7	Microsoft bragging about paying men less? Dude i just explained to you the difference between latino and latin descendant. And then i said "romanians are not latinos", not that they aren't latin descending. I do not need the history lesson in latin countries, i am from one of them myself. As to why i mentioned romanians, i used them just as an example. Could have been any other.
