She had a power dynamic over him, making it an unhealthy relationship without him being able to say no

The issue is the teachers are in an authority position over the child. A teacher having sex with a high school student is illegal because the authority position could make a student consent to unwanted sex.

It's still illegal, though you might be able to play the self defense angle depending on what you did

She could also be charged with torture for setting a person on fire

I believe two women in the same city did the same before her, MLK deemed them unfit to be the face of the movement

You can marry, just get a prenup before hand

What the hell man, if that's all true he should take that evidence and file a lawsuit against the school, that's pretty clear cut evidence that he didn't commit the crime.

I can't understand why the hell someone would be anti-due process, really blows my mind.

The video isn't feminist propaganda, Yousef counters her points throughout the video, and by the end points out how literally no sense her logic makes.

Yeah exactly, he could of been a hell of apt more lenient, but he couldn't outright drop charges.

The judge didn't have much of a choice to proceed when he pleaded guilty, he could of been a hell of a lot more lenient. Let this be a lesson to all of us, plead innocent and fight it, all it takes is one juror to set you free.

This is good, no police report means no campus hearing

Sometimes you just got to fight the crime altogether, hard to imagine a jury convicting a guy for this especially if the mom and girl gave that kind of testimony. Him pleading guilty makes it hard to imagine charges being dropped.

What I've learned from these posts is that if you become a beta male your wife bangs alpha males

Yeah this confused me for a moment, I forgot not every state is like California's strict 18 law
/r/MensRights21/07/15 09:38 AM

He screwed up pleading guilty, you got to fight that shit to the death, a questionable case like that could make the jury support the accused

"are not capable of being proven true or false." So you reported something without know it was true? That's reckless reporting.

It's illegal for a high school teacher to have sex with a student, no mater what age. Teachers are in a power position and can abuse it.

This harassment case is absolute bullshit, how charges were ever filed is beyond me

You're over reacting, every women's bathroom means no men allowed and every men's bathroom means no woman allowed. And I've never been to Levi's but I've got to other football stadiums and there are bathrooms everywhere

What's wrong with this? Army bathrooms usually separated by gender?

Oh yeah, that would definitely be key evidence for him. But it sounds like there won't be any charges.

A bit silly to post his name, but it's really a he said she said situation, hard to accuse either, next time he should have cameras in his car.

There are exceptions for people such as being in college or having a skilled profession, so if there ever was a draft their kids would be safe.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
