass. So...I guess, this answer to your question is, "if I have to ask, I'm not interested in that man."

I'm talking about qualities that have traditionally been associated with masculinity, like taking initiative, being logical under pressure, accepting responsibility, being decisive, emotionally resilient, communicating directly, willingly accepting risk, thinking for yourself and so on. Most "modern" women, get their heartbroken and move on. As do most people for that matter. This is just more made up nonsense that y'all keep falling for.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 02:36 PM

What kind of work do you? Sounds like your work skews your perception.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 01:20 AM

Who are these men you're asking every day? The men I observe seem to be happy, laughing, holding hands, smiling at each other, etc. The times I do have conversations, in person, with men in relationships they have nothing but positive things to say about their partner and their relationship. Sure, I see the few fights between couples. But that's uncommon.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 12:06 AM
1

The everyday average man is doing just fine. I witness this all the time when I go to a mall, restaurant, amusement park, camp site, tourist trap, grocery store, etc. Literally any time I step outside, I see average men with women.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 11:34 PM
1

They are all various peaks on the spectrum. Passport Bros go to places where the women already find women who look like them attractive And what do those men look like? Please describe or share a photo.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 10:46 PM
3

That's weird because it's well known that those men aren't actually desired by the women. They were called "mail order brides" in pop culture.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 10:15 PM

This doesn't sound high maintenance to me. Honestly, sounds pretty standard. But I'm not a car. And I've always bristled at the whole "maintenance" discourse.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 08:25 PM
0

It's not that difficult. Some of y'all just make it difficult because of your own actions. Y'all bring it on yourselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 08:23 PM

Nothing to concede kiddo. You're big mad and in your feelings about being blocked. Nobody would have known, just you. But you felt the need to tell this sub because you're so hemotional about being blocked. Thanks for the giggles.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 07:12 PM

Question for women. You're not a woman so you wouldn't understand.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 07:11 PM

No. A question isn't. You're complaining about being blocked. Doesn't seem mentally strong to me. Do you boo.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 07:06 PM

Q4W: do you think it's easy to find sex? Why or why not.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 07:02 PM
1

The difference is rejection.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:59 PM

It's not childish to block someone. It is childish to go into a space and intentionally antagonize someone and then act all Pikachu shocked they blocked you.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:58 PM
10

Do you think OF was created with the intention of a woman using it to have sex with 1000 men in one day on camera???? I guarantee they had issues with the first time. And so they updated their terms. As businesses do. Just like McDonald's had to add "caution hot" to their coffee cups after being sued by someone. Standard business behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:56 PM

Maybe they don't like being called "broads". I love the block button on social media. Idk why you expect to be disrespectful and not face consequences.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:50 PM
1

Rejection.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:44 PM
2

Ooh how fun!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:24 PM
3

Lol. You made this post about all of us by posting. 😆😆 The sex industry exists because of men. Men enable the sex industry. Men created the sex industry.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:21 PM
1

I'm also very low maintenance. 😆😆 Like a low maintenance car. Because women should be compared to cars. Sorry. Just high and laughing at the whole "high maintenance" "low maintenance" language that we use without realizing. Ooh what sports do you do?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:17 PM

This explains the whole sub. They refuse to acknowledge context and nuances. They see one thing and turn that into some worldwide trend. It's so fucking bizarre. Really highlights the media literacy crisis.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:12 PM
9

Seriously. I only learned of these people from this sub. And I'm chronically online.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:08 PM
3

I'm not outraged by any of those people or the way they live their life. Feminism hasn't enabled the sex industry. The sex industry existed before feminism. 🙄 Again, this seems like a thread complaining that women dare choose to have sex on their terms. And that your solution is for men to determine when women have sex. It's weird how y'all bend and twist yourselves into knots to blame women and suggest that women are the cause of the sex industry.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:07 PM
3

Wait..... she gave blow jobs for WORK and you're Pikachu shocked she doesn't want to do them anymore?? And why do y'all think one example of a woman is a representation of all women? Swear if this was a debate class, y'all would fail.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:02 PM

What makes it easy in your opinion? It's a challenge to find compatible people. Friends, jobs, sex, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:00 PM

I don't think so.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 05:53 PM

Just finished watching She Hulk..... She has sex with 3 different dudes over the course of the series. This is approx 6-9 months. Only one of them was from OLD. The other 2, she met out in the wild. It got me thinking.... is that what dudes think when they imagine "sex is easy for women"?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 05:38 PM

Q4W: how much do you spend weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly spend on your looks? For me.... 💰 Weekly: manicures, approx $20-55. Depending on what extras I get. 💰 Monthly: ClassPass $20-90. Depends on the season of year. Pedicures, approx $40-55. 💰 Quarterly: resupply makeup and skincare, etc. $100+. 💰 Yearly: $500-1000 on miscellaneous things like workout gear, supplements, services (massages, facials, treatments, etc), clothes, shoes, accessories, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 05:35 PM

I told my then boyfriend, now husband, that I was having my tunes removed. I didn't talk to him about it beforehand. I told him the surgery was happening. We had already previously discussed not having children. So I didn't need to discuss a medical procedure. Just needed to tell him when it was happening.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 04:09 PM
1

Yes. Some women. Obviously she didn't fall into that category of women. And those women I'd say, "do better. He's not that hot." This could be the case where the guy was so abhorrent she was completely turned off. Idk why y'all fight so hard to blame the woman instead of accepting that he cockblocked himself with is abhorrent voice note.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 12:54 AM
1

As you just said... That I can agree with like the way he communicated was wild and definitely would dry a lot of women up
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 12:39 AM
1

No. People are criticizing his delivery about wanting to fuck. Obviously he wanted to fuck her. That's dating and relationships. She knew that. She wanted to fuck him too.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 12:25 AM
1

The delivery was the problem. This should have been discussed with her. Not at her.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 12:07 AM
7

Yup. Bonkers. But makes more sense with their examples and everything. OP doesn't seem to get they are two different things. Ooh well, that's their cross to bear.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 12:04 AM
4

It's embarrassing you think they are the same thing.....
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 12:03 AM
2

They are two different terms.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 12:02 AM
2

The what?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:56 PM
8

I figured it out people..... OP is referring to "unrequited love". Not the friendzone. Let's pack it up.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:56 PM
3

Rejection is what makes it the friendzone. It's not a friendzone without rejection. What you're looking for is "unrequited love". relational dynamic where one person in a platonic friendship desires a romantic or sexual relationship, but the other person strictly views them as a friend. This is unrequited love.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:55 PM
2

The friendzone = the rejected person still being friends with the person who rejected them.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:49 PM
10

What emotions????? Can you share an actual example of seduction in action?? Men don't gatekeep marriage. Women don't gatekeep sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:37 PM
3

Situationships do exist. They involve two people who aren't really sure where they stand. The made up friendzone is someone actively still being a friend with someone who romantically rejected them. It's a singular action.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:33 PM
7

Share another example. The one in the OP isn't very clear.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:31 PM
9

So share an example of this act.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:23 PM
11

If someone is successful with women, they are seducing women......
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:21 PM
9

Huh? Please share an example of seduction. Your OP had zero examples of seduction. And how am I trying to be a dead fish? Please explain.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:16 PM
18

I don't want an aloof man. What you described sounds like a Bridgerton episode. Seduction? Are y'all trying to be Sebastian in Cruel Intentions? Because that's what this thread sounds like.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:10 PM
3

Lots of things have clear definitions.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:07 PM
1

So what's your reasoning?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:06 PM
4

It's slang. There is no real definition. Urban Dictionary tries but it's slang. It doesn't make me feel any kind of way. I'd never stay friends with someone who rejected me romantically.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:01 PM
2

Because I'm a woman and have had experience finding sex with men as a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 11:00 PM
4

It's not a social construct for an individual to stay friends with someone who rejected friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:58 PM
4

It's not a social construct either. It's not a real thing. If someone rejects you and you're still hanging out with them, that's on you.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:47 PM
2

Beliefs about what?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:42 PM
6

Yes, it's a made up term to make people who have been rejected feel better about the rejection. It's a real word. It's not a real thing that occurs.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:26 PM
3

The friend zone doesn't exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:16 PM
3

Yup. Bodies change. That's it. That's the comment. Bodies changing and refusing to get a job aren't even the same thing. JFC.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:14 PM
3

Correct. I said bodies change. And y'all turned it into something completely different. Which typical. Bodies change even with working out. 🙄 I'm saying that y'all focus so much on someone's body, it's clear you don't care about the actual person. So that person is better off than being with someone who doesn't like the person.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:10 PM
0

That sex is easy for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:08 PM
0

What question?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:08 PM
2

Nothing to elaborate. The comment is quite obvious. It's a win win.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:04 PM
-1

Lol. Y'all keep saying this and women know it's not true.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:03 PM
2

Idk. I don't have enough information.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:01 PM
2

Flirting =/= promiscuity. Talking to different men at a bar =/= promiscuity. Talking to multiple people, at a bar, isn't promiscuity. It sounds like you're going to bars and just staring at women. Which....interesting. I've always gone to bars with friends and was too busy hanging out to notice what other people in the bar were doing. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 10:00 PM
-2

I suppose a man who is only interested in me because he saw me as honestly shallow. I'd take the woman with a list of her standards over the guy who has never spoken to me and desires to have sex with me.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 09:53 PM
-1

Women aren't allowed to want things, have dreams, have opinions, etc. These dudes of this sub, just want to walk up to a woman say, "you're pretty", and she falls to her knees in gratitude and automatically get into a relationship and never again think about what she wants for her life and just live fully fit the man who thinks she pretty.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 09:50 PM
1

