I don't really see what's wrong with this other than Castiella calling people "rape apologists". That was kind of a dick thing to do. He raped her, and she did what she thought was best in the situation. I can respect that. With this sub constantly quoting how often men are raped in prison, I'm surprised there aren't more people advocating this sort of behavior.

What a horrid sexist. Women resent false rape accusations far more than men ever will, and guess why - it's because for every single false rape accusation, there's a rape charge that doesn't get taken seriously as a direct result. And there are plenty of men's rights issues yet to be settled all around the world. If you call yourself a feminist AND a masculinist (fuck it, I'm gonna use that word) then you could simply use one word to describe yourself as supporting both things. In the same way you wouldn't have a bunch of different terms for supporting various minorities, a single word to say that you support equality amongst genders and you want to advance them all should suffice. At least, that's how I feel.
