1	So it turns out /r/socialism is cluttered with folks from SRS and /r/feminism... It's hard being a left wing non-feminist. Anyone else like me out there?!! Take a moment for some intro- (and outro-) spection. Do you agree with these posters on what socialism is? Do you agree with these posters on how socialism should be implimented? 3	Men are 4x as likely to be killed by lightning than women. Workplace deaths for anyone? Yes, absolutely an issue. Deaths due to lightning? A minuscule part the above statistic. Most jobs in America that are over-the-table, legitimate jobs will not force you to stand out in an open field in a thunderstorm, due to the legal liability it could bring back to the company. Obviously we don't live in a perfect world, but the statistics in the OP say very clearly that workplace deaths due to lightning are rare and occur most commonly to farmers and ranchers. 1	I despair. /r/feminism is quite possibly the worst feminist subreddit, especially for discussion. There is only one moderator and he runs a sock puppet show all day and night to try and hide that he's alone, and that he has a whole list of unwritten rules. It's a very banhappy place. The trouble is, a lot of other feminist subreddits, ones that I frequent lurk and enjoy commenting and discussing in, are "safe spaces" where one can discuss feminist issues and posts without defending feminism as a thing.