No, emotional response. I guess, laughing at someone is an emotional response. Nothing you described is promiscuous. You said you're bothered by pretty women at bars talking to their dates, boyfriends, husbands, whatever. None of that is promiscuity. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 09:47 PM
1

Honestly, it's kinda sad that some men find casual sex to be the ultimate success. Casual sex is cool. I enjoyed it. But it would never be something I'd ever list as a success. I don't think sex would be on my list of successes at any point.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 09:43 PM
1

The preference to judge women who are out at a bar? They can live their life however they want. They are just going to be judged by some random man at the bar. Fascinating. Thanks for sharing.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 09:35 PM
2

The preference to judge women who are out at a bar? They can live their life however they want. They are just going to be judged by some random man at the bar. Fascinating. Thanks for sharing.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 09:34 PM

So true! My heart was broken at 19. I never thought I'd ever love again. And yet....I loved like 3 or 4 more times.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 09:26 PM
2

Wait, so you get the ick because a beautiful woman is living her life? These women don't even sound like they know who you are. Huh. Thanks for sharing your perspective.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 09:24 PM
1

What behavior? I'm genuinely curious what you're referring to here. You see a woman, you don't know, at a bar and it gives you the ick to see her talking to men? No shaming. Just trying to understand what behavior you're referring to.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 09:16 PM
2

Men here seem to think that breaking up is the worst thing that can happen. Men here seem to think that women should change everything about themselves to stay in the relationship. It's so bizarre. Relationships end. Not all relationships are destined for forever. Some are just right now.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 08:40 PM
2

Again, I honestly don't know what you're referring to. 🤷 You seem to have a very specific storyline in mind that I wasn't aware of. Yes, I don't know what "let herself go" means. Go where?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 08:30 PM
2

Nope, I said that "bodies change with time". If you don't understand that, that's okay. Idk what the context is. Idk how anyone can "let herself go". I have no idea what that even means.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 08:22 PM
2

What are you even referring to?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 08:02 PM
2

There's no shame. Break up with her. Good for you and good for her. Win win.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 08:01 PM
1

He sucks. Next.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 07:18 PM
3

That's great. The woman is better off without a partner who doesn't understand that bodies change over time.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 07:17 PM
-2

Exactly!!! Idk why the dudes here make everything so damn difficult.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 07:15 PM
1

It's not hurting society. What hurts "society" is taking internet discourse seriously. What hurts "society" is being a desperate buffoon and hitting on every woman who crosses your path.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 07:08 PM
2

Who cares what the internet does? This is why having a real life is so important. Y'all rely way too much on what the internet thinks. Who fucking cares? JFC. Grow a damn spine and live your life. We don't have similar points of view. I'm not letting internet discourse stop me from doing something. Internet discourse hates Disney Adults. I'm still going to Disneyland without kids and spending a shit ton of money.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 07:02 PM
-1

And yet, I've only found romance because men were just living their lives. Your best chances happen when you're not being desperate. Nobody wants to date the person who is so obsessed with dating it's all they focus on. A far more effective approach is to have friends and actively do things with your friends that involve other people.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 06:51 PM
-2

I don't believe in nonsense.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 06:49 PM
4

No. Again, I wasn't interested in sex with losers. 🤷 Some of my friends were though.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 06:47 PM
1

Same for hookups. I wasn't having hookups with losers either.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 05:11 PM
1

Some of them yes. Even at 18-21, I wouldn't date someone without a car, a job, or working towards a college degree.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 05:03 PM
5

It's because they have no friends. They don't even understand how friendship works so they can't understand liking someone for who they are and being liked back for who they are. Their biggest issue is they lack even a single friendship. Friendships teach us about romantic relationships. They show us that romantic relationships are more than just having sex. But these sexless weirdos are so sex obsessed they think that romantic relationships are just two people fucking 24/7/365. No jobs, no kids…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 04:52 PM
3

Huh? Do you think women ignore Todd when they're 24, and then go running back to Todd when they're 30? Like the guys I wouldn't even look at in my 20s, I definitely wasn't looking at in my 30s. And certainly still wouldn't look at them even if I single in my 60s.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 04:49 PM
4

Because they want more than casual sex with you. Why is that so difficult for some of y'all to comprehend?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 04:47 PM
3

What do you mean, "how so"? Do you think that sex or relationships follow the exact same steps each time? I'm confused by your comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 04:46 PM
1

My husband has a higher threshold for clean than I do. 🤷 Perhaps, if you stop relying on outdated stereotypes...... Men who don't clean and expect their wife/gf to do all the cleaning is the problem. Has nothing to do with blaming women. And everything to do with the adults not upholding their responsibilities. Y'all just want to blame women for every single thing. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 04:41 PM
4

Sex isn't some paint by numbers step by step process that is consistently repeated again and again. That's not how sex or relationships work.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 04:36 PM
6

It's so wild. They literally create an impossible scenario for themselves to be happy. They would rather create their own struggles than acknowledge the bullshit.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 04:34 PM
-2

This makes zero sense. It's 2026, majority of women aren't getting into relationships with men they don't desire. For men, the faster a woman sleeps with you, the more she desires you and the more desirable you are, most of the time. And that's dumb on men because that's not at all what it means. Men believing this nonsense is why y'all struggle. Once again this thread is a wonderful example of how y'all create your own cages.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 04:32 PM
1

My guy, I'm just responding to your comments in a sub that I frequent. No nerves hit. Just doing what reddit does. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 03:34 AM
2

Yes, you've experienced people attracted to you. And people who aren't attracted to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 03:17 AM
0

So it is a gotcha question. Raw or nothing at all. This is why y'all will always be disappointed
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 03:11 AM
-2

They are fixated on a concept that doesn't even exist. It's so weird. This fixation is why they struggle. They constantly put themselves in cages of their own making.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 03:10 AM
-1

Is this supposed to be a gotcha for women?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 03:02 AM
-1

Yup, 26 is still plenty immature darling. Lol. I don't know this couple. I wouldn't be friends with a 43 year old who marries 26 year olds. Nor with someone 26 who marries a 43 yo.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 02:42 AM
1

Yes, because she's also immature. But as are most 20-somethings. Most 40-somethings have maturity. Perks of aging.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 02:30 AM
3

Okay and then he broke up with her. Great. Are you expecting me to criticize a woman I've never met because she made new friends and her boyfriend broke up with her? Is that woman supposed to feel my criticism? Is she supposed to jump into a time machine and change her actions all because some women criticize her actions???
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 02:29 AM
-2

Because the 43 year old man is an immature buffoon.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 02:19 AM
2

43 years old and married to his 3rd wife who is 26. And somehow, this is appealing to men. Well, some men. I'm closer to 43 than 26....and there's no way I'd want a romantic relationship with someone that inexperienced.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 12:24 AM
3

Can you share one of these experiences? I'd love to know what to look for.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 10:05 PM
5

Do you think they are the same women? In my experience, the women dating the misogynistic and abusive men aren't asking for men to hold other men accountable?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 09:13 PM
2

What was the point made? I'm not clicking on another sub that will distort my algorithm. Can you explain what point you're trying to make without a meme?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 08:06 PM
2

And how many long-lasting relationships have you seen? I'm genuinely curious the data you used to come to that conclusion.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 08:03 PM
3

Yes, woman care and men should care as well. Those things are important for men too. Men want PTO and sick time and paternal leave. If you want to lick the boots of capitalism, that's on you. And yes, some of us won't even apply for jobs that don't have sick time, pto, or parental leave.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 07:52 PM
6

Humans should talk about that. Because men shouldn't accept jobs that don't offer paid paternity leave, 4 weeks pto, and unlimited sick time.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 07:06 PM
2

Men should really talk with each other if they are so upset about men paying for dates. I've always had men offer to pay for a date. I was taught that if someone offers, it's polite to accept the offer. 🤷 Men offer to pay for dates. Don't be upset when a woman accepts the offer.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 06:58 PM
1

I'm making a distinction between a man who is asking out women on dates just for sex, and a man who is expecting sex as evidence of her interest in him. Both men are immature. That's my framing. HTH.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 06:04 PM
2

A dark brown color. Nothing too exciting.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 05:57 PM
1

Huh? I don't even understand what you're asking.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 05:51 PM
1

It's immature to ask someone one a date when you really just want sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 05:39 PM
2

I think it's time to dye my hair. Again. It's gotten so long. And I'm either going to cut it or dye it.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 04:51 PM
0

What does this even mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 04:29 PM
3

Did this relationship occur during high school? I'm trying to understand when these people insulted and demonized you.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 04:28 PM
1

Demonized and insulted by whom? The woman you eventually broke up with? Again, good for you. . She "was lucky she escaped toxic relationship" Is that what she told you? Still not an example of women. Just a single example.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 03:59 PM
3

Admit what exactly?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 03:30 PM
6

She met new friends and started going to the club in "revealing outfits" and you ended the relationship? That's great. Idk why you make it about "women" though. Sounds like you did what was best for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 03:30 PM

To demand via voice memo that he must pay for the next date? Yes, that's immature. To not accept date where the man states he expects to go Dutch? Not immature.

