In my experience it was a combination of problems with the company along with some of the general problems of recruiting drivers. The company: if youre going to be a recruiter you need to be that companies buggest cheer leader. You are going to go out into the world and try to convince people that its a good place for them to bet their future. Been there. I say bail while you have your sanity. I started recruiting right out of college. I only have about 4 years experience currently (all in staffing and trucking) but I did spend one of those years recruiting for a medium sized (approx 600 driver) company.
