I have become aware of this too. I can’t really get rid of that ingrained fear of male strangers. I actually saw a comment once in a running forum from a guy asking how he could appear non scary when he’s behind female runners. I thought it was interesting because I never thought about what it’s like to be a random male walking the streets knowing you’re automatically feared.

I’m probally in the minority that I agree with the basic core values of feminism I just wish they’d include men. Men are always assumed the bad guy, men automatically lose child custody battles, male abuse and rape victims are laughed at and forgotten. I want equality but I don’t want to have to step on men to get it. I’m so sick of all the jokes about “lol all men are rapists/trash lets just get rid of them” and the ridiculous “man spreading” and “mansplaining”. I also feel that the original fe…

What’s the point of marriage if your going to cheat? If you want to sleep around just stay single and do it or marry a swinger. I think now that divorce is less stigmatised and people are marrying later we now have less people marrying because they are expected to, rather people marry because they actually want to. In a society where every adult must marry, you’ll have a lot of people that don’t want monogamy and cheat to get out of it.

Doing something for him I normally don’t. So a chore that’s usually his job or pampering him in some way I wouldn’t normally. All the usual stuff I do for him he loves but he really notices and appreciates when it’s something out of the ordinary.

One of my favourite youtubers, shoeonhead, reviewed this. Like me she’s pretty liberal but isn’t radical or or leftist about it and questions modern day feminism. It looked really interesting, and I wish more people would consider men’s rights and men who deal with abuse, it’s a very personal issue to me because of my husband. I wish instead of feminism our society would just focus on treating people better instead of creating tension between genders.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
