Voting rights are citizens rights. I can't go to any other country and vote. And you shouldn't be able to in mine. Social rights are not rights they are how you act and how people act. You can't make me act any way other than how I choose. This whole chart is shit

I didnt say i agreed with the law, just said it was the law. And breaking it does void the contract.

There's more to it he was breaking NCAA rules and underage drinking, I don't give a s*** about the physical altercation. However as a representative of the school he was drinking in public and underage which is illegal and violates the contract you sign as an NCAA athlete. I have a copy of my NCAA contract still. Public intoxication and underage drinking are both offenses against your NCAA contract rendering you ineligible for competition and risking the eligibility of your team if they choose t…

I agree, no arrest should have occurred, but i also agree, he should be kicked. Reason. Hes a freshman, not a red shirt... Best case scenario, hes 19-20... and had been drinking. Violates NCAA rules... so, bye!

Yeah like i said reflection of tone for a 13 y/o valley girl. no weak attempts to justify. just a note saying im sorry if it cam across offensive... Is there a reason you feel the need to call me out? my comment was irrelevant, and needed no justification being that it is on a public message board site... Also if you read back, im obviously not the only person who took it that way.

I said it elsewhere, didnt mean for it to come across that way. after reading it now i see that it could have. Just pointing out the tone.

I wasn't trying to blame anyone else... I was just saying that's the tone it conveyed. I have a great deal of sympathy for the situation, and I didn't mean for it to come across as a joke or in poor taste, just pointing out the way it was conveyed, because im am sure that i am not the only one that gets that vibe from smileys... Please forgive me if i have caused any offense in this particular situation.

I'm sorry but the frowny face ruined the tone of this for me... I read anything with smileys as a 13 year old valley girl bubbly happy voice...

Depends were they using it to propagate how "all men are this way" or were they pointing it out as an issue? Come on don't play political correct. Im trying to help.

I understand what you are saying and agree. The point is that this picture is an example of sexism. And we can say its not al we want to but then we would be just like feminazis...

That is irrelevant to my point in general. I was significantly pointing out that this background defeats the purpose of the post. it makes us look like liars because of the gender stereotypes slam in the background

It wasnt muddled together irrqtionally. if you are not in our politics and out current problems then you cant really get it. For example. I got hit by the sequestration effort. WHY??? not because my work is shit, not becuase it not necessary work, but because the politicians on both sides cant pass a budget. So the liberal idea is to cut the TAXPAYER paycheck down 20%. They are pushing for gun control, Higher control on my finances, raising my tax bracket, giving it to the family on welfare acro…

I cant see how it is vague... It is chrystal clear on everything. Its been warped by people saying the same thing "oh thats vague" no its fucking not... Example, 2nd amendment the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. That means dont fucking try to limit it, to try to control it, it is not your concern. but unfortunately we have so sick twisted fuckers out there that will do bad things to people, and liberal wieners wont stand up and shoot the one bad guy for the good of everyone else, they…

Also, I dont like the 2 party system at all. But I hate how far left our country has gone, so I cannot say I would be happy to see anything further. I think we should follow the constitution to the letter and that it is written in common language so that everyone can understand it for a reason. There isnt supposed to be depth to it. Its supposed to be a clear document.

Im sorry but there has been in my experience. Infact I have not met anyone libertarian or conservative that has been ok with the social justice movement.

I do not mean to place blame on the left wing only... I blame them for the continuation of a good many right wing fuck ups, and the further perpetuation of a welfare state with no individual aspiration.

None of the action thry are taking is reasonable. The republic is being over run. They keep saying democracy like thats what we are. And they are pushing for nationalization of everything and everyone including our private life.

At their core, yes they are. There is a good many things that are left leaning, the socialist push for welfare and aid to all is a big one. lets move on...

Im sorry you feel that way, But maybe... Just maybe... If we do this every so often and the good people that are lured in by the bullshit see the posts, and see the responses they might turn away from that crap. Thats my logic. Its not to go fight, its to see if anyone there actually realizes what they are doing.

I would prefer it as well. However, are we looking at a news article to raise awareness and incite more in depth study on a individual basis or a paper demonstrating the effects and examples. I see both sides. We do need more in depth journalism though.

It was a joking reference to the parades and the symbolism used in stereotypes (rainbow flags ETC). These stereotypes exist in generalities which are used simply because they are typically evident. It was not meant to cause offense. Sorry if it did.

it is not proportional at all... its very very very left... Fox is moderate in comparison... your CNN comment is fair, but then how much of social media is dominated by left leaning people... and the gay rights community typically has they shiniest colors...

MSNBC is the most slanted network on air by their own admission. Calling it news would be lying. CNN is the balance for Fox... on is sorta-Conservative the other is sorta-Liberal. neither one is really great but the facts are simple that Fox TYPICALLY reports honestly on NEWS opinion shows aside... While CNN has 2 cameras in the same parking lot, just opposite ends, but do a "satellite interview" anyway...

Who would you prefer? MSNBC? CNN? neither of those are propaganda are they??? Fox is slanted, but not nearly like CNN or MSNBC

Happy accident was just the over the top response I infer from your statement. You said nothing about killing people being wrong, in any sense like capital punishment, war, all the way down to car wrecks. You just said intent to kill was wrong. I was just pointing it out...

Due process is the justification, and the only legal way to remove anyone's right to anything in this country. Right to life is the most fundamental, and when its my kids life or yours... Individual rights start at the heartbeat in my opinion. Cruel and unusual punishment act. Really

Death penalty is reserved for those who have lost their rights through due process. IE murderers... you can rehabilitate all people, why should the family of the victim provide (through taxes or any other form) for the murderer... Death penalty is not a human rights violation as long as its done in a humane manner. Chopping off the tip off a baby's penis on the other hand... that defenseless baby just got tortured.

I went to ask for perspective. I even stated that I wanted opinion, and not an argument. I didn't want debate either. I don't like the radicals on either side of the fence, and that was my point in going. I was warned for using the word "bitchy" describing men who demand abortions when they don't want a kid, and comparing it to the opposite role where the guy does, but the girl doesn't. I was then banned for defending my choice of words, because there is nothing in their rules stating that i can…

I hear where you are coming from and personally I think it is a personal choice. The parents shouldn't make it but that's me. Here are some facts for you to support or disprove your statements, in a totally unbiased view.
