That is very interesting, it’s certainly a utopian town in theory. I hadn’t really thought about jogging at 3am, and I can see the appeal. Even I wouldn’t do that and I’m a guy. Only thing I can think of that could be an issue with the whole thing is that the majority of domestic abuse is by females, and while crimes are committed due to libido, most violent crimes are committed due to jealousy, rivalry, or just downright hatred of others.