What crucial details are being left out?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 04:53 AM

If she did those things before you and they are a problem, that's your issue to work through. Don't date that person. You're not compatible. Or deal with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 02:50 AM

What kind of responsibilities towards them? What implications? If you feel you "have to put up with someone" , why are you in a relationship with them? Honestly, if you view relationships as these dreary things that people only do because it's in pop culture...... well, stay single. Romantic relationships are like friendships. They are silly and joyful and make you feel seen and loved. Romantic relationships are friendships intensified in so many ways.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 02:22 AM

A fun part of relationships is inside jokes or nicknames. What are some nicknames or inside jokes from your romantic relationship???? I'll share some of ours.... Alabaster prince, "I'm getting up now", buckaroo, "do it", Lady Gogo, and "damn it Sheila".
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 12:46 AM

Yes! It's so camp! They are so mindlessly entertaining.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 12:44 AM

Exactly!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 10:22 PM

It's enjoyable. 🤷 It's a cult favorite because it's such a terrible movie.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 10:13 PM

Same! I'm a Salvatore girlie. I did read the Twilight books when they came out. Only because the author is from Utah, like me. And they were the worst books I've ever read. 😆😆😆
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 09:53 PM

Twilight is such a classic. So fun to watch, even after the 100th time.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 09:40 PM

For someone actively scrolling online apps.... that seems pretty accurate.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 09:27 PM
2

He demanded sex. Again, feel free to try his approach and see how it works for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 08:53 PM
3

Yes, he made a voice note demanding sex. He's wrong for his voice note demanding sex. Feel free to try out this voice memo approach.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 08:47 PM
5

Yes. And I wouldn't need to send a voice memo demanding it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 08:38 PM
-2

Why? Dating isn't supposed to be easy.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 08:34 PM
2

Yes, he demanded. Yes, he was forceful with his words. HTH.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 08:29 PM
1

Keeping with your spring break example...... It's not slower. Because you're socializing with a lot of different people throughout the day. Again, high school and college has socializing built in because you're interacting with different people class to class, in hallways, etc. Socializing =/= clubs
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 08:28 PM
3

You mansplained "red flags". Gtfo.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 08:12 PM
4

Well, yes, spring break is with a lot of people. Socializing with others will led to more results than scrolling on apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 08:10 PM
25

Playtime? What is he 6? Did his mom arrange his play dates? Also 6 months?? Lmao. Is that supposed to be some long harrowing journey?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 07:16 PM

I know!! I constantly tell my husband my witty insults that I can't post here. So often they just walk right into it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 06:41 PM
4

My husband is graying before my eyes..... It's so sexy. I'm excited to witness his silver fox transformation. The best part about looks is that they change. They don't stay the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 06:26 PM

She invited him to her house. That's usually a sign that something will happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 05:59 PM

Why don't you try his same voice memo tactics after 1 date and let us know how it goes for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 05:57 PM
3

I already said he was a red flag. Why don't you try his same voice memo tactics after 1 date and let us know how it goes for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 05:57 PM
3

Maybe there's no point in a relationship with her, since she's not making his life any better Correct.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 05:56 PM
3

Lol. Where was she rejected?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 05:41 PM
3

He did indeed demand sex on the 2nd date. He didn't express any desires for the woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 05:35 PM
4

The whole multiple minute voice memo is him demanding sex. You're intentionally missing the point. That's okay. That's your perogative.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 05:18 PM
20

The man is bothered by other men giving attention to or pursing his partner. This exactly. They seem to blame women for the actions of other men. It's like they think that having a beautiful girlfriend means she's never to leave the house or be seen by other men ever again.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 05:13 PM
11

Women have realistic standards. Women don't need their standards approved by men they don't know. Women don't need their standards approved by men they aren't interested in. Women's standards are realistic. If they don't include some men, that's fine. That's her perogative. Getting emotional that women have standards just seems childish.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 04:43 PM
17

Yes. This sub proves day after day that men are the more insecure and neurotic gender.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 04:38 PM
6

Well, first, you're comparing very different actions. Second, you're ignoring any nuances. Third, you seem to be lumping everything together instead of seeing them as different things involving different people. You just assume all women act the same way and men are the only one capable of individualistic behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 04:37 PM
3

He did demand sex. The whole voice memo is him demanding sex on a 2nd date.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 04:24 PM

He had no feelings for her. He just demanded sex because he feels entitled to it. This voice memo is talking about sex. He's demanding sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 04:23 PM

Mansplaining is a red flag too. This guy wasn't being "straight up". He was being a bully about demanding sex from someone. Red flags galore.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 04:22 PM
3

Women can offer more than men Do you have an example? women won. You are worth more Won what? In what currency? Where do women claim them worth? Can you answer my previous question?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 04:59 AM
2

What does this even mean? How are you calculating "equal exchange of desirability"?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 04:53 AM
11

They don't pay attention to things I've said that are important to me, they don't ask about me or my hobbies/interests/passions, etc, they don't seem to have ambitions or wants outside of sex, etc. They = the men I've met who I've been disappointed by.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 04:14 AM

I don't know any women who views her husband as someone they lowered their standards for. If anything, my friends increased their standards with age. So weird to me to act like women lower their standards with age..... when that doesn't seem to be case.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 04:12 AM
2

My husband's bestie is getting married and their invites look suspiciously like ours.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 03:51 AM
2

People who cheat are balls of misery.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 02:28 AM
2

Why do you think I was talking about you? I've seen many men who are ugly cheat. All my married friends are married to ugly men. 🤷 Cheating is toxic. Someone who cheats isn't a good person, at least while they are actively cheating. Yes, men who struggle with romance are ugly. But ugliness comes in many forms.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 02:24 AM
1

Huh? Keep what energy? I don't know what you're referring to. Do you have an example?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 02:16 AM
3

Because they say the same shit in person. 🤷 And sometimes they say the same shit in person but don't have reddit accounts.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 02:15 AM
4

Why do you think it's the same women? If you're posting on reddit that you think "AWALT"...... it's pretty obvious. Meanwhile, cheating isn't always obvious.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 02:08 AM
1

It hurts yourself. Which is the most important thing in your life. And it shows the same immaturity and selfish behavior that people who cheat do. Not to mention, the lack of accountability cheaters take. So it's very much birds of a feather.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 01:56 AM

In the context of dating, yes, I'm going to pay attention to what the man will do for my life. There's no point in being in a relationship with someone who doesn't make your life better.

Yup, sounds like looksmaxxing is where is all started.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 01:18 AM

I honestly don't know what you're trying to say here....
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 01:06 AM

You wouldn't expect me to understand a reference from middle school? I have no idea what "super masculine looking guys" even look like..... And what "younger women" are you referring to? The women from your middle school?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 12:55 AM

It doesn't seem like they actually do because those men are still single after their Squidward Glow Up. I wouldn't expect you to understand though.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 12:44 AM

She posted because it's fucking hilarious. Not because she felt rejected.

These looksmax dudes look so feminine.

I'm not sure what these links are supposed to prove.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 11:47 PM

Great, so please share some data. Because otherwise, "anecdotes aren't data", and thus based on your own logic your comment is null.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 11:20 PM

She had 1 date and then he was demanding sex. So yes, he was a horny simp.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 11:19 PM

There's nothing men have that can draw women the moment women outearn them, on the whole I make more than my husband. He offers me a lot more than his income. But yes, I wanted to marry an adult who is capable of paying his own bills.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 11:07 PM

The voice memo guy proves that men only care about sex and aren't interested in the actual woman. Nothing to do with rejection. And everything to do with that guy giving off major red flags.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 10:58 PM
4

Today, some women expect all of that PLUS phone bills, car payments, car insurance All things paid for in the 60s too. subscriptions, dining out constantly and other modern expenses What subscriptions? What modern expenses? What does "dining out constantly" even mean? Do you think people in the 60s didn't eat out at all? Also, if you have a girlfriend. Why are you concerned about what other women want from the men they are dating who aren't you? I mean sure I can be a traditional man but are you…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 10:56 PM
3

I'm not defensive. I'm just responding to your comments. And disagreeing with your opinions.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 07:52 PM
3

Still do what? You haven't accurately explained anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 07:29 PM
3

If it's a stranger, I'm giving "meh, I don't know you." People give, "meh, I don't know you", to people they aren't interested in dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 07:24 PM
3

Again, someone having a different opinion than me only proves they have a different opinion. I've had lots of sex with all kinds of penis sizes. I don't think penis size matters. 🤷 And some women, with different opinions, aren't going to convince me.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 06:58 PM
1

Penis size matters to some people. Penis size doesn't matter to some people. I don't need to see Reddit porn posts to change my mind. Penis size doesn't matter to me. If it matters to people who post on Reddit, that's cool. Why do you expect someone who doesn't think penis size matters to suddenly change their mind because of a Reddit porn post?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 06:18 PM

An argument of how obsessing over your appearance can lead to death.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 05:41 PM

Idk maybe if men stop expecting to be noticed by every single woman the moment they stepped outside.....
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 05:35 PM

What does this look like to you? Can you paint me a picture?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 05:32 PM
1

Huh?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 04:42 PM
-3

Looks are important but they aren't the foundation for an enjoyable fuck or relationship. Looks are cool but focusing only on them is why so many young men today are struggling. Young attractive men are dying, injecting themselves with gold, and taking hammers to their face because they are listening to other men telling them they are ugly.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 04:13 PM
3

Staring at my husband while he sleeps is my favorite weekend activity. He's so sexy.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 04:09 PM
8

I'm not sure I understand what you're expecting. Of course, people are going to be apathetic to strangers. Why should I show interest in a stranger? Because that stranger thinks I'm attractive? Okay, cool. That's not enough of a reason for me to give interest. What do you expect people to do??
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 03:51 PM
7

He was demanding sex after 1 date. That's not being direct. That's being immature and demanding sex from someone. Yuck. He needs to grow up. What a choad.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 03:03 PM
1

