1	How do I fix my brain and mind? Totally relate, I've been thinking about the same thing recently. I'm 24 and much wiser now but back in high school I definitely felt 'sharper'. I think it's because we were forced to use our brains so much to learn things all day every day whether we wanted to or not, and now that we've graduated high school and personally college as well it's like we're slower.
