70	how does a white man fight back against "diverse preferred" jobs? Sounds good on Reddit, but youll blow any real chances of getting the job and you have no way to prove the reason why. They have the gender and race quota from the government, so they are going to try and fill it. You might actually make it to a interview instead of being rejected on application but like I said, you still aren't getting the job.
