That was my first thought too but I'm not quite sure. But infact it's not just women...it could also be wrongly dosed for smaller men/taller men/taller women etc. The argument itself isn't valid because you don't have to be a woman to get a wrong dose of the medicine

The general fact that they try to portray is that this world is a "men's world" and women are generally discriminated in it.