Not jealous in the slightest. Especially because I highly doubt that woman would be those things.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 03:13 AM

Sexier doesn't mean aroused. Just meant attractive, cute, hot, handsome, whatever. And maybe for men it should matter. It's good to have standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 12:52 AM

Being an adult costs money. Rent, food, transportation, etc. As an adult, a man who can adult responsibly will always sexier then the irresponsible adult.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 12:46 AM

Yes, some men. And some men won't.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 12:36 AM

This doesn't tell me anything about clues. So, I'll repeat, "what clues"?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 12:33 AM

Ooh I'm not offended. I'm amused. Do I think a man who is employable and pays off credit card debt while pursuing public service loan forgiveness a good catch? You bet. I'd encourage my friend to date him, assuming he meets all her other metrics. Enjoy my post history! Have fun reading.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 10:35 PM

I've always wanted to be a wife. I didn't feel ready to be a wife until my 30s. I wanted to live and experience things. And it took time to find someone I wanted to marry and who wanted to marry me.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 09:36 PM

Aw I love when people use debt to shame someone. Sick burn. Keep it up. You're really showing us. (/s In case that's not obvious). And is that also shaming being unemployed? Wow. That's truly impressive. Yes, my husband has very high standards. It's why he's not bothered by debt that gets paid off and pockets of unemployment. 🤷 If high standards means shaming someone for debt and unemployment..... I'll skip that high horse. But go off.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 09:24 PM
1

What does "first choice" even mean? Seems like a useless qualifier. I agree though. Go to the mall or Target/Walmart and look at couples. They come in all shapes and sizes.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 09:13 PM
3

Why do you expect women to be attracted to a huge percentage of men? I married one man. You seem to think that there's something appealing about ugly passport bros. The only thing appealing is their American money. You seem to think that beautiful women in other countries will desire an man who has been rejected by the women of his country.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 08:17 PM
4

You didn't? Weird. Because you seem to know all about "western women" and what they want. The difference is, BELOW AVERAGE MEN. Especially a short man and/or unattractive man. Exactly. Below average men can be passport bros with gold diggers. Hooray for them!
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 07:44 PM

Most women have an ex she couldn’t get over who was a shitty guy Lol. No they don't. Y'all make up the most fascinating fan fiction. The comment was praising my high standards and never settling.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 07:29 PM

Yup. Are you trying to make a point? Why don't you just jump to your conclusion.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 07:15 PM

No.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 07:11 PM
1

What's the difference between an American woman with a job and a Filipino woman with no job looking for an American meal ticket??? Are you seriously asking what the difference is?? My goodness. Y'all don't even know "western woman". These are just talking points from other single losers. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 07:07 PM

I married the BEST guy, because I have HIGH standards. Ladies, keep your standards high. Don't settle for some insecure loser who wouldn't be able to name your favorite food, eye color, or birthday.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 07:04 PM

Marriage is special and important. We didn't have "till death do us part" in our vows. 🤷 Being an initiator of divorce =/= being the cause of divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 07:00 PM
3

They still aren't desired. They are being used for their money and/or access. The locals call passport bros, "losers back home". Passport bros attract gold diggers.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 06:41 PM

What clues? I'm genuinely curious. Tattoos? Because even my non slutty friends have those. I think we've established that the insecure ask.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 06:32 PM
4

It's not average men...... It's below average men who become passport bros. or they prefer to hold out for the absolute best options available. This seems to be the cause of most of y'all ire. Y'all seem really upset that women would prefer to hold out for a relationship with the best possible option. It sounds like y'all are most upset by women wanting the best. And y'all not being the best because of your own actions.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 06:25 PM

Transcend. Enlightenment. Peace? Pure existence. Does there need to be a goal?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 01:17 AM
9

A marriage isn't a "I can do whatever and they have to stay with me" deal. He's not holding up his end as a partner, so why should she stay? I think this is how they truly view marriage. As some eternal test of showing love and devotion and DESIRE! They don't see it as a partnership because people who genuinely love and care for each other.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 10:58 PM
9

Would you stay with your wife if she lied about the car payment to the point it was repossessed? What if that wasn't the first time she'd lied about bills or money? What if you'd been in therapy for 2 years and still the car is repossessed? A clear lack of improvement. You'd stay in that marriage? What if her money habits lead to losing your home next? How long are you willing to hold on to someone who is dragging you down?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 10:52 PM
2

Huh? I don't know what you're talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 08:08 PM
8

Seriously. First, it's the car, and next it's housing. Would OP think it's okay to finally divorce the husband if he made them homeless? Or should she stay married to a man who caused her to be homeless? Idk why they think that women should stay in relationships with irresponsible men.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 05:58 PM
9

Yes. I think a spouse who is incapable of paying bills is worth divorcing. He broke the vows when he let a car payment get so far behind the it was repossessed.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 05:56 PM
7

The husband broke his vows.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 05:50 PM
8

He got their car repossessed because he wasn't paying bills. Why are you ignoring that????
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 05:49 PM

Lol. Again, I appreciate you proving my point. Y'all struggle with relationships and/or women because you see them as some unfeeling entity. It's fucking weird and literally the cause of your struggle.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 05:40 PM

Honestly, this kinda proves my point. Y'all don't see women as people who invest a lot in relationships or who are hurt when a relationship ends. Y'all just see women as these mysterious entities who have no feelings, no investment in relationships, and just float from one man to another. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 05:38 PM

Huh? I can't say I've seen comments like that. I'll have to keep an eye out. But I certainly see more women advocating for leaving unfilled relationships. Meanwhile there's thread after thread from men about how dare women do xyz.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 05:19 PM

It's so strange to me, how men in this sub seem to view relationships. They seem to see relationships as something that someone can never leave. That relationships can never end. It's like they want to trap people in relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 05:08 PM
14

The spouse in your example, did lie. He lied to the point that their car was repossessed. So..... what exactly are you trying to say??
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 04:49 PM
7

Yes, I would have divorced your father. I can't imagine being so out of touch that I close a bank account that has automatic payments and don't notice the multiple mailers that occur long before shutoff happens. I couldn't be married to someone I don't trust to keep the damn lights on.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 04:01 PM
16

Yes, but it's not, "stay with the man who is so financially irresponsible that he got your car taken away". Poorer =/= financially irresponsible. It means sticking beside your partner when they're unemployed or something. It doesn't mean stick with your financially irresponsible partner who is actively harming your ability to have a roof over your head. She's unhappy BECAUSE HER HUSBAND IS FINANCIALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. Are you being purposely obtuse and ignoring the financial abuse because you're s…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 03:50 PM
15

My wedding vows didn't say, "stay with him even if he is so financially irresponsible that our car gets repossessed." JFC. Why are all y'all example always wanting women to stay in relationships that are clearly ruining their life. Her partner is so irresponsible that it is destroying her life. Why do you expect her to stay?????
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 03:35 PM
2

They are.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 03:29 PM
3

And apparently, that's why so many men are lonely and bitter.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 08:17 PM
-5

Humans are valuable.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 08:16 PM
-2

Nope. It's men just picking up trash and wearing it and thinking they did something. Mainstream media and culture shows men being valuable. Yes, I'm continually surprised at how some men bend themselves into knots to feel offended. Like feeling personally victimized by some posts on reddit.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 07:44 PM

Okay, cool. Go ahead and think that. Doesn't change the truth. Sex ebbs and flows throughout the duration of a relationship. Those who have been in long term relationships, understand this concept.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 07:37 PM
-2

Men are valuable.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 07:32 PM

Sex ebbs and flows in relationships. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 07:02 PM
3

Great, if you haven't done it, then you weren't the men I was talking about. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 06:57 PM

Nothing you said makes any sense. 🙄 Sex ebbs and flows in a relationship. Suggesting that sex is the same 2-3 a week every week for the duration of a decades long relationship is juvenile.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 06:52 PM

Idk I'm an adult, so if a couple has sex once a month, I'm going to assume it's children, work, stress, and at least 6 other things. A normal relationship will have sex as frequently as whatever makes sense for their relationship. Thinking there's some "normal" sex frequency is the problem. The whole "once a month" is some internet exaggeration.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 06:43 PM
3

Cool. Why do you expect people to never do things for their life because you never did?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 06:36 PM
7

Telling men they aren't valuable is what is causing frustrations. Listening to men who think other men are invaluable is the problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 06:36 PM
2

Why do y'all think all ltr or marriages have mediocre sex once a month? Idk if it's because y'all haven't had sex but it's so weird the idea that good sex is only had outside of relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 06:30 PM
7

So it seems like some men are upset that women will have hookups with some men. But not hookup with men they want a relationship with. It seems like they understand when men do this. But can't seem to fathom when women do the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 06:19 PM

No.

This sounds like comments from multiple different women. Women aren't a monolith. I've had hookups. I didn't want to hookup with my husband. I wanted a relationship with him. A hookup would have been me settling. I wasn't interested in settling. Why do y'all expect women to have the exact same thoughts and opinions and views?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 05:51 PM

Except that tropes are exaggerated based on fringe scenarios.

