-16	Man changed name on his CV to a female name and got 870% more responses for an interview. I am 100% not joking, however I was making light of a very serious topic as a conversation starter. I am completely not in any way surprised that women get more application call backs for any number of despicable sexist reasons. As a side note, I have seen the exact same disparity with City Area Codes being the prevailing factor (nicer areas get more responses, less affluent places getting virtually none) What do you believe is going on here? Sorted by controversial, didn't disappoint.
