For sure, that's why it was such a big topic of discussion in my classes. In reality, the decision is really up to the judge and his duty to stay within somewhat reasonable bounds.

I am not wrong, a drunk person cannot consent to sex. I took a few law classes in college, consent (in general) was a huge topic of discussion, all the professors said a drunk person cannot consent to sex. They can consent to other things...like signing a contract or selling their car but not sex. If you go on google right now, you will not find one link that says a drunk person can consent to sex (at least not on the first page but I see no reason to go any further). Edit: Ignorance of the law …

surely it is much easier to get a girl when her judgement is impaired from being highly inebriated. Okay, first off, I hope you know that's rape. By law, a person is not allowed to consent to sex when they are drunk and what you said above is exactly the reason why. Anyways, I am confused by your question. Do you want a fuck buddy or a one night stand? You seem to use those two things interchangably when they are two different things. Fuck buddies aren't committed to each other but have an ongoi…

If i can say "hi" and break the barrier, from that point i am OK. i am able to smile normally, talk, ask her out... The only prob is the aproach.. So the only thing you are having trouble with is saying "hi" but you can do everything else? Think of this way, you only have to be brave for a second and the rest will take care of itself.

Don't wait. Just ask on Twitter or whatever and set up a date. I am generally against not asking for it in person because I do feel like it shows a slight lack in confidence HOWEVER, a slight lack in confidence vs doing the same thing you have been doing for 2, almost 3 weeks. Which one sounds worse to you?

Just do it, you are thinking too much. Although if you must know, I especially go for the ones who are by themselves and are on their phone/laptop/etc. They are much easier than the ones in groups and I find that those girls are usually really bored just sitting there.

Damn that is unfortunate...but it's not that big of a deal. She's right, it's not your fault. Stay calm, confident and go about it (talk to her) like nothing ever happened. If she doesn't like you anymore or is completely turned off, there isn't really anything you can do.

If you actually want to be friends with her, you are not going to lose her as a friend just because she rejected you. I have experienced this personally and seen it happen to other people, give it like a day and no one even cares anymore. The ones you end up losing are the ones you actually develop feelings for.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