Relationships aren't distributed mathematically. 🙄 I'm not going to acknowledge anything because you share with me a Tiktok. And yes, it's annoying being approached by random older dudes or random dudes they aren't attracted to. Nothing more annoying than a dude interrupting your day because he thinks you're pretty.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 05:13 PM
2

Weird. That sounds like an oddly specific thing. Not something that everyone experiences.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 05:02 PM

Why would I need a child with magical abilities, when I have my own magical abilities? A child wouldn't just randomly spawn magical abilities. It would need to come from one of the parents.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 05:00 PM

Agreed. Unfortunately, it's why most of us over 30 exist. 🤣🤣🤣 Glad that women (and men) have more choices today.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 04:57 PM

Lol. So hurtful to men I've never met. 🤣🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 04:38 PM

Ooh why so? Please be specific n
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 04:37 PM

Lol. You do boo. One of my boxes is best sex. 🤷 Idk, it's almost like them being such a great person outside the bedroom makes the sex the best.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 04:37 PM

Me too!! It truly feels like a cult sometimes. 🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 04:17 PM

Ooh tell me more. What about my comment history makes you thrilled?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 04:09 PM

Ooh no! Glad you got rid of it. That's such a bummer. No need to feel ashamed. It happens. You didn't intentionally rub your head against some lice riddled head.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 04:02 PM

There's nothing anyone can give or say to make me want children. It's so funny how since we've gotten married, there's seem to be this expectation that we'll change our minds and have kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 04:00 PM
2

My husband is the best sex ever. It's part of the reason I married him. The other part is he's just so damn fun to be around. And he's good to look at. Sometimes I just stare at him. But anyway, he's definitely the best lay. And I've had some really good ones.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 03:58 PM

I never want children so I never dated single dads.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 03:31 PM

Huh? Why would I compare my ring to my friends? Especially the friends who had to pay for their own rings when mine was inherited. Makes zero sense.

Insecurity causes problems. Not sex.

It's not unrealistic. And it's incredibly easy to be her best sexually. All it takes to be her best sexually is to ask, listen, and do. It's that easy. Idk why y'all treat sex like it's some of highly skilled act that only certain men can do. It's not. It's easy and literally anyone can do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 03:28 PM

Performance anxiety and a dick obsession. Because it always comes down to them being afraid she's had sex with a bigger dick than them.

If you don't think your state divorce laws a fair, lobby to change them. Or don't get married. But they seem to work out just fine for divorced couples.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 11:06 PM
3

Right. And? That doesn't change anything. Even more reason to divorce and not be saddled to a liar who can't spell.

What do you mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 09:20 PM

Divorce. He sounds dumb and like a bad liar. Best to cut my losses and run.

Huh? Please share an example of men being told that?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 08:57 PM

There's nothing to be embarrassed by. Do you think bartender is the only job in nightlife? Are you embarrassed by the type of bar you work at? You haven't clarified anything about the type of bar you tend. Doesn't seem like reading comprehension is your strong suit because I didn't say jack shit about "big groups of bros". 🙄 Anyway, we're all eager to hear what kind of bar you work at.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 08:55 PM

A lot is two words. You're a bartender, I'm sure you can look around and see what other jobs are in nightlife. I didn't realize I needed to bring my resume to reddit. Uber didn't exist but taxis did. Smartphones existed too. Blackberry was all the rage. They haven't changed from 6 months ago. And aren't different from 2006. Great. I've seen plenty of solo dudes fail. 🤷 There we go, canceling each other out again.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 08:33 PM
9

Again, a prenup isn't needed for most couples because their state divorce laws are sufficient enough. If one party is against it, that's their perogative. Why am I supposed to care about some random couple who disagrees on having a prenup or not? They don't need my opinion. They can work it out among themselves without input from a random stranger.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 08:28 PM

No. They all seem like losers to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 08:08 PM
7

I'm pro prenups. I think prenups are great and encourage them. However, there are cases where bringing up a prenup is weird or unusual or create trust issues. Is it everytime? No. Both can be true at once.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 08:04 PM

As recently as this year.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:57 PM
5

Huh? That makes zero sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:54 PM

That's great that you're currently a bartender. Worked in nightlife is vague. Because I've done a lot, there's more to nightlife than being being behind a bar. 🤷 And no, it's not drastically different. It's the same 6 months ago as it was 20 years ago. I can assure you with 100% certainty that a guy alone in a bar will rarely have success. Does that mean our 100% cancels the other out? If I'd never seen Chris Hemsworth act, he wouldn't be attractive. Danny De Vito is old enough to be my grandfat…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:53 PM

It's not unusual. It's normal. This sub seems to attract an overwhelming amount of people who only do life via online. It must by why they romanticize the 90s/early 2000s. They see life an online only. While millennials+ still can see the internet as a place to go and leave.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:44 PM
6

Prenups aren't necessary, they are optional.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:41 PM
8

Not necessarily. I'm saying, as a woman in a relationship, our income differences have shifted many times over the years. And will shifted many more. Income alone isn't a main reason for a prenup. As a woman, the prenup isn't going to be different than a man's. In my opinion, prenups are necessary when there's property/assets involved. Most states have divorce laws and those are adequate for most marriages. If a couple wants something, different than their states divorce laws, they should have a…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:40 PM

Incorrect. As someone who worked in nightlife for a decade, getting out and around people will reduce in more results than online. OLD sucks for everyone. A picture isn't a great judge of anything. Especially if you're not photogenic or comfortable being photographed. Nightlife gives opportunity to be out with friends and socialize. The key here is friends. You wingman your friends, they wingman you, etc. And that's how you both get more opportunities. There's always been the weirdos who get shi…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:36 PM

This is their whole mo. They have no idea how things actually work (relationships, marriage, sex, prenups) but they speak with the strongest opinions.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:16 PM
5

Again, it depends on the context. Some people have problems signing because the context is weird or unusual. Some people don't have problems and are happy to sign. Like anything, there's no one size fits all. All contracts are breakable. As they should be.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:15 PM
6

Over the course of a marriage, there's likely to be multiple moments of wage differences. Not reason enough for a prenup though. Many women suggest prenups. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:13 PM
3

Yes, just like it's your opinion that there's nothing wrong with focusing solely on finding love. Doing something for the single purpose of finding love is always going to lead to disappointment. I’d never be satisfied unless I find a partner. And that's precisely why people who think that way will never be satisfied.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:01 PM

A new person every day??? Damn that's exhausting.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 06:46 PM
8

I don't think marriage is based on lack of trust. I didn't get married because I don't trust my partner. I do think it's interesting that those who don't need prenups are the ones most obsessed with prenup conversations and divorce. I think there's times when prenups make sense. And times when prenups are used as control or lack of trust.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 06:42 PM

It is factually wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 05:40 PM

It is indeed wrong. And loser behavior. And not something to brag about.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 05:38 PM

So.... none of these are examples of what average women can do to show empathy to average men.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 05:07 PM

Wrong? No. Kinda dumb and pointless? Yes. I'm married, I love my husband. But I live my life for me. My husband certainly adds to my life. But I don't live solely for his love. It's kinda lazy to stop living for yourself and only live for external validation. You'll never truly be happy if you're living for external validation via love.

Relationships aren't distributed out fairly by some deity. 🙄 Expressing something they don't like by shaming someone doing something they don't like? I love how incapable y'all see men. That men can't fix anything without a woman taking the lead first. But at the same time, women can't be leaders. Thanks for the giggles. I appreciate your efforts in trying to explain feminism.

Where's the success?? You pulled an example from your 7th grade experience. And yet, it's just a snapshot (pun intended) of teenagers being short sighted. It doesn't show anything about success with opposite sex. Do you think that either of those people are still ruminating on what happened in 7th grade??? Nope. They aren't. You are though. And that's weird.

Feminism does believe that men can be victims of the patriarchy. Men aren't victims of systemic oppression the same way that women are. Manosphere and RP doesn't validate anything. It just repeats the same 5 talking points. RP doesn't think that men need empathy, love, or help either. RP isn't doing anything to help men. It just shakes them up like a soda can and makes them more bitter and angry. I'm not interested in solving men's problems. Men can solve them themselves. I'll cheer from the sid…

I'm not sure the point of this story...... What are you trying to prove? What example is this story supposed to prove?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 07:10 PM

They think women aren't oppressed anymore because we can freely reject men and choose to have a job over marrying some abusive power hungry prickly. All they fantasize about is having a woman to hold power over and have sex with. They don't desire relationships with someone. They desire power and think with power comes sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 06:55 PM

They deal with adults at work. The only time I've had to clean up after adults at work was when I was a receptionist or office manager. Most office kitchens have a "clean your own dishes" sign or something. Yes, work is full of meetings and deadlines and shit. But it's working with adults, who, for the most part are able to communicate their needs and don't need their coworker to feed them, entertain them, or clean them up.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 06:53 PM

Lmao. So basically Little Rascals. 😆😆😆
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 06:42 PM

Lol. What losers. I love living with my husband. We have so much fun together. I swear these manosphere dudes have no concept of actually liking someone and wanting to spend time with them. They can't fathom friendship and even view friendship as "gay". These manosphere dudes are creating their own worst fears of being alone with cats.

Except it wasn't long before they were born. It was a decade or less before they were born. Credit scores started when millennials were toddlers. So yes, women are very much still dealing with the repercussions of their oppression. Again, you tried and failed to mimic my words. In doing so, failed to see the point and instead came off as childish. But I guess, do you boo. It really seems like it works out for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 06:00 PM

Huh? Women suffer oppression like not being able to make healthcare decisions. Or being threatened with their voting rights being taken away because they won't fuck some random man from Nebraska. Women have felt the oppression their mothers or grandmothers experienced. I appreciate that you tried to twist my words. But it didn't work and just makes y'all sound childish.

