32yo, ADHD here as well, can't speak on bipolar related issues tho. What helped me most was medication, Ritalin. This in combination with occupational therapy, as well as meditation and lifting. I did not read your post entirely (no times rn) but did not see any medication. I refused meds for years, worst decision ever. Being able to stick to something through meds made me the better version of myself. So get medicated, find other therapists, meditate and lift heavy. Also find a hobby for yourse…

Make a secondary Facebook account, change your age. If you hang out, lie or be honest, I did both and not one did change her mind. Worked like a charm for me.

Yeah probably. But maybe someone else here also did research in this area and has some infos. Tbh there should be a section in the sidebar with scientific articles about the evolutionary backgrounds of trp principles.

If you don't already do it, start meditation. This will give you peace of mind and more compassion towards others, so you don't flip out or get aggressive. Been there, done that...

Yes, I have to change my perspective - but it's harder than I expected. I admit, Insecurities are a big step I still have to master. It's 5 years since I began red pill - even though I became fitter, healthier and happier over all, those things hold me back.
