I would assume so from an evolutionary standpoint. I was told by a dance professor a while back that in Cuba, everyone moves their hips when they walk. Of course, that's part of the social value, but probably originating from the necessity to show off good hips for some sort of sexual excitement.

Problem is I'm not getting laid. I manage to get friend zoned a lot. I like crazy girls, but I think they tend to see me as a nice beacon of hope and reason as opposed to a fun sex object.

1, and 2. The second is a bit older. Just thought I'd leave those there for ya. Also, I'm a teacher. Trust me, there are many more girls reading, working on academics, and simply setting goals than men. This is not a phenomenon I've only encountered in one school. It's been in several schools.

Sorry, I guess I meant societal value. The areas of value for any part of society. Women's numbers in college are much higher; the students who perform best in school are women; more women are taking business roles, leadership roles, etc. This is the first century that women don't have to be the care-givers. This is the first century that women have more options than being a mom.

My brother came up with a formula that actually seems fairly accurate: Take the age she looks and subtract about 3-4 years. Hence, a girl who looks 21 is probably 17 or 18. A girl who looks 30 is probably 26. It seems pretty constant for me, and it definitely keeps me safe as a teacher. Or you could try the Barney Stinson method: It's in her elbows.

Not a whole lot yet. I don't really know what I'm doing. I just decided to go talk to girls. I also sit with any of the students at my school and start conversations with them. The reason I do that is that I know they all have judgments of me as a d-bag because I'm a teacher. Yeah. I love that outlook! I used to HATE rejection. I just got rejected again for a second date recently and it didn't bother me one bit. I blew it right off. Before, I would have been stewing over it and being all depressed for a week straight. Now, I can just use it as motivation of more field experience. I can walk with confidence.
