Hi, no notice for hearing in my case. I didn't know the final hearing would be virtual until all of my paperwork was accepted. I only had to use the papers from Texas Law Help and it was the same paperwork that I found in person at the courts.

Hi, did you already have your paperwork reviewed by the Domestic Relations Office? From what I remember, they reviewed/approved everything over email, then I called the county clerk where I initially filed papers and they set the final hearing date for me. For the sample testimony, I just ready the exact words from the template on Texas Law Help. Hi, sorry I'm just now seeing this. I hope everything went well or is going well. E filing was the only thing that I wasn't comfortable with so I ended up going to the downtown office every time. I believe the DRO made me wait the full amount of time, but they were very helpful in answering my questions and looking over my paperwork.

Oh wow, here's to not giving up on it! Yeah, it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected it to be and I'm glad I didn't have to drain my accounts on a lawyer. I saved more in a few months of separation than I was able to for the entire marriage 🙃

Thanks! It looks like you get 30 days to motion for a new trial but there's certain guidelines for approval. Then there's 4 years for a Bill of Review, which has even more guidelines. Tbh I didn't realize it had a potential of not being final lol but I'm not worried, given the circumstances.
