7	Hey I just want to say I've stopped letting people intimidate me over having high standards. Sometimes their comments that I expect too much would make me question myself... but now I realized I either stay genuine to my needs, or get in a relationship that will not last. Once I finally realized that I could simply focus on myself instead of lowering my standards down for others, I felt amazing.
