I actually have been in situations where my adrenaline was up, on purpose. And I'd expect someone who is supposedly a bouncer to be better equipped to handle himself properly in this situation. Either way, we don't know how long she was on the ground before he started wailing on her face.

I'd have the exact same problem if it was a dude on the ground getting his ass beat, especially by a supposed professional. Once the assailant is on the ground, that's pretty much the end of it, she was hardly a threat to him at that point. You don't get to punish somebody for their mistakes, let the court handle that.

I'm more concerned that there's no reference for the gap between that, and when she grabs him. Could be 5 seconds, could be 30 minutes. I find it hard to believe he was amped up enough to forgive 7 punches to the head and a kick to the face on a woman who was on the ground. A couple hits to make her let go? Sure. But he went pretty far beyond that.

I agree. I just don't think the kick was necessary. Or the 7th punch. Punch 5 and 6 could be argued as the heat of the moment. Punch 1 through 4 I don't really think are excessive.

It's a 2 way gate system, probably because a lot of people move through at regular intervals of lots out, lots in. Look at the signage above the gate. It's clear he's supposed to be moving through there. The far right is a fence, not a gate.

Meaning they have immigrant workers come to the country for literally anything, but mostly construction. Then they take their passport away and proceed to not pay them what they were originally promised. That "pay" goes to their room and board but it's less than what they're being charged. So they're building up a debt to their employer. If they go to the authorities, they'll be fined and/or imprisoned for not having their passport/visa on them.
