Funny that. Where I work, the previous customer services manager left and they recruited the replacement from within. There's about 50 females and 1 male in the department, but it's the one guy who gets the job. Obviously that resulted in shouts of "sexism" from the whole rest of the department with some going so far as to make official complaints to HR. That's when they found out that he was the only one who applied.

So white, black, asian, etc. people have the same genes for skin colour? Everyone has different genetics, and people with a certain pattern of genetic materiel are have collective terms applied to them. Male, female, black, white, blonde, downs syndrome, etc. It's not racist to use race as an example - it's used because not so long ago there were major societal changes in most of the western world based around race - no other genetic differences can make such a claim.
