"think for itself".... When you think for yourself, do you use previous experiences/events in your thoughts? That's exactly same for AI. It's based on the data fed into the model. Bias is very hard to eliminate, for both AI (which are dependant on the data we feed into them) and for humans. If we knew how to eliminate all bias (both conscious and unconscious) for ourselves first, then we could have AI that also did not have any bias, but this is very hard to do.

The start of the video is missing so you never know if the guys started it first or not, but even if the girls started it, there's a difference between defending yourself and kicking someone in the face when they're down.
