It's a seriously repulsive and flawed court system that puts people in jail for 'he said, she said' cases. We absolutely need to start aiming our criticism towards the system that allowed an innocent man to be jailed.

That is so disingenuous of you, because that's not what he argues. He argues that women should help their husbands in such a situation and not forsake them as you argue women should. By calling men for pathetic jerks for wanting to protect their families in the best possible way is the true definition of being a pathetic jerk.
