They're conducting research, submitting papers detailing their research to scientific journals for publication, and opening themselves up to investment soon. They definitely aren't a scam. Just because their progress isn't as fast as you'd like doesn't mean that they're scamming people.

I'm like a month late to this thread but I just wanted to let you know that Foregen will be offering payment plans in order to allow the maximum amount of people possible to get the procedure. I've also heard talks of some charities trying to subsidize or outright pay for the procedure so I would look into that. I myself don't know much about those either and plan to look into them myself soon. I'm just spreading the word that I've seen some people mention these before.

I know this is like 2 months since you replied but I wanted to add something to this. It's currently unknown just how exactly the brain will react to a new foreskin. Especially if a man was cut as an infant. The brain will probably have restructured itself and while it is possible for the brain to reorganize itself in adulthood as well that ability seems to be diminished. This can be seen in cases where people born blind have their sight restored years later or in recent cases of hand transplant…
