Public Universities can make every student sign a code of conduct for which they can be expelled for breaking. 11	Perfect Because the word "white cracker" has never been used seriously to strip power away from white people. I can not even imagine someone in my office saying "f*g" and if they did it would be incredibly uncomfortable, even without any gay employees.