Yes. Exactly. They go on and on about what "men" have done. But they themselves haven't done a damn thing. They seem to think they because they are men they should be treated like some King. It's really weird. And of course, they have zero experience managing a household. I doubt they even keep their rooms clean in the house that their parents provide for.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 05:22 PM

Except they still don't do that either..... Married couples file taxes separately all the time. A husband can be called for a witness in a trial, his wife can't just take his place. If a wife assaulted her husband, they aren't both jailed. She is. Because they legally individuals.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 05:20 PM

I'm married. I'm still am individual. My husband is an individual. We didn't merge into a single human being. 🙄 Also, the wage gap refers to people working the same hours, the same job, with the same experience and the woman making less. Additionally, your whole post is ignoring the work that women do because it's not as important as the man's who leaves the home to click around on a computer. Did you use MySpace? It's a simple yes or no, question. I think that texting 20 years ago is the same as today. Texting hasn't changed. It's still words or emoji. Just as it was with flip phones.

Nope. Impromptu trip gives completely different information. Lots of men are forward thinking.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 03:42 PM

What exactly is "the whole you"? And what exactly makes a "feminine" woman? And why is it always about whether she's had sex or not? Men can have sex. But if women do, they somehow aren't "saving themselves", and lost their "femininity". Y'all have such interesting rules on what a woman should or shouldn't do. Idk. I'm just a modern wife. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 04:25 AM

Except it's not an ego saving term. They are two different things. In my experience, it's about 50/50. Sometimes they move forward, sometimes they don't. I never suggested it was particularly confusing. I suggested it was murky because it's blurred.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 09:59 PM

They are two different things.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 09:31 PM

It's more than fuck buddies. Fuck buddies know they are fuck buddies. It's the point. Situationship is when you're not just fucking after hours but you're hanging out, meeting friends, doing "relationship things". If someone is asking, "what are we", it's because you're in a situationship and not a clear defined "fuck buddy". The better the guy, the better the communication skills to not put either person in murky waters. A guy who lies and toys with women isn't the better guy.

/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 08:47 PM

Nobody benefits from it being murky. That's why people get upset or hurt or feel lied to or whatever. What consequences? Being hurt? That sucks. But having sex wasn't the issue. Y'all seem to always come down about women having sex. That women should be blamed for having sex with someone who lies to them to secure sex.

Oops, I meant toying with her. Let me fix that. Point is, it's no longer pump and dump, if you're fucking repeatedly.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 07:34 PM

Half the dudes on this sub have little to zero experience and speak as if they are experts. They see things online and assume that's 100% the reality. No nuances, no context, just raw (scripted) reality online.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 07:31 PM

A situationship is both parties being unclear. That's why it's a situation. Because it's not defined as a relationship and is more than fuck buddies. It's a blurred lines situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 07:28 PM

Yes, if you're fucking for months, you've agreed to be fuck buddies. Idk. Depends on what's happening. Some fuck buddies are okay going out to eat, some aren't. If a woman thinks they are dating, they are doing more than just meeting up to fuck. And that man is lying to her or toying with her.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 07:27 PM

Attraction has nothing to do with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 07:18 PM

It's literally in the name. 🙄 Pump aka fuck and dump aka leave. If you're fucking for months, that's a fuck buddy.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 07:18 PM
6

Huh? Middle school isn't some Euphoria episode.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 07:16 PM

No, it's not. It's used to describe men who would be great husbands. You don't have to be attracted to a guy to see that he'd make a good husband.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 07:07 PM
1

Yes, they do in fact have to have similarities to be comparable. Otherwise, you're comparing apples to horses. I'm not doing anything. Except calling out things that are comparable. Have whatever preferences you want. I give no fucks. Seriously do you kiddo. Nobody cares what you do.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 06:48 PM
6

I think because they personally couldn't have sex with 2 women in a month, they view 5 over a summer to be outrageous.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 06:46 PM
7

You do realize that a woman can be both right? She can have 5 boyfriends over a couple years AND a hot girl summer. Also what's wrong with 5 dudes in one summer?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 06:40 PM
1

Nope. They aren't comparable as they are different things. HTH.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 06:39 PM

That's not what husband material means.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 06:33 PM

Maybe 1 woman in history. 🤷 But most women don't want a "desperate man". There's nothing appealing about a design man.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 06:32 PM
1

Those still aren't comparable though. No matter how much y'all try and shoe horn then to be the exact same thing. They aren't. Paying for sex is different than causal sex. People who are straight, likely aren't interested in someone bisexual.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 06:30 PM
5

What damage?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 06:14 PM
5

A marriage doesn’t guarantee it won’t end. This. Exactly. Marriage doesn't mean the relationship can't end someday.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 05:14 PM
13

As a woman, I required living with a man before getting engaged. For me, I want to see how that man lives when he doesn't have advanced notice I'm coming over. I want to see how he handles every day stresses. I want to see how we handle every day stresses together. I want to see how they handle chores and other household maintenance. There's so much you can learn from someone by living with them. I want to know their habits and them to know mine. It's not so much compatibility but sustainability…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 05:14 PM

Huh? "Beta bux" isn't real. So, not sure what you're getting at here.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 05:09 PM

Huh? "Beta bux" isn't real. So, not sure what you're getting at here.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 05:09 PM

Please enlighten us.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 05:07 PM
1

Not really. Just ask what she likes, listen, and act on that. It's very easy to be the best sex for someone.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:47 PM
3

Not really. More so that sex isn't something that requires a PhD.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:41 PM
5

No it doesn't. Having sex with Tim, Chris, and Jeff doesn't mean that Travis has less odds of being an enjoyable sex partner. No wonder y'all are struggling. Believing nonsense like this. That sex is super difficult thing that only 6 men in the entire world are good at. JFC. I've had a ton of sex with multiple partners. By your logic, the more sex I had the worse sex would be because so few men are great at it. Guess what, I had sex because so many men were great at it. Sex was fun and enjoyable…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:33 PM
3

Again, that makes zero sense. JFC.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:28 PM
4

Huh? That makes zero sense. You don't have to be the first to be the best. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:21 PM
3

2,000 is outrageous. 🙄 And makes the point come off as immature.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:20 PM
4

Can you please define "more kinky and more extreme kinds of sex"? Do you have stats to back up "more types of partners than ever before"? Basically, where are you getting this information from???
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:13 PM
6

Huh? There's always been people who have casual sex and people who don't. That's nothing new. That said, Gen Z is having less sex than Millennials.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:09 PM

Huh? I can't say I've ever seen or heard or been told by women that they lowered their attraction standards for a husband. If it was something that women commonly did, we'd talk about it. It would be known and discussed. Instead, it's only ever said by men in this sub. Odd. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:08 PM
5

They didn't want to have sex outside of a relationship. I didn't want a relationship. No sex was had. Are you claiming that all men think exactly like you???
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:06 PM

They mean the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 04:03 PM
5

Is the goal of shaming women's "body count" to get women to stop having sex with men while single? Or is it to have sex with the men they reject? Maybe both? I'm mostly curious what the intention of shaming is supposed to do.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:56 PM

So funny to me that "husband material" upsets some men but those same men think women should be flattered by "wife material". The irony.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:52 PM
2

I like punctuation.......?????!!!!!!! Sheesh. I don't use internet posts to determine how men think. I don't think this sub represents the average male. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:47 PM
4

Go ahead and ask more. They wanted a relationship. I didn't. 🤷 Do you truly think that all men think the exact same????
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:37 PM
7

Huh? Because I was the one having casual sex. No, women today and in the future are having less sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:35 PM
6

Nah, they just wanted relationships and weren't into casual sex. Because not all men are into casual sex. Men aren't a monolith. Maybe they just didn't want causal sex. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:34 PM
3

Based on responses in this sub...... it does seem like men only want to be seen as physically attractive first and foremost. I asked you to share things because you didn't and it came across as only caring for appearance.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:33 PM
2

What other things?????
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:25 PM
5

If all men are open to casual sex, why have I been rejected by men who don't want casual sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:23 PM
5

I'm an attractive woman who had sex with which ever men I wanted. It was a delicious smorgasbord of experiences. It's definitely not a significant amount of women. I was constantly the sluttiest one. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:21 PM
6

Depends on the context in my experience. I don't need lived experiences of homelessness to know that I don't want to be homeless.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:14 PM
4

The number wouldn't be the issue. But pretending to be someone they aren't would be the issue. Lying is the problem. Not the number. Also, why do y'all always pick such an outrageous number. 🙄 Your point would be much better made if you had a more reasonable number like 85 or 105 or something.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:13 PM
2

No you don't. Just some critical thinking.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:09 PM
1

So, yes, guys only care about some woman finding them attractive. They only care about being desired by their appearance alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:09 PM
19

Lol. Yes. My husband also had previous relations before me. We both had decades of life before we knew the other existed. And he wasn't looking for a "gift of restraint". 🤣🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 07:25 AM
10

Does my husband know what?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 06:11 AM
21

No. Having sex didn't impact my options for a husband. I never felt like I needed to not have relations with a man because some future unknown man might have insecurities.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:57 AM
1

Ascend? Are you a demi god?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 11:56 PM

I need to go change laundry but I'm procrastinating folding what's in the dryer. I also need to unload and reload the dishwasher. Sometimes I live for chores and they bring me such peace. Other times, I just want to ignore them all.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 11:54 PM

"Nice enough" isn't the whole person.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 10:34 PM

Huh? Idk what you're talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 10:30 PM
5

Warning about what? Life is hard, life isn't fair, life requires effort. Dating isn't just walking up to a woman, telling you think she's pretty, and living happily ever after.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 10:19 PM

What does this even mean? Should people pair up according to your rankings?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 10:14 PM
6

