On the basis of disease prevention (especially cancer), circumcision is completely invalidated as a medical procedure that is justifiably performed on non-consenting individuals. That's not his argument, that's the argument of people who believe circumcising to reduce risk of penile cancer is valid. Penile cancer has a lifetime risk of about 1 in 1400. That's nearly twice as much as the lifetime risk of male breast cancer. So actually, that comparison works just fine as great tissue in men is non functional and twice as disease prone in this case. Im 3 years into the process of restoring my foreskin and have regrown about 60% more penile tissue than what I was left with shortly after being born. It is not like restoration restores the lost nerves. There are a couple. Restoration absolutely restores nervous tissue.
