My guess is that it’s hormones. My experience is.. well... my experience.. so what I’m writing here might not be true for you or anyone else, but with that said, it wasn’t until I was 25 that I felt like I didn’t have to keep hooking up with girls regularly. When I was younger, girls were all I could think about, insatiably so. I directed my whole life energy towards becoming a more ideal man simply to get girls. Eventually the sex drive wanes, which I was glad about. It’s pretty exhausting to a…

This.. Great post. I used to live with 4 buddies and most of our leisure time was spent freestyling over "lemonade" instrumental by Gucci Mane. At first it's seriously intimidating to hop in... alcohol helps tremendously.

Being real attractive is step 1, usually. Then I'd imagine having some type of fashion or look that is out of the ordinary and original. This is all about appearances. Russell Brand would probably be a good example. He's not good looking in my opinion, but he's got this dope original swag that might intrigue certain type of ladies.

Leaving it for a waitress or bartender works if you're dope enough.

Oh man, yeah I have to internalize that. I approached a girl the other day and she walked away mid conversation...haha..with that said I was still happy I made the approach. I have to get used to rejection. Thanks for the kind words!

I'm no pro, but I definitely used to drink a lot and talk to girls while drunk. I never remembered the minute details of the conversation while drunk. Also, the drinking did become my crutch. I needed to be buzzed to approach. I've done 2 sober approaches in the past week. They're fucking raw dude. In a good way, like sex without the condom raw. I recommend sober approaches because you're more present, you're more aware of her reactions, the way she smiles..also you're more aware of yourself and…

Touché You're absolutely right. It's not humiliating in anyway or putting yourself in a vulnerable position socially.

i know exactly what you're saying. A hot shower is absurdly therapeutic. I missed them dearly when i was a cold shower monster, but now I'm on the same shower game as you.

You got it my man. I'd shy away from using hot water if you really want to make it a habit. I hear about people using "bond" showers, basically you start warm and end cold. It's all up to you. I can't see the harm in having a cheat day once a week.

yeah you definitely don't want it too cold. in the beginning of my 30 day challenge I had it all the way cold, i don't know what the temp was, but my entire body was stop-sign-red after and i had a bit of a burning sensation. 50 degrees F. is recommended. I usually put it all the way to cold and turned the dial towards warm about an 1/8th of the way. this translates to: water is still a complete shock to my system, but not physically painful after.

absolutely. turn the water to cold, doesn't have to be all the way cold.. i recommend around 50 degrees F. Jump in and stay in for 5 minutes. Just get the water all over you, it's going to feel like you're torturing yourself, but that is why it's so beneficial. normal day: so you wake up, chug a glass of water, grab some clothes and walk to the shower. turn it on, put it to hot, wash yourself, turn the water off, blah blah blah, continue your day. cold shower day: all the things above are the sa…

I love this idea. I recommend cold showers for 30 days to get out of your comfort zone

I just bought 2 copies of Manson's book. One for me and one for my good friend. He does okay with women, but he's super desperate for a relationship and thinks a girl will give him the happiness in life he's looking for. He believes being "nice" is enough even though he's pretty damn boring. Also I believe I could use a little guidance as well :) Thank you for the recommendation and congratulations on losing your vcard brother!

I highly agree with this. Get a job that requires you to talk with strangers. I was a shy lil guy, but after working as a waiter/bartender I've found it easier to talk to people. As far as faking confidence, it definitely will get you going in the right direction. Sun Tzu says: "Appear strong when you are weak and appear weak when you are strong."

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