There's no systemic disadvantage. Everyone deals with rejection and humiliation. It's not just a man thing. 🙄 I'm shamed all the time in this sub. Don't take online bullshit personally. JFC. Y'all are committed to struggling.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 10:12 PM

Because I'm not interested in a relationship with someone I'm not attracted to. Women view attraction as the whole person, not just the man's appearance. Women don't have high requirements. They only look high because some men have zero standards and act like that's praise worthy.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 10:01 PM
6

No it's not. There's good places everywhere. You don't need a passport stamp to enjoy travel. Solo travel is cool. Traveling with friends is cool too. Coming up with excuses because all roads must lead to sex is weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 09:57 PM
5

It has nothing to do with men. And everything to do with women who don't want to have casual sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:57 PM
8

Idk. I had like 6 LTRs between 18 and 32. I personally detest men who lie for sex. And yes, someone who just wants sex is going to be rejected by someone who wants more.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:44 PM

Of course there's going to be different. People are different. People want different things. There's no one size fits all.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:38 PM

Yes, dating requires one to try. Everyone tries. That's dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:25 PM

Yes!! This too!
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:24 PM

Lmao. If he wore a swimsuit, it would have been a problem too.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:23 PM

I wonder if other subs deal with a lot of larpers. This sub has a ton of men pretending to be women. It's really weird. Makes me wonder if it's a reddit thing or a this sub thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:22 PM

There's no downstream effects.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:19 PM
2

Lust exists.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:18 PM
3

Warm meaning we've connected already. We have a class together. We have mutual friends. We worked together. Whatever. I'm not suggesting that someone is bad because they cold approach. I'm suggesting that I've never been interested in some random man interrupting my peace to tell me what he thinks about my appearance. Because my appearance is the only thing he's had contact with.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:14 PM
3

It's a dumb phrase that is redundant at best and absurd at worst. Lol. I love how if someone doesn't agree with you, they must not be native English speakers. Really diminished your point. If you can't keep to you point without insulting me, it seems like your point isn't that strong.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:09 PM
3

And that's why y'all struggle to find relationships. Because you're expecting things that don't exist like "raw lust".
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:05 PM
2

Yes, lust is real.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:05 PM

Why do y'all expect 1 person to be attracted to all the people of their desired sex? Why are y'all expecting women to be attracted to most men????
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:03 PM
1

Depends on the woman. Each woman will be different. I personally preferred warm contacts.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:02 PM
2

Yes, it was called chat rooms.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 08:00 PM
1

if you have never contributed directly to your own survival What does that even mean? You're not actually saying anything. 🙄 Idk who you are. I'm not looking to have anything in common with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:58 PM
1

Yup. Hence why I was never interested in random men. I don't know anyone who married or dated from a cold approach. 🤷 Sure it happens but it's not common.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:57 PM
5

Cool for you. Explains why you think it happens. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:54 PM
2

Cool. I'm not going to take a reddit post as an authority on something. It's not personal testimony. It's something on an anonymous message board. What would change my mind? Hearing from real women, not men. Not reading some reddit post.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:53 PM
-2

And yet, I've only ever seen it in this sub. So no, plenty of people haven't experienced it. They've experienced lust. No need to add "raw" in front of it. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:52 PM
5

Lol. This is so silly. If she wasn't interested in you before, she's not interested after you take a hammer to your face. Mostly, women aren't interested in fucking every person that they come across.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:50 PM
1

Again, no idea what the fuck that means
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:49 PM
0

Huh? Idk what this is or how it proves anything. A subreddit isn't proof of anything. JFC.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:49 PM
1

Idk what the fuck a "domesticated human" even is.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:47 PM
5

Are you seriously asking why people have friends?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:45 PM
2

Nope. It's not extreme. It's a slow grow that mimics other technology changes. 🤷 Again, Gen Z isn't the first to use OLD. Dating struggles are hard for everyone. Dating struggles impact everyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:43 PM
0

It's more accurate too say it's not real for anyone. Eta - it's definitely not real
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:42 PM
0

I don't think they described it that way. 🤷 my best advice to men is to get better looking This is the worst advice and why do many men are struggling.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:41 PM
1

Yup. Nothing has changed. 39% is online. That's nowhere near half. And aligns with what millennials experienced in their 20s. 🤷 Eta that chart ends in 2017. 🤣🤣🤣 Those 40 yr olds you mentioned, were 31 and still using online dating. Gen Z isn't the first cohort to use OLD.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:37 PM
-5

Raw lust isn't real. So of course nobody is going to experience something that doesn't exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:31 PM
0

That's great. In 2025, millennials were still using Tinder. Before Tinder there was online dating. Gen X used online dating. It's not different playing fields. It's just men whining because they want to win without playing.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:27 PM
-1

Agreed. They have do things. And experience things. I'm always making similar suggestions and they are always shot down. Anytime I suggest traveling, I'm told that men can't travel for some silly reason. I wonder how your advice will be received.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:22 PM

Yes, that's a fun benefit! I especially love when I hear my husband say, "my wife".
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:18 PM

Exactly. I wonder this too. Honestly though, my friends and I have never been interested in the same guys. Not in elementary, middle, or high school. Not in college. Not as adults, etc. We've all had very different tastes.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:17 PM
-2

No they didn't. They dated during Tinder and Instagram, etc. And before that MySpace and AOL, etc. Tinder started in 2012. Meaning today's 40 year old was 26, using Tinder. Instagram started in 2010. Meaning today's 40 year old was 24. And that's just the 40 year old. So millennials would have been ~16-30 when Tinder started. And ~14-30 when Instagram started. And Gen Z would have been 0-15 when Tinder started.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:14 PM

I asked folks in sub, the benefits of marriage. I'm married so clearly I find benefits in marriage. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 07:07 PM

I think the biggest challenge for men who frequent this sub...... They want a one size fits all approach to dating and/or life. For example, marriage. The only reason for marriage, according to RP, is to have children. If you don't have children, no need to get married. Another example, they want to view attractive men as cheaters/players/bad guys, and the real nice guys are the ones that women ignore and overlook. They only see men in 2 ways.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:57 PM
2

Y'all really need to stop taking the internet as an authority on anything. Most internet comment is rage bait and people posting shit that know will upset someone. Idk why y'all fall for nonsense so damn easily. Most average guys are married with kids by 40. So idk what y'all are going on about. Gen Z is currently between 14-29. Makes sense they aren't interested in marriage or kids yet. Especially with the cost of living these days. their partner to be attracted to them and go fetal over them W…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:41 PM

Same!! I always just laugh at the comments that try and slut shame me. Because they always come off mad that I didn't have sex with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:33 PM

I don't think they are benefits of marriage specifically. 🤷 Thanks for sharing.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:31 PM

A partner to build something beautiful together. A companion who loves me as much as I love him. Someone to laugh with and share life's trials and tribulations and successes.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:31 PM

Great. The majority of people have children. That doesn't mean that all people need to have children. I don't want kids. I did want a husband. I wasn't interested in being single forever just because I don't want to be a mom.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:28 PM

Dual*. You're not dueling your husband. Still though, I wouldn't consider a house or children a benefit of marriage. Because people have houses and kids without marriages. Single people buy houses.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:26 PM

Idk why y'all think that married couples automatically have to have children. It's fucking weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:25 PM
3

Yup. They expect women to fall their knees in gratitude that some man finds her attractive. I've only been called names by men when they've cold approached me and I've rejected them.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:19 PM

This is how I feel too. And life is going to look different for every couple.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:14 PM

Yuck. Terrible reason to get married.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:14 PM

Sure but I personally wouldn't consider that a benefit of marriage. 🤷 Thanks for sharing!
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:13 PM

Yikes. That sounds like an awful relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:12 PM

Homeownership and children..... Those are the benefits of marriage?? Interesting. Thanks for sharing.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:11 PM

That's it? That's your reasoning. That marriage makes it easier to take care of kids. And if you don't have kids, there's no point in marriage????
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:07 PM

What are the benefits of marriage?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 06:05 PM
5

You cannot determine these things by looking at a woman. That doesn't stop them from trying. They certainly believe that if a woman is attractive, that's all they need.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:57 PM

Awesome. Sex doesn't need a cap.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:49 PM

What are those benefits? Can you please list those benefits??? Can you please list the positive utilities of marriage???
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:48 PM

He's ugly. 🤷
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:45 PM

Lol. There doesn't need to be a sex limit. JFC.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:41 PM

Lmao. Here we go again. Attractive men are bad and women just need to give ugly guys a chance. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:35 PM
3

Or when I was single I could have rejected men who cold approached me and interrupted my day. Which is what I did. 🤷 There's no one size fits all option. Good luck with your cold approaching!
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:32 PM
0

Again, that's what socializing is for. JFC.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:28 PM
3

Because you said talking to them is impossible. Go to the store, buy something, and check out with a female cashier. There you go, you spoke with a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:26 PM
2

I honestly don't know what you're going on about. I literally said, I was referring to when I was single. I've dated many coworkers. I met my husband through work. I've dated people I've met through friends, through church, etc. If you're being ostracized from groups, odds are you're making people uncomfortable.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:23 PM
2

Again, this is why I said, "socializing".
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:20 PM

It's not. Multiple women have told you it's not short.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:19 PM
1

Because they aren't pursuing. It happens organically.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:17 PM

Please define "Chad".
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:13 PM
1

By interacting social settings instead of randomly walking up to someone. They aren't judging you for being a man. 🙄 The truth is cold approaching is never going to have high results. The truth is socializing is what leads to romantic opportunities.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:12 PM

Lmao. My summer fling from 2007 didn't poison my heart. What a limited perspective. Yes, you can have one man. I have one man. I'm married him. And have a fulfilling life.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:09 PM
2

Yes, I've worn rings to avoid getting hit on. Idk what any of the has to do with my comment though.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 05:07 PM

"Women"? I must have missed that All Hands Women meeting. 5'9 isn't short. JFC.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 04:57 PM

What benefits are you referring to?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 04:55 PM

Please define short.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 04:55 PM

What are you talking about???? Society doesn't even know who you are. Society doesn't know who I am.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 04:53 PM

I want both casual flings and love. Obviously not at the same time. But there's nothing wrong with flings. Also, y'all created Chad, he's your boogeyman.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 04:49 PM

Thank you for proving my point. Marriage isn't just for having kids. JFC.

