I'm staying 'state' as shorthand, as county, etc. Lol no you just dont understand the US tax system and it's state and municipal counterparts.

dude i already conceded the former, settle down No you didn't. But I appreciate you doing so this time and no, property tax is already insane enough, and state revenue is hilariously misappropriated as it is. Property taxes are municipal revenue, not state. Take a tax course and vote in your city council elections. Expect to pay more taxes in the near future.

So you're just gonna pretend you didn't read the important part of my comment where I prove you wrong about IL not exempting tampons? And yeah, IL flat tax should either be raised for everyone, or changed to a graduated rate tax. And municipalities should be allowed to issue their own sales taxes as well.

IL is one of the only states where tampons aren't taxed. Plus IL has a flat income tax which makes it unnecessarily low for everyone. IL Is also the only state that taxes Viagra , so if anything IL has this one right

If Viagra doesn't get taxed in 49/50 states and rogaine in 8/50 states why should tampons be taxed?

we tax fuckin everything No we don't. Depending on your state there are tax exempt items. Certain foods etc. If Viagra gets a tax exemption in 49/50 states and rogaine in 8/50 states, so should tampons.

Entitlement culture and a willingness to do anything necessary to get what you want. Machiavelli meets feminism