It's so fucking weird. Everyone once in awhile someone online is like, "why did you get married, you don't want kids". As if getting married is only for having children. I've been told by online weirdos that I'm not feminine enough because I don't have kids. And guess, what I care about society. I don't need children to give a damn about children and/or society. I've seen comments from dudes here saying they won't care about society unless they have children. Which is also fucking weird. And som…

Obviously, I'm referring to when I was single. 🙄 The problem is, I don't care to hear from random stranger that he thinks I'm pretty. It doesn't improve my day or anything. It reducing me to just my appearance and I don't want to hear it. I was cold approached a lot and it never resulted in anything other than being annoyed my peaceful day was interrupted.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 04:26 PM

And I'd also tell them they need therapy.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 04:06 PM

I'm someone who never wants to be cold approached. Not in the club, not at the bar, not at a festival, nothing. And by cold approach, I mean coming up to me and telling me you think I'm attractive or something. Leave me alone. Women are going to differ. Trying to find a one size fits all approach won't help.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 04:01 PM

Wow. So you have a girlfriend and still feel you're unattractive? See a therapist.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 03:59 PM

You don't need to attract 99%. Only 1. So 1% is more than enough. My advice: socialize. Go out with friends. Enjoy life. Stop focusing on your appearance.

In my experience, it's the loser who is going after every single woman in his path. The outgoing guy, just meets people organically. This is just another thread essentially telling women to date the men they aren't interested because they are somehow kinder and better than the man she's actually interested in. Y'all cling to the binary thinking that attractive men are assholes. And unattractive men are just kind hearted souls waiting for a love match.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 03:34 PM

Depends on if they can afford it. She can make more and still the family needs two incomes. Some men do stay home with their kids. Some men work. Mostly, people do whatever works best for their life. They don't try and appease people on the internet.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 03:31 PM

You don't have to be married to have kids. Do all Gen Z men even want kids???? It seems perfectly reasonable to half would be married and half wouldn't. Why do y'all expect everyone to live the exact same life?????
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 03:29 PM

Just because I think a random stranger is attractive doesn't mean I actually want him. I don't know anything about him. I'm not even interested in. I can appreciate his attractiveness and move on with my day.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 03:24 PM

View them as people and not some alien who you can't talk to and maybe you'll have more success. And yes, having friends and socializing makes meeting people easier. I don't want to be cold approached because I'm wearing Stars Wars clothes. Leave me alone. My day isn't improved because some man wanted to talk to me because he thought I'm pretty. Get to know women. Don't just hit on the first person you find attractive.

Dealing with vaccine side effects (fever, fatigue, body aches) and decided to watch the SAW franchise. Currently on 4 and who do I see? Mr Luke Daines himself. Crazy the first one came out in 2004!!
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 04:36 AM

Wild assumption. I got a nose piercing when I was a virgin. Had my belly button pierced too.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 04:34 AM

Yup, make friends is absolutely someone who is socially inept can do. It's not a good comparison to homelessness. That's why nobody take this seriously. Because y'all compare it to fucking homelessness. It just shows how immature this concept is.

1 Woman does bad thing in relationship, all women are like her, women incapable of love That's most of this sub threads. They see one Tiktok, one Reddit comment, one article and suddenly it's about all women. But women are terrible for being cautious around men because of Ted Bundy or Gabby Past boyfriend or that rapper who dismembered his girlfriend. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 03:41 AM

Maybe they should try making friends instead of isolating themselves. Or seek therapy. Sex isn't the mythical solution. 🙄

Women aren't doing sex work for human connection. Nobody would be dead without sex.

It's not easy. Having sex with men you're not attracted to or interested in isn't easy. JFC. What a despicable comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 03:20 AM

Bruh this thread is about Mr. Ball. You also didn't name any names. Why do you keep assuming that everyone knows the same content creators that you do????
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 03:05 AM

I never suggested his was a streamer....... Idk who or what "neon" is.

Women aren't turning to sex work for human connection. They turn to sex work because they have bills to pay and it's the only means available.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 02:48 AM

Of course the woman did something So in your perspective, a divorce only happens because "the woman did something"? Am I understanding you correctly? Yes, we can conclude that men are more likely to stay in an unfulfilled relationship. And lesbians are more likely to leave an unfulfilled relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 02:46 AM

So your thought is that because women are more likely to file they are the ones who ended the marriage? Or that if a man walks out on his marriage, that the woman automatically did something to him? What do queer couples show?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 02:26 AM

Or maybe, their algorithm isn't yours. And you're massively overestimating the reach of Mr. Ball. Who is 58 BTW. You'd think the "super old" people would know who he is. 🤣🤣🤣 Social media is a massive space. You don't know every social media person. Why do you expect everyone else to know every single content creator? Weird that a younger generation is listening to a 58 year old man. No wonder your generation is so cooked.

Final moments of this thread. It's Friday. It's the perfect night to go out with friends and find a hookup.

I.e you marry people that are doing better than you What does this even mean? Please be very specific. People marry across their socioeconomic bracket. The CVS cashier isn't dating the Chief of Surgery. The city employed engineer isn't dating the receptionist at his medical office. I'm married. My husband brought the same things I did. A college education, a job, a circle of loved ones, friends, hobbies and interests.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 02:11 AM

This guy isn't "mainstream normie culture". Y'all need to stop thinking that your algorithms are an example of mainstream or normie. 🙄

Oh boy. Profiles post online. Big whoop. You ever hear of Dead Internet Theory? Also why do y'all take a tiktok post as some kind of authority. I swear y'all create your own problems. Great. Promote whatever. I'm gonna call men who pay for sex pathetic losers.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 01:43 AM

Oh yes. That will do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 01:41 AM

So im sure most have seen Lavar Balls viral clip with streamer neon speaking of his recent separation from his wife of 30 years. No. My algorithm isn't like yours. Just because you've seen it or it has a million+ views doesn't make it viral. Something is viral when everyone hears about it. Very few things on the internet are truly viral. Idk who this man is. My opinions are there's more to the story. I don't know these people. I'm not going to make sweeping generalizations about women because a …

Omg. Y'all need to stop listening to other men whining online. You don't need to change your bone structure. You need to stop listening to loser men with podcasts. Sex isn't recognized as an essential human need.

What an odd comparison. I don't view sex as an accommodation for a disability. Paying for sex is disgusting. Paying to use someone's body. Yuck.

That isn't extremely common in real life. I live in SoCal. None of what you've described is true. If this was accurate I'd have examples of these women in my social circle. Or at least professional network. That's just manosphere fan fiction. It's not even good fan fiction. Is 30+ miles supposed to be a far distance? You're in SoCal for fucks sake. That's like WeHo to Long Beach. Eta - also who cares who she refuses to date. JFC. Why do y'all spend so much time worrying about the choices of wome…

I'm not living in reality because I haven't seen made up stories? Feel free to share some anecdotes. I'd love to here some real life examples. Not content you've seen online. But real lived experiences.

So you fit this definition based on your response to Jim having a different perspective than you. Also one can be care- based and logic based. It's not one or the other.

It's not "out there". It's here in this sub, that is specifically about dating/gender dynamics. You haven't been able to even explain what "high standards", look like. You can't even point to a real example of your theory. So if someone doesn't believe your lack of evidence, they must be sheltered or live in a rural area? 🙄

I think men who participate in purchasing sex are pathetic losers. I think women who work in sex work are desperate, have limited options, and/or recovering from trauma. It's not a job that women actively seek out. It's a job that finds women because it is their only choice. Two very different perspectives. Zero hypocrisy.

A woman to be so turned on by simply seeing him that she drops her panties, her friends, her whole life to break her rules and boundaries for the man that is just so utterly attractive she can't have opinions or thoughts or her own desires. They want to have sex and brag to other men about the sex they are having. They don't care to actually like a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 12:21 AM

Sounds like Jim was correct and you responded emotionally. In fact, you've responded the exact same way you're saying that women do. Also, what the heck does, "feminine way of thinking", even mean? You seem to think that if men don't think exactly like you, that they are somehow feminine. Do you think that you're someone the paragon of manhood?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 12:18 AM

No, there isn't a debate. It's just men whining online about "delusional standards", while not being able to describe a single standard. All you've shared is a made up story about some women breaking up with her boyfriend because she went on a boat with a friend. And an anecdote about some random woman who fucks men with boats. So, not a single example of a "delusional standard". leading many women, who have been fucked around with, to believe that is their caliber of relationship man. Who cares…

I’ve personally seen fat women who can’t hold down a bf for longer than 6 months, keep bouncing through rich guys and getting fucked. Awesome. Still isn't an example of someone dumping their high school sweetheart because they went on a boat with friends. Not everyone in SoCal has a boat. 🙄 Who cares if the person you've personally seen doesn't end up in a relationship. JFC. None of this is an example of "delusional standards".
